In the data communication system,the real-time information interaction of communication device increases the risk of privacy sensitive data being tam-pered with.Therefore,maintaining data security is one of the most important issues in network data communication.Because the timestamp is the most impor-tant way to authenticate data in information interaction,it is very necessary to pro-vide timestamp service in the data communication system.However,the existing centralized timestamp mechanism is difﬁcult to provide credible timestamp ser-vice,and users can conspire with timestamping servers to forge timestamps.Therefore,this paper designs a distributed timestamp mechanism based on contin-uous veriﬁable delay functions.It utilizes multiple independent timestamp servers to provide timestamp services in a distributed model and appends the timestamp to the data once the data is generated.Thus,it can prove that the data already exists at a certain time and ensure the accuracy of the timestamp.Moreover,a digital blind signature based on elliptic curve cryptography is utilized to solve the problem of timestamp forgery in timestamp service.Finally,the security ana-lysis of the scheme ensures the data security of data communication system and the concurrency rate of timestamp.The experimental results also show that the scheme greatly improves the efﬁciency of digital signatures.

The power infrastructure of the power system is massive in size and dispersed throughout the system.Therefore,how to protect the information security in the operation and maintenance of power equipment is a difficult problem.This paper proposes an improved time-stamped blockchain technology biometric fuzzy feature for electrical equipment maintenance.Compared with previous blockchain transactions,the time-stamped fuzzy biometric signature proposed in this paper overcomes the difficulty that the key is easy to be stolen by hackers and can protect the security of information during operation and maintenance.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments.

HFRS(HIAF FRagment Separator) will be the radioactive secondary beam separation line on High-Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF) in China. Several TPC detectors, with high count rates, are planned for particle identification and beam monitoring at HFRS. This paper presents an event-driven internal memory and synchronous readout(EDIMS)prototype ASIC chip. The aim is to provide HFRS-TPC with high-precision time and charge measurements with high count rates and a large dynamic range. The first prototype EDIMS chip integrated 16 channels and is fabricated using a 0.18-μm CMOS process. Each channel consists of a charge-sensitive amplifier, fast shaper, slow shaper, peak detect-and-hold circuit, discriminator with time-walk compensation, analog memory, and FIFO. The token ring is used for clock-synchronous readout. The chip is taped and tested.

The use of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags may cause privacy violation of users carrying an RFID tag. Due to the unique identification number of the RFID tag, the possible privacy threats are information leakage of a tag, traceability of the consumer, denial of service attack, replay attack and impersonation of a tag, etc. There are a number of challenges in providing privacy and security in the RFID tag due to the limited computation, storage and communication ability of low-cost RFID tags. Many research works have already been conducted using hash functions and pseudorandom numbers. As the same random number can recur many times, the adversary can use the response derived from the same random number for replay attack and it can cause a break in location privacy. This paper proposes an RFID authentication protocol using a static identifier, a monotonically increasing timestamp, a tag side random number and a hash function to protect the RFID system from adversary attacks. The proposed protocol also indicates that it requires less storage and computation than previous existing RFID authentication protocols but offers a larger range of security protection. A simulation is also conducted to verify some of the privacy and security properties of the proposed protocol.

Long delays and poor real-time transmission are disadvantageous to well logging networks consisting of multiple subnets. In this paper, we proposed a time-driven transmission method （TDTM） to improve the efficiency and precision of logging networks. Using TDTM, we obtained well logging curves by fusing the depth acquired on the surface, and the data acquired in downhole instruments based on the synchronization timestamp. For the TDTM, the precision of time synchronization and the data fusion algorithm were two main factors influencing system errors. A piecewise fractal interpolation was proposed to fast fuse data in each interval of the logging curves. Intervals with similar characteristics in curves were extracted based on the change in the histogram of the interval. The TDTM is evaluated with a sonic curve, as an example. Experimental results showed that the fused data had little error, and the TDTM was effective and suitable for the logging networks.

A measurement system for packet over SONET which we have been developing is presented. The system consists ofPC-based hardware and POS line interface card up to OC-48.By using PC-based platform, the system could be accomplished with an affordable cost,and can be deployed in global region.Also,this system will enable complicated measurement with a combination of other applications,i.e,passive and/or active routing control,and the real world network applications running on the same host.

A method of cooperative relay selection based on network coding security is proposed for relay selection problem of cooperative communication system security in networked multi-relay scenarios, which is different from the existing relay node selection method. The algorithm not only merged with timestamp and homomorphic signature to construct the node degree of safety to find reliable relay, at the same time to considers the received signal to noise ratio at all relay nodes value and the channel gain to the source node. The simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the achievable rate of the destination node and reduce the outage probability on the basis of guaranteeing the safety of the relay node.
