It is important to clarify the historical facts and summarize the characteristics of the communication and cooperation between the CPC and the JCP during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,as it holds historical and contemporary relevance.The research findings indicate that the Comintern played a crucial role as the key intermediary in facilitating the establishment of connections between the CPC and the JCP and in driving the deepening of their relationship.During their exchanges,both parties adhered to a flexible and multi-layered friendship based on the unified values of patriotism and internationalism.Their efforts played a significant role in the establishment of an international anti-fascist front in the East.

the communist party of china’s propositions regarding human rights in its diplomatic practice over the past 100 years have emerged and evolved amid drastic changes in the domestic and international environment,and it is necessary to interpret them in the context of the times and their particular historic juncture.With the theme of the CPC’s diplomatic thought changing from“revolution and war”to“peace and development”over the past century,the core value of the CPC’s propositions regarding human rights in its diplomatic practice has gradually evolved from the view of collective human rights characterized by demanding,realizing and defending the right to national self-determination to the view which attaches equal importance to individual and collective human rights and espouses a people-centered approach in human rights protection.In this process,the CPC has followed the international trend,accepted international human rights norms,actively participated in global human rights governance,integrated the universality of human rights with china’s national conditions,continually summed up its own experience in human rights practice,provided the international community with Chinese wisdom and solutions,advanced the establishment of a fairer,more reasonable and inclusive global human rights governance system,promoted the building of a community of shared future for mankind,and opened a new path of human rights diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.

During the War of Liberation,the liberated areas,under the leadership of the communist party of china,kept deepening and developing the concepts and ideas of protecting human rights,promulgated a series of human rights laws and related administrative programs,and put them into practice.The contents included not only the political rights of citizens but also their economic,social,and cultural rights,with emphasis on the protection of the rights to subsistence and development.The human rights legislation in the liberated areas has a wartime and class-based nature due to its social environment.It reflects the transition of the communist party of china from a revolutionary party to a ruling party on the historical stage.It played an important role in directing,advancing,and promoting the progress of democracy and the rule of law at that time and accumulated experience for the human rights legislation after the founding of the People’s Republic of china.History proves that the communist party of china has always been a political party dedicated to fighting for the human rights of the Chinese people,and only the communist party of china can lead china’s human rights development to a deeper level.

The International Conference on"the communist party of china and the Progress on Human Rights in china"was held on April 8,2021.It was sponsored by the china Society for Human Rights Studies and the Publicity Department of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and organized by Jilin University Human Rights Center,Jilin University School of Law,and Jilin University Center for Jurisprudence Research.At the conference,representatives from more than 20 countries discussed in depth the achievements,experience,and theories of the communist party of china in leading the Chinese people to strive for a better life and promoting the protection of human rights from dimensions of history and reality.The conference fully demonstrated the historical role and significance of the CPC’s path,thoughts,theories,and practices concerning human rights.

The 95-year great struggle of the communist party of china indicates profoundly that the CPC has always been following the trend of history, taking on the historical responsibility, bold in making great sacrifices, and reflects the selfless and fearless spirit of taking on responsibility. This spirit comes from the Chinese national spirit, the truth of Marxism and the great practice of revolution, construction and reform. The new requirements of the era must be clear and definite and the connotation of the era must be grasped, enabling the spirit of taking on responsibility to release more brilliant light of the era. First, it is striving for and dedicating selflessly of the country, and taking on historical responsibility to achieve the country's prosperity and strength. Second, it is serving the people, reducing difficulties and anxiety for the people and taking on historical responsibility to attain people's well-being. Third, it is sharing cares and burdens for the party, keeping loyalty to the party, and taking on historical responsibility so that the party can provide a strong leadership core for the continued development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The CPC is expected to produce new and more excellent answers to history and the people.

After the founding of People’s Republic of china in 1949,the economic development philosophies of the communist party of china(CPC)evolved over time.Review of this difficult journey of ideological change can not only shed light on the origin,but also better understand the theoretical contributions of Xi Jinping thought on china’s socialist economy in the new era.This paper investigates china’s evolving economic development thoughts from six dimensions in three eras when the Chinese nation(i)independently established a basic industrial system from a blank sheet,(ii)sought prosperity through reform and opening up,and(iii)increased national strength.The six dimensions of this study include:(i)the tasks identified by the party as essential for various stages of development;(ii)the different modes of economic development embraced based on development thoughts for various stages;(iii)the different modernization pathways to achieve the goals of socialist modernization;(iv)the adjustment of agricultural policy and development paths to close the urban-rural divide;(v)the different approaches for regulating the supply side and demand side of economic development with the emphasis changing across various stages;and(vi)the different emphasis to internal and external economic circulations across various stages.

《人民日报》五四社论记录了新中国成立以来中国共产党青年理想信念教育媒介话语的发展与变迁，在形塑青年形象、宣讲党的青年政策、引导青年坚定理想信念中发挥着重要作用。用费尔克拉夫话语分析法，对新中国成立以来40篇五四社论进行文本分析，研究发现：青年理想信念教育的主题和目标既结合特定的时代特征，又紧跟党的中心工作；以第一版为主、篇幅字数总体呈下降趋势；语篇遵循“从回顾到展望”的逻辑结构展开；频繁使用互文、设问、隐喻等增强话语的感染力。中国共产党青年理想信念教育媒介话语遵循以马克思主义为理论源点、共产主义为价值取向、中国特色社会主义为实践起点的生成逻辑。

中国式现代化是一种极具历史自觉和战略前瞻性的主动选择。自中国共产党成立以来，中国式现代化先后经历了萌发、探索、建构3个阶段，完成了“中国式”选择从历史自觉、实践自觉到话语自觉的转型；并在新时代实现了历史性的超越，表现为水平上从低位追赶到高位引领的提升、路径上从“先破后立”的老路到“破立结合”的新路的转变、方法上从局部管理到系统治理的优化。中国式现代化的突出成就得益于党的领导与社会主义制度优势相结合、人民首创和人的现代化本质目标相促进、战略目标和底线思维相统一、独立自主和顺应世界发展大势相融合。未来在实践维度上，应着重把握好长期与短期的张力，推动供给侧和需求侧的有机融合，提升引导和利用资本的能力；在理论维度上，应加强中国式现代化的学术概念、指标度量和话语体系构建，持续开辟中国式现代化的新境界。
