Compared to a quasistatic environment,the electromechanical response of piezoelectric ceramics exhibits a considerably nonlinear behavior when subjected to *** the effect of ambient temperature is further considered,then the situation becomes more *** thermal,mechanical,and electrical properties of soft-doped piezoelectric ceramics(PZT-5H)under compression and impact conditions were analyzed in the temperature range of-60℃to 200℃(below Curie temperature).The experimental results indicate that the fracture strength of PZT-5H has an extreme value near room *** dynamic piezoelectric coefficient is strongly temperature dependent and has a maximum value near 100℃because of the“electric devil's staircase effect”between polarization and domain switching *** temperature-dependent data will enable the accurate prediction of the dynamic performance of devices by computer simulation.

The influence of temperature on mode coupling effect in piezoelectric vibrators remains *** this work,we discuss the influence of temperature on two-dimensional(2D)mode coupling effect and electromechanical coupling coefficient of cylindrical[001]c-poled Mn-doped 0.24PIN-0.46PMN-0.30PT piezoelectric single-crystal vibrator with an arbitrary configuration *** electromechanical coupling coefficient kt decreases with temperature increasing,whereas k33 is largely invariant in a temperature range of 25℃-55℃.With the increase of temperature,the shift in the‘mode dividing point’increases the scale of the poling direction of the piezoelectric *** temperature has little effect on coupling constantΓ.At a given temperature,the coupling constantΓof the cylindrical vibrator is slightly greater than that of the rectangular *** the temperature changes,the applicability index(M)values of the two piezoelectric vibrators are close to 1,indicating that the coupling theory can be applied to piezoelectric vibrators made of late-model piezoelectric single crystals.

The combustion of ammonia(NH3)has attracted wide interest in fuel vehicle engines,marine engines,and power generators to mitigate carbon dioxide ***,the relatively low laminar flame speed presents a technical barrier for this renewable fuel to be used in *** work is concerned with numerical examining the effects of elevating inlet temperature on the laminar burning velocity of NH3/air flames with various contents of dimethyl ether(DME)using ID freely propagating flame calculations,and to shed light on the flame enhancement *** this,the mechanism is first validated by comparing the numerical predictions with experimental *** show that increasing the inlet temperature has a positive effect on the laminar burning velocity of pure NH3/DME/air *** is revealed that elevating inlet temperature contributes to a higher adiabatic flame temperature,which is beneficial to the overall chemical reaction ***,the thermal diffusivity of the binary mixture is observed to increase substantially as *** kinetic and sensitivities analyses reveal that the inlet temperature has a minimal effect on the reaction pathway,leading to the relative importance of the dominant chain branching over terminating reaction steps to be varied *** present work confirms that the flame speed enhancement with increasing inlet temperature is primarily the synergetic result of the thermal and diffusion effects,rather than the chemical effect.

Self-powered ZnO/perovskite heterostructured ultraviolet （UV） photodetectors （PDs） based on the pyro-phototronic effect have been recently reported as a promising solution for energy-efficient, ultrafast-response, and high-performance UV PDs. In this study, the temperature dependence of the pyro-phototronic effect on the photo-sensing performance of self-powered ZnO/perovskite heterostructured PDs was investigated. The current responses of these PDs to UV light were enhanced by 174.1% at 77 K and 28.7% at 300 K owing to the improved pyro-phototronic effect at low temperatures. The fundamentals of the pyro-phototronic effect were thoroughly studied by analyzing the charge- transfer process and the time constant of the current response of the PDs upon UV illumination. This work presents in-depth understandings about the pyro- phototronic effect on the ZnO/perovskite heterostructure and provides guidance for the design and development of corresponding optoelectronics for ultrafast photo sensing, optothermal detection, and biocompatible optoelectronic probes.

A comparison of the temperature dependence of the P-hit single event transient （SET） in a two-transistor （2T） inverter with that in a three-transistor （3T） inverter is carried out based on a three-dimensional numerical simulation. Due to the significantly distinct mechanisms of the single event change collection in the 2T and the 3T inverters, the temperature plays different roles in the SET production and propagation. The SET pulse will be significantly broadened in the 2T inverter chain while will be compressed in the 3T inverter chain as temperature increases. The investigation provides a new insight into the SET mitigation under the extreme environment, where both the high temperature and the single event effects should be considered. The 3T inverter layout structure （or similar layout structures） will be a better solution for spaceborne integrated circuit design for extreme environments.

