To solve the problem of robust servo performance of Flight Environment testbed(FET)of Altitude Ground Test Facilities(AGTF) over the whole operational envelope, a two-degree-offreedom μ synthesis method based on Linear Parameter Varying(LPV) schematic is proposed, and meanwhile a new structure frame of μ synthesis control on two degrees of freedom with double integral and weighting functions is presented, which constitutes a core support part of the paper. Aimed at the problem of reference command's rapid change, one freedom feed forward is adopted, while another freedom output feedback is used to meet good servo tracking as well as disturbance and noise rejection; furthermore, to overcome the overshoot problem and acquire dynamic tuning,the integral is introduced in inner loop, and another integral controller is used in outer loop in order to guarantee steady errors; additionally, two performance weighting functions are designed to achieve robust specialty and control energy limit considering the uncertainties in system. As the schedule parameters change over large flight envelope, the stability of closed-loop LPV system is proved using Lyapunov inequalities. The simulation results show that the relative tracking errors of temperature and pressure are less than 0.5% with LPV μ synthesis controller. Meanwhile, compared with non-LPV μ synthesis controller in large uncertainty range, the proposed approach in this research can ensure robust servo performance of FET over the whole operational envelope.

In the context of dynamic telecommunication traffic requirement, experimental prototypes and testbeds have been vital and challenging steps towards achieving practical OBS networks. This paper presents the novel integrated LOBS/GMPLS network testbed. Dynamic interworking technologies between GMPLS network and LOBS network and potential survivability schemes in this multilayer network are investigated by experimentally evaluating the TCP and popular streaming media service performance over an integrated LOBS/ GMPLS testbed.

The Internet-of-Things (IoT) is today one of the hypes in the technological world but despite the enormous attention and research investment, the clear business value is still hard to perceive. IoT deployments are costly to be installed, managed and maintained, and need to provide a very clear value to justify the investments. For another viewpoint, IoT technologies need to be proven before deployment, which implies the need to test and assess IoT solutions in real settings and involve the actual target users. And as such, this presents an opportunity to have IoT deployments with a clear business model mainly focused on real-life large-scale research and technological experimentation. This would mean having a sustainable IoT infrastructure in-place based on the provision of experimentation services and a trial environment to industry and research, which then could also present an opportunity to establish added-value (business) services. This is the exact idea of the flagship SmartSantander testbed facility and especially its major deployment in the city of Santander, Spain. The SmartSantander facility business model is built around experimentally-driven research and technology development thus attracting many experimenters from industry and European research projects. This model makes it possible to sustain an outstanding large-scale IoT deployment of around 12,000 sensors and on top of it the development of new the development of new services and applications especially targeting the needs of users (citizens, businesses, authorities) in smart-cities. This paper studies the business model of outstanding SmartSantander facility in order to provide a generic Business Model for IoT testbeds that can provide guidance and be adapted by owners (or owners to-be) wishing to exploit their IoT deployments as facilities supporting experimentation and trials of IoT solutions.

This paper describes the design and construction of a Multiple Air Robotics Indoor testbed （MARIT） in detail. MARIT is an indoor experimental platform for developing and validating research work in cooperative control, trajectory generation and computational intelligence for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles （UAVs）. MARIT is instru- mental to capture the 6 DOF （degree of freedom） dynamic position information of the small air robots fast and accurately in the 3D test domain. Several difficulties developing the testbed such as connecting the RC （radio-controlled） transmitter to the computer, modeling the UAVs in Vicon softwares and system identification of the inner control system of the UAV are clearly explained.

现代软件测试研究发现：对于任何一个软件或者系统所进行的测试都应当是结合了静态测试和动态测试来进行的，只做其中任何一项测试工作都会因为完整性的缺失而无法得到准确的测评结论。在其它条件不变的情况下，如果能够越早的发现软件中的错误，所造成损失的就会越少。静态测试是对软件中的需求说明书、设计说明书、程序源代码等进行非运行的检查，因此，能够较早地发现软件的缺陷。为了进一步提高软件测试结果可信度和优化成本，必须做到在软件测试项目中包含静态测试。本文分析了静态质量度量，提出了对软件特性进行评价的方法;探索了如何互补性的组合测试工具testbed和PolySpace应用到实际测试流程中，并在某舰载气象雷达通信软件的静态测试中取得了验证;编制了静态质量分析报告规程。具体包括以下几个方面：首先，从软件测试的定义、目的和分类着手引入了软件测试的整体概念，描述了软件测试的重要性;剖析了不同测试类型中从是否执行程序的角度划分出来的静态测试，了解了静态测试技术的关键点在于代码、界面和文档的测试。其次，分析了软件质量度量，继而从软件的静态质量度量基本概念和功能出发，研究了Halstead软件科学度量法和McCabe程序环路复杂度度量法两种软件静态度量方法，重点研究了静态质量模型及结合静态质量模型对软件特性进行评价的方法。再次，探索如何互补性的组合应用测试工具testbed和PolySpace到实际测试流程中，研究了如何完整的实现对使用Linux平台和VC++语言开发的某舰载气象雷达通信软件的静态测试，并在实践中了验证了工具使用的可行性。最后，通过对本文研究内容的总结，探索了如何在软件静态测试的静态分析过程中找到相对完整全面的规则集，从而使静态分析在模型构造、路径选择等方面能够选择更好的策略，以此得到提高静态分析的准确度的效果。并结合软件质量度量的研究和舰载气象雷达通信软件静态测试过程及结果的分析，探索了对于目前整个业界都没有统一成熟的静态测试流程和标准;在静态测试流程中，还没有具备广泛代表性的作为最终测试结果的静态质量分析报告;静态测试结果不能够以简洁明了的形式作为内部质量结果，从而可以有力的支撑项目测评结论的完整性等问题的解决办法，初步拟定了静态质量分析报告的编制规程第一稿。经多个实际测试项目和委托方反馈，该规程质量因素关键点覆盖度高，在装备软件静态质量分析方面具备很强广泛性和代表性。
