Multi-sensory neuromorphic devices(MND)have broad potential in overcoming the structural bottleneck of von Neumann in the era of big ***,the current multisensory artificial neuromorphic system is mainly based on unitary nonvolatile memory or volatile synaptic devices without intrinsic thermal sensitivity,which limits the range of biological multisensory perception and the flexibility and computational efficiency of the neural morphological computing ***,a temperature-dependent memory/synaptic hybrid artificial neuromorphic device based on floating gate phototransistors(FGT)is *** CsPbBr_(3)/TiO_(2)core–shell nanocrystals(NCs)prepared by in-situ pre-protection low-temperature solvothermal method were used as the photosensitive *** device exhibits remarkable multi-level visual memory with a large memory window of 59.6 V at room ***,when the temperature varies from 20 to 120℃back and forth,the device can switch between nonvolatile memory and volatile synaptic device with reconfigurable and reversible behaviors,which contributes to the efficient visual/thermal fusion *** work expands the sensory range of multisensory devices and promotes the development of memory and neuromorphic devices based on organic field-effect transistors(OFET).

A multiscale crystal plasticity model accounting for temperature-dependent mechanical behaviors without introducing a larger number of unknown parameters was *** model was implemented in elastic-plastic self-consistent(EPSC)and crystal plasticity finite element(CPFE)frameworks for grain-scale simulations.A computationally efficient EPSC model was first employed to estimate the critical resolved shear stress and hardening parameters of the slip and twin systems available in a hexagonal close-packed magnesium alloy,*** constitutive parameters were thereafter refined using the *** crystal plasticity frameworks incorporated with the temperature-dependent constitutive model were used to predict stress–strain curves in macroscale and lattice strains in microscale at different testing temperatures up to 200℃.In particular,the predictions by the crystal plasticity models were compared with the measured lattice strain data at the elevated temperatures by in situ high-energy X-ray diffraction,for the first *** comparison in the multiscale improved the fidelity of the developed temperature-dependent constitutive model and validated the assumption with regard to the temperature dependency of available slip and twin systems in the magnesium ***,this work provides a time-efficient and precise modeling scheme for magnesium alloys at elevated temperatures.

Rapid flocculation and settlement(FS)of mine tailings is significant for the improvement and development of the filling process,whereas the settlement velocity(SV)of tailings in FS has been recognized as a key parameter to evaluate the settlement ***,the influence of temperature on the SV and its mechanism have not been *** experiments on tailings with various ambient temperatures were carried *** SVs of tailings with a solid waste content of 10wt%and an anionic polyacrylamide content of 20 g·t^−1 were measured at different *** SV presented an“N”-shaped variation curve as the temperature changed from 5 to 40℃.The mechanism of these results can be explained from the perspective of the electric double-layer repulsive force,molecular dynamics,and the polymer flocculation principle,as revealed from the scanning electron microscopy of floc *** findings will be beneficial in the design of tailings dewatering processes and save costs in the production of cemented paste backfill.

Tm3+-doped transparent oxyfluoride glass ceramics containing BaYbxY((1-x))F5 nanocrystals were prepared via high temperature solid phase melting method,of which up-conversion emission is achieved by the Yb3+-mediated energy transfer *** required photon number of Tm3+ions emissions in BaYbxY(1-x)F5 nanocrystals was calculated through the luminescence spectra,revealing the strong dependence of energy transfer mechanism on Yb3+ions ***,based on the fluore scence intensity ratio technology,the effect of different energy transfer mechanism on the temperature sensitivity was investigated by the temperature-dependent luminescence intensity of thermally coupled energy levels of Tm3+:1G4(a),1G4(b).The obtained sensitivity decreases with the increase of Yb3+ions content,which is mainly attributed to the changes in photon absorption process of Tm^3+:1G4(b).

temperature inferential control (TIC) is studied for a reactive distillation column with double reactive sections (RDC-DRSs) processing a hypothetical two-stage consecutive reversible reaction (A + B■C + D, C + B■E + D with αD > αB > αC > αA > αE). Because of the complicated dynamic behaviors, the controlled stages by sensitivity analysis lead to great steady-state deviations (SSDs) in top and bottom product purities. Since TIC involves considerably reduced settling times in comparison with direct composition control, small SSDs in product qualities correspond generally to small transient deviations (TDs) in product qualities. An objective function that measures SSDs in product qualities is formulated to represent the performance of a TIC system and an iterative procedure is devised to search for the best control configuration. The application of the procedure to the RDC-DRS gives considerably suppressed TDs and SSDs in top and bottom product qualities as compared with the one by sensitivity analysis. The method is simpler in principle and less computationally intensive than the current practice. These striking outcomes show the effectiveness of the proposed principle for the development of TIC systems for complicated reactive distillation columns.

Compared with the fiber channel,the atmospheric channel offers the possibility of a broader geographical coverage and more flexible transmission for continuous-variable quantum key distribution(CVQKD).However,the fluctuation of atmospheric conditions will lead to the loss of performance in atmospheric quantum *** this paper,we study how temperature affects atmospheric *** mainly consider the temperature effects on the transmittance and interruption *** the numerical simulation analysis,it can be shown that the performance of atmospheric CVQKD is improved as temperature increases,with the other factors ***,the results in this work can be used to evaluate the feasibility of the experimental implementation of the atmospheric CVQKD protocols.

We study the effects of electrolyte temperature on DNA molecule translocation experimentally without and with a temperature gradient across nanopore *** same temperatures on both electrolyte chambers are first *** DNA molecule translocation time is measured to be 2.44 ms at 2°C in both chambers,which is 1.57 times longer than at 20°*** the temperature difference effect is characterized in both *** results show that the DNA translocation speed can be slowed down as long as one side temperature is lowered,irrespective of the temperature gradient *** indicates that the thermophoretic driving force generated by a temperature gradient has no obvious effect on the threading speed of DNA molecules,while the main reason for the slowed DNA translocation speed is the increased ***,the capture rate of DNA molecules is enhanced under a temperature gradient condition,and the capture rate during DNA translocation from hot side at 21°C to cold one at 2°C is 1.7 times larger than that under the condition of both chambers at 20°***,an optimized configuration is proposed to acquire higher capture rates and lower DNA translocation speeds.

In this report, the effect of temperature on the In As/Al Sb heterojunction and high-electron-mobility transistors（HEMTs） with a gate length of 2 μm are discussed comprehensively. The results indicate that device performance is greatly improved at cryogenic temperatures. It is also observed that the device performance at 90 K is significantly improved with 27% lower gate leakage current, 12% higher maximum drain current, and 22.5% higher peak transconductance compared to 300 K. The temperature dependence of mobility and the two-dimensional electron gas concentration in the In As/Al Sb heterojunction for the temperature range 90 K-300 K is also investigated. The electron mobility at 90 K（42560 cm2/V·s）is 2.5 times higher than its value at 300 K（16911 cm^2/V·s） because of the weaker lattice vibration and the impurity ionization at cryogenic temperatures, which corresponds to a reduced scattering rate and higher mobility. We also noted that the two-dimensional electron gas concentration decreases slightly from 1.99 × 10^（12） cm^（-2） at 300 K to 1.7 × 10^（12） cm^（-2） at 90 K with a decrease in temperature due to the lower ionization at cryogenic temperature and the nearly constant ？Ec.
