Conductivity and oxidation behavior of Fe-16Cr alloy were investigated under long-term stability operation at 750℃and thermal cycles from room temperature to 750℃.The results showed that the area specific resistance(ASR)of Fe-16Cr alloy increased over time and reached about 56.29 mΩcm~(2)after 40,000 h of long-term stability operation at 750℃by theoretical calculation.The ASR of Fe-16Cr remained about 11 mΩcm~(2)after 52 thermal cycles from room temperature to750℃.The analysis of structure showed that the oxidized phase on the surface of Fe-16Cr was mainly composed of Cr_(2)O_3and Fe Cr_(2)O_(4)spinel phase under long-term stability operation at 750℃.While the Cr_(2)O_(3)phase was mainly observed on the surface of Fe-16Cr alloy after 52 thermal cycles,the oxidation rates of Fe-16Cr alloy were 0.0142μm h~(-1)and 0.06μm cycle~(-1)under long-term stability operation and under thermal cycle,respectively.The property of Fe-16Cr alloy with 2.6 mm thickness met the lifespan requirement of interconnect for solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)stacks.The Cr element all diff used onto oxidation surface,indicating that it was necessary to spray a coating on the surface to avoid poisoning cell cathode of SOFCs.Two 2-cell stacks were assembled and tested to verify the properties of Fe-16Cr alloy as SOFC interconnect under long-term stability operation and thermal cycle condition.

The relationships between the coefficient of thermal expansion（CTE） of T700 carbon fiber bundles（CFBs） and the thermal cycles were investigated. The microstructure of T700 CFBs was analyzed with Raman spectra and XRD before and after the thermomechanical test. The results indicated that the T700 CFBs exhibited negative expansion in the direction of parallel fibers in the temperature range of-150-150 ℃ The thermal strain that occurred during the heating and the cooling thermal cycle had an unclosed curve that served as the loop. When the experimental load was the same, the position of strain loop tended to move upward, and the length of the specimen increased continuously with the thermal cycles increasing. The microstructural analysis suggested that the degree of structural order and the degree of orientation along the fiber axis were improved with the increase of thermal cycles. The change of microstructure parameters could be the primary cause of the negative CTE＇s variation within the T700 CFBs.

High strength steel thick plate is widely used in shipbuilding, pressure vessels, etc. , the balance between weld quality and welding efficiency is becoming a research focus. In this paper, double-sided double arc fiat-overhead welding experiments for high strength steel thick plate were conducted. Microstructures of weld have been observed through optical microscope （OM） and scanning electron microscope （SEM）. Transformation of microstructures under thermal cycles of multi peaks was analyzed. Macro and micro hardness were also tested. The results show that the heat-affected zone （HAZ） near the fusion line experiences thermal cycles up to three times. The microstructures there are the most complex, including coarse lath martensite in original coarse-grained zone, and net-like structure along grain boundaries in critical reheat coarse-grained zone. After several times of tempering for bucking welding, the features of acicula and lath are weakened. Its microstructure approaches to the microstructure of base metal which is tempering sorbite. The hardness test shows that the maximum hardness occurs at critical reheat coarse-grained zone, the hardness of reticulation structure at grain boundary can be up to 450 HV.

The intrinsic phase instability of CsPbI_(2)Br perovskite hinders its development and application in solar cells.Herein,we adopt 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate(BMIMPF6),a hydrophobic ionic liquid(IL),to improve the phase stability of CsPbI_(2)Br.Density functional theory calculation reveals that the formation energy of CsPbI_(2)Br with BMIMPF6 is reduced,thereby restraining the[PbX_(6)]^(4-) octahedral tilting.The reduced structural distortion and relaxed lattice strain result in improved phase stability of CsPbI_(2)Br.In addition,the interfacial dipole moment increases after introducing BMIMPF6,which facilitates the charge transfer.Consequently,the CsPbI_(2)Br solar cells with BMIMPF6 deliver a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 16.2%along with excellent stability.The unencapsulated devices with BMIMPF6 maintain 98.9%,88.6%,and 99.5%of the initial PCEs after 1200 h storage in N_(2),1000 h storage in air(30%relative humidity),and 200 thermal cycles(25–100℃),respectively.

A heat source model for radial friction welding was proposed, which was determined by friction pressure, friction coefficient, material properties and extrusion speed of material. A 3D model was established to analyze the continuous drive radial friction welding temperature field of 45 steel pipe. The influences of friction pressure, friction time and rotation speed on the temperature of the friction interface were analyzed. The results showed that the temperature on the friction interface rapidly rose to a peak temperature in initial friction stage and kept constant in the stable friction stage. Welding parameters of friction pressure, friction time and rotation speed had few influences on the peak temperature, while the increase of frlctlon pressure and rotation speed could shorten the time to reach the peak temperature.

Twin wire submerged arc welding （SAW） is widely used in oil or gas line pipe fabrication because of its high productivity. To investigate the strength and toughness of the heat-affected zone （HAZ） in twin wire SAW, the cooling time t8/5 of the coarse grained zone must be studied. The authors presented a method of predicting the cooling time in twin wire SAW of intermediate thickness plate. Based on Rosenthal analytical solutions, an energy factor was introduced to describe the energy contribution of the two wires, equations of thermal cycle and cooling time in twin wire SAW of both thick, and thin, plates were developed. Weighting factors determined by actual thickness and critical thickness were adopted to represent the thermal cycle and cooling time of intermediate thickness plate through linear interpolation with thick, and thin, plate solutions. The predicted cooling time for an intermediate thickness plate was verified experimentally, and the predicted results agreed therewith.

The accurate calculation and measurement of welding temperature field is an important precondition for welding metallurgical analysis and welding process controlling. In this paper, the conformal transformation is firstly used to analyze the welding temperature field of featheredged cylinder. The center of the cylinder is chosen as the origin of column coordinate system, and every point may be expressed as complex field vector. The branch isogonality counterchanges the line parallel with the fusion line in half-infinite z-plane to the circle concentric with the fusion line in infinite cylinder. The Laplace equation and Poisson＇s equation still keep validity, so the temperature field equation can be solved. The conformal transformation and equation solution is processed by Matlab program language. It shows that the obtained analytical modeling of temperature field for featheredged cylinder based on conformal transformation is effective and accurate.

The 10Ni5CrMoV steel examined was a 16 mm thick plate. Specimens measuring 12 mm×12 mm×120 mm were thermally cycled using DM-100A weld simulator with various parameters. The main results are summarized as follaws. In the coarse-grained austenitized region（ Tm = 1 300℃ ＋ 1300℃ ） ,the microstructure is in good toughness. At the condition of Tm = 1 300℃ ＋ 850℃ and t8/5=43 s, the toughness decreases heavily because M-A constituent and twin martensite appear at the prior aastenite grain boundaries. When Tm= 1300℃ ＋ 850℃ or 1300℃ ＋ 730℃ and t8/5 = 85 s, local brittle zone is formed because of relatively coarse granular bainite.

The effect of welding thermal cycle and restraint strain on fatigue properties of cosrse grain region in HAZ of EH36MOD material was studied by thermal simulation technique. The results.show that Masing characteristics in the welding coarse grain region of experimental material aPPearly, and the computed values according to the established hysteresis loop energy formula agree well the experimental value'st in the low cycle fatigue test with 0.5 percent constant strain amplitude, the tested material displays faint cyclic softening phenomenon under the condition of two thermal cycles and different restraint stranns.Although wedlding restraint strain imProves foly Cyclic .fatigue life of the coarse grain region at t8/5=6s. it lows that at t8/5=50s.