The relationship between the photothermal cooling efficiency of a micro-cantilever＇s mechanical mode and the en- vironmental temperature is studied. The micro-cantilever and a polished fiber end form a low finesse Fabry-Perot （FP） cavity. Experimental results in a temperature range from 77 K to 298 K show that temperature has an obvious influence on photothermal cooling efficiency. The photothermal cooling efficiency, ηph, at 100 K is 10 times that at 298 K. This accords well with the theoretical analysis that the high photothermal cooling efficiency can be achieved when photothermal response time, τph, and mechanical resonant frequency, ω0, are close to the optimal photothermal cooling condition ω0τph = 1. Our study provides an important approach for high effective photothermal cooling and high-sensitivity measurement for force microscopy.

We report the temperature dependence of the spin pumping effect for Y_(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)(YIG,0.9μm)/NiO(tNiO)/W(6 nm)(tNiO=0 nm,1 nm,2 nm,and 10 nm)*** samples exhibit a strong temperature-dependent inverse spin Hall effect(ISHE)signal I_(c)and sensitivity to the NiO layer *** observe a dramatic decrease of I_(c)with inserting thin NiO layer between YIG and W layers indicating that the inserting of NiO layer significantly suppresses the spin transport from YIG to *** contrast to the noticeable enhancement in YIG/NiO(tNiO≈1-2 nm)/Pt,the suppression of spin transport may be closely related to the specific interface-dependent spin scattering,spin memory loss,and spin conductance at the NiO/W ***,the I_(c)of YIG/Ni O/W exhibits a maximum near the TNof the AF NiO layer because the spins are transported dominantly by incoherent thermal magnons.

temperature dependence of chain conformation and local rigidity of two soluble isomerized polyimides （PIs）, poly（hexafluorodianhydride/3,3＇-dimethylbenzidine）[poly（6FDA/3,3＇-DMB）] and poly（hexafluorodianhy- dride/2,2＇-dimethylbenzidine）[poly（6FDA/2,2＇-DMB）] were investigated by dilute solution viscosity, size exclusion chromatography（SEC） coupled with multi-angle laser light scattering, viscometer, and refractive index detector in dimethylformamide（DMF） with either 0.1 mol/L LiBr or 3.1 mmol/L tetrabutylammonium bromide（TBAB） in the temperature range of 30 to 50 ~C. The scaling relationships of [t/]=K^M~ and Rg=KgMv obtained are employed to in- vestigate the temperature dependence of chain conformation for the two polyimides. The values of a and v are in the range of 0.66--0.69 and 0.53--0.56, respectively, for poly（6FDA/3,3＇-DMB）, meanwhile they are in the range of 0.64--0.68 and 0.53--0.56, respectively, for poly（6FDAJ2,2＇-DMB）. These results reveal that random coil conforma- tions for both Pls are not affected visibly with increasing temperature from 30 ~C to 50 ~C. However, values of more exact intrinsic viscosity from dilute solution measurement indicate there is only tiny coil extension or shrinkage for both PIs with temperature rising. Parameters related to chain flexibility of polymer, including persistence length lp, shift factor ME（relative molecular weight per unit contour length） and backbone diameter d are estimated from the relationship between intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight for the continuous wormlike cylinder model, which indicates that two samples are flexible chains, only the chain of poly（6FDA/3,3＇-DMB） is stiffer than that of poly（6FDA/2,2＇-DMB） slightly.

The temperature dependence on the reaction of desulfurization reagent CaCO3 and SO2 in O2/CO2 coal combustion was investigated by thcrmogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction measurement and pore structure analysis. The results show that the conversion of the reaction of CaCO3 and SO2 in air is higher at 500-1 100 ℃ and lower at 1 200 ℃ compared with that in O2/CO2 atmosphere. The conversion can be increased by increasing the concentration of SO2, which causes the inhibition of CaSO4 decomposition and shifting of the reaction equilibrium toward the products. XRD analysis of the product shows that the reaction mechanism of CaCO3 and SO2 differs with temperature in O2/CO2 atmosphere, i.e. CaCO3 directly reacts with SO2 at 500 ℃ and CaO from CaCO3 decomposition reacts with SO2 at 1 000 ℃. The pore analysis of the products indicates that the maximum specific surface area of the products accounts for the highest conversion at 1 100 ℃ in O2/CO2 atmosphere. The results reveal that the effect of the atmosphere on the conversion is temperature dependence.
