theory-Intelligent Dynamic Matrix model of Flatness Control for Cold Rolled Strips

In order to increase the precision of flatness control, considering the principle and the measured data of rolling process essence, the theory-intelligent dynamic matrix model of flatness control is established by using theory and in-telligent methods synthetically. The network model for rapidly calculating the theory effective matrix is established by the BP network optimized by the particle swarm algorithm. The network model for rapidly calculating the meas- urement effective matrix is established by the RBF network optimized by the cluster algorithm. The flatness control model can track the practical situation of roiling process by on-line selVlearning. The scheme for flatness control quantity calculation is established by combining the theory control matrix and the measurement control matrix. The simulation result indicates that the establishment of theory-intelligent dynamic matrix model of flatness control with stable control process and high precision supplies a new way and method for studying flatness on-line control model.

Theoretical model of Dynamic Bulk Modulus for Aerated Hydraulic Fluid

Existing models of bulk modulus for aerated hydraulic fluids primarily focus on the effects of pressure and air fraction,whereas the effect of temperature on bulk modulus is disregarded.Based on the lumped parameter method and the full cavitation model,combined with the improved Henry’s law and the air polytropic course equation,a theoretical model of dynamic bulk modulus for an aerated hydraulic fluid is derived.The effects of system pressure,air fraction,and temperature on bulk modulus are investigated using the controlled variable method.The results show that the dynamic bulk modulus of the aerated hydraulic fluid is inconsistent during the compression process.At the same pressure point,the dynamic bulk modulus during expansion is higher than that during compression.Under the same initial air faction and pressure changing period,a higher temperature results in a lower dynamic bulk modulus.When the pressure is lower,the dynamic bulk modulus of each temperature point is more similar to each other.By comparing the theoretical results with the actual dynamic bulk modulus of the Shell Tellus S ISO32 standard air-containing oil,the goodness-of-fit between the theoretical model and experimental value at three temperatures is 0.9726,0.9732,and 0.9675,which validates the theoretical model.In this study,a calculation model of dynamic bulk modulus that considers temperature factors is proposed.It predicts the dynamic bulk modulus of aerated hydraulic fluids at different temperatures and provides a theoretical basis for improving the analytical model of bulk modulus.

Simplified theoretical analysis and numerical study on the dynamic behavior of FCP under blast loads

Precast concrete structures have developed rapidly in the last decades due to the advantages of better quality,non-pollution and fast construction with respect to conventional cast-in-place structures.In the present study,a theoretical model and nonlinear 3D model are developed and established to assess the dynamic behavior of precast concrete slabs under blast load.At first,the 3D model is validated by an experiment performed by other researchers.The verified model is adopted to investigate the blast performance of fabricated concrete panels(FCPs)in terms of parameters of the explosive charge,panel thickness,and reinforcement ratio.Finally,a simplified theoretical model of the FCP under blast load is developed to predict the maximum deflection.It is indicated that the theoretical model can precisely predict the maximum displacement of FCP under blast loads.The results show that the failure modes of the panels varied from bending failure to shear failure with the mass of TNT increasing.The thickness of the panel,reinforcement ratio,and explosive charges have significant effects on the anti-blast capacity of the FCPs.

Optical interferometry Endpoint Detection for Plasma Etching

The optical interferometry is a non-invasive plasma diagnostic method. Etch experiment were carried out in a high density plasma etching tool （ICP）. The theoretic model for optical interferometric endpoint detection and prediction in plasma etching are presented. It is observed that the optical properties of oxide layer and polysilicon layer can affect the interferometric signals. The endpoint algorithm and real time plasma parameters diagnostics are discussed, then process control with optical interferometry during the poly-silicon etch is described. The endpoint prediction technique has been applied to poly-silicon gate etching in high density plasma etching tools.

“一带一路”是我国在新的形势下提出的国家战略。共建“一带一路”的核心是以“五通”为主要内容的合作，这为我国包括零售业在内的企业“走出去”提供了巨大的空间选择和市场机遇。我国零售业海外目标市场选择、市场进入以及海外投资风险管理等关键的战略决策，与“一带一路”战略规划在理念上高度契合，在内容上高度重叠。为此，应该积极探索中国零售业“走出去”与“一带一路”两个战略的联动发展问题。文章基于零售业国际化的文献分析，结合“一带一路”建设的具体内容，构建中国零售业“走出去”对接“一带一路”的理论模型可以从融入途径、融入模式、融入战略、融入策略以及融入保障等方面来加以考虑。

EMS（Elector Magnetic Suspension） maglev train relies on the attraction from the electromagnets to guideway so that the train can be suspended above the guideway,the magnetic levitation system is an open-loop unstable system.In this paper,a differential controller with acceleration feedback control system will be used,using MATLAB,considering the effect of the single suspension control point and guideway dynamics model coupling,we establish a model of single electromagnet-guideway-controller,the interaction between single electromagnet and guideway coupling is modeled,and the stability of the coupled system is analyzed through simulation.The stability of the coupled system and the effect of the coupled resonance on the guideway are discussed by changing the system parameters.

数字图书馆评估研究从不同角度确立了大量的评估指标，但是评估指标的多元化也造成了共识性缺乏的弊端，削弱了评估成果的应用价值和应用绩效；特别是关于数字图书馆交互功能评估的研究，仍处于成果短缺、零散的状态。基于此，本研究以用户与数字图书馆的交互模型为理论基础，采用实验研究方法，探索用户与数字图书馆的交互过程，分析不同的交互维度、子维度及其相关指标对于数字图书馆交互功能评估的作用，最终获得数字图书馆交互功能评估的预测性子维度与关联性子维度，并据此构建了数字图书馆交互功能评估模型，为数字图书馆交互评估提供了理论框架，同时也为提升数字图书馆交互功能的设计提供借鉴。
