In this paper, we extend matrix scaled total least squares (MSTLS) problem with a single right-hand side to the case of multiple right-hand sides. Firstly, under some mild conditions, this paper gives an explicit expression of the minimum norm solution of MSTLS problem with multiple right-hand sides. Then, we present the Kronecker-product-based formulae for the normwise, mixed and componentwise condition numbers of the MSTLS problem. For easy estimation, we also exhibit Kronecker-product-free upper bounds for these condition numbers. All these results can reduce to those of the total least squares (TLS) problem which were given by Zheng et al. Finally, two numerical experiments are performed to illustrate our results.

＜正＞To study the impact of the instrument test precision caused by the outer gimbal disturbance torque which relevant to structure of instrument,design test of separating outer gimbal disturbance torque of PIGA on three-axes turntable;The test of testing PIGA having position error of three-axes turntable has been analyzed,the reason of arouse three-axes turntable position error is location error and dynamic unbalance disturbance,and the effects on instrument test of two kinds error is *** total least squares with noise removing to compensate position error of three-axes turntable is *** test shows that the existing of outer gimbal disturbance torque influencing the testing precision of PIGA,and the compensated effect of using total least squares in test error of PIGA.

For massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) antenna systems, time division duplexing(TDD) is preferred since the downlink precoding matrix can be obtained through the uplink channel estimation,thanks to the channel reciprocity. However, the mismatches of the transceiver radio frequency(RF) circuits at both sides of the link make the whole communication channel non-symmetric. This paper extends the total least square(TLS) method to the case of self-calibration, where only the antennas of the access points(APs) are involved to exchange the calibration signals with each other and the feedback from the user equipments(UEs)is not required. Then, the proof of the equivalence between the TLS method and the least square(LS) method is presented. Furthermore, to avoid the eigenvalue decomposition required by these two methods to obtain the calibration coefficients, a novel algorithm named as iterative coordinate descent(ICD) method is *** analysis and simulation results show that the ICD method significantly reduces the complexity and achieves almost the same performance of the LS method.

This paper introduces a new model-based soft decoding techniqt, e to restore the widely used joint photographic expert group （JPEG） streams. The image is modeled as a two dimensional （2D） piecewise stationary autoregressive process, and the decoding task is formulated as a constrained optimization problem. All the constraints are given by the quantization intervals which available at the decoder freely. The autoregressive model serves as an important regularization term of the objective function of the optimization, and the model parameters are solved on the decoded image locally using a weighted total least square method. In addition, a novel bilateral dualside weighting scheme is proposed to minimize the influence of the blocking artifact on the accuracy of parameter estimation. Extensive experimental results suggest that the proposed algorithm systematically improves the quality of JPEG images and also outperforms existing JPEG postprocessing algorithms in a wide bit-rate range both in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio （PSNR） and subjective quality

Identification of Steam-driven Centrifugal Pump System

This paper deals with the mathematical model of a steam-driven centrifugal pump system, which consists of steam control valve, turbine and centrifugal pump. The identification process combines mechanism modelling and data modelling, namely, the model structure is derived by the physical mechanism of the system, and the unknown parameters of model structure are estimated by total least squares（TLS）. Using the operation data of physical system, the validity of the proposed model and its parameter estimation method are verified. The calculation results shows that the proposed model can well interpret and predict the state of real system.
