Linking technological innovation with high-quality economic development is a complex *** far,there has been little academic research on the mechanism and internal law of technological innovation related to highquality economic *** streamlining the research context of technological innovation in the deductive development of economic growth theory,this paper summarizes and extracts the core connotation of high-quality economic development from the concept of high-quality development and at micro,meso and macro *** internal law of technological innovation promoting high-quality economic development is revealed from six aspects,including total factor productivity,supply of high-quality products and services,industrial structure upgrading,consumption structure upgrading,resources and environment,and promoting social *** paper then puts forward policy recommendations for technological innovation promoting high-quality economic development at micro,meso and macro ***,organizations including R&D enterprises,universities and research institutes should have their creativity enhanced;mesoscopically,the levels of industrial chain,value chain and regional technological innovation growth pole should be improved;and macroscopically,China should raise its overall technology competitiveness in the world for high-quality economic development driven by technological *** paper proposes six issues on technological innovation related to high-quality development that deserve in-depth discussion,including identifying the standards and boundaries of innovation,capturing the orientation of technological innovation,and raising the rate of transforming technological innovation achievements,etc.

Due to environmental damage and natural resource scarcity,the promotion of industrial green development to spur the industrial economy is of concern to many *** construct a theoretical framework of technological innovation,market proximity,and industrial green development and subsequently test it ***,the results reveal that technological innovation is beneficial to industrial green development;technological innovation has a positive impact on industrial green development in adjacent regions through technology spillover,but human capital spillover has the opposite effect;the international market can effectively promote industrial green development,but the domestic market does the ***,the interaction between technology spillover,human capital spillover,and domestic and international markets is beneficial to industrial green ***,the interaction between domestic and international markets imposes an inhibitive effect on industrial green *** on the findings,we make recommendations to improve the level of industrial green development.

Coupling Relationship Among technological innovation,Industrial Transformation and Environmental Efficiency:A Case Study of the Huaihai Economic Zone,China

The 14th Five-Year Plan period is a critical period for China to achieve high-quality development. Based on super-efficiency slacks-based measure(SBM) model, grey-related analysis(GRA) and other models, this paper studies the heterogeneity of the coupling relationship among technological innovation, industrial transformation and environmental efficiency in the Huaihai Economic Zone during the period of 2005-2019. In addition, it analyzes the coupling mechanism of single and binary systems to the ternary system, which is of great significance for the collaborative symbiosis among systems. The findings are as follows. 1) The technological innovation, industrial transformation and environmental efficiency(TIE) systems of the Huaihai Economic Zone had significant spatial-temporal heterogeneity. Although their evaluation value fluctuated, the development trends are all positive. Ultimately, technological innovation is characterized by being high in the northeast and low in the southwest around Xuzhou, while other systems are relatively staggered in space. 2) The coupling of TIE systems is in transition, lack of orderly integration and benign interaction. However, the developing trend of interaction is also upward, and a spatial pattern driven by Xuzhou and Linyi as the dual cores has gradually formed. Moreover, the coupling is mostly manifested as outdated technological innovation and industrial transformation. Except for the final coordination of regenerative cities, the other resource types are all in transition. Cities in all traffic locations are still in transition. The overall system interaction of cities on Longhai Line(Lanzhou-Lianyungang Railway) is relatively optimal, and cities on Xinshi Line(Xinxiang-Rizhao Railway) are accelerating toward synergy. 3) The coupling status of TIE systems depends on the development of the single system and the interaction of the binary(2E) system. The view of technological innovation in coal industry under the vision of carbon neutralization

This paper analyzed the current situation and development trends of energy consumption and carbon emissions,and the current situation and development trend of coal consumption in *** the context of recently established carbon peak and carbon neutralization targets,this paper put forward the main problems associated with the green and low-carbon development and utilization of *** key technological innovation directions in mining were proposed,including green coal development,intelligent and efficient mining,low-carbon utilization and conversion of coal,energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS).Focusing on the above technological innovation directions,it is suggested to carry out three basic theories,including the theory of green efficient intelligent mining,clean and low-carbon utilization and transformation of coal,and ***,it is proposed to develop 12 key technologies,including green coal mining and ecological environment protection,efficient coal mining and intelligent mine construction,key technologies and equipment for efficient coal processing,underground coal gasification and mining,ultra-high parameter and ultra-supercritical power generation technology,intelligent and flexible coal-fired power generation technology,new power cycle coal-fired power generation technology,the development of coal-based special fuels,coal-based bulk and specialty chemicals,energy conservation and consumption reduction,large-scale and low-cost carbon capture,CO_(2) utilization and ***,necessary measures from the governmental perspective were also proposed.

Since firms are the entities of technological innovation and basic research is the source of technological innovation,encouraging firms to conduct basic research has gained increasing *** Huawei Technologies as a case study,this study employs a vector autoregressive(VAR)model and relevant data of the target firm from 2000 to 2019 to investigate the relationships between basic research,technological innovation,and firm *** to the findings,basic research has a positive effect on technological innovation but has a significant lag;technological innovation has a positive effect on firm performance and shows significant periodicity;while basic research has a positive effect on firm performance and a procedural *** this basis,we put forward some enlightening suggestions for firms to carry out basic research.

Does financial development moderate the link between technological innovation and environmental indicators?An advanced panel analysis

This study analyzes the role of financial development(FD)on the impact of technologi-cal innovation(TI)on six environmental quality indicators for the 25 economies that are part of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development for the period from 2000 to *** use a two-step dynamic generalized method of moments approach to understand this *** results show that FD augments the posi-tive effects of TI on four of the six environmental indicators,namely ecological foot-print,adjusted net savings,pressure on nature,and environmental ***,no significant effects on environmental sustainability and environmental vulnerability indices were *** considering all of the environmental quality indicators,TI appears to enhance environmental *** find evidence to support the existence of the environmental Kuznets curve in the context of each environmen-tal indicator and economic ***,FD and energy consumption appear to accelerate environmental *** on these results,FD should be viewed as an important parameter in designing policies for innovation to achieve the goal of net-zero carbon *** innovation and environmental quality nexus is *** moderating role of financial development is *** different environmental quality indicators are used for OECD *** development intensifies the environmental benefits of innovation.•The EKC hypothesis is confirmed for all six environmental indicators.

The technology innovation cooperation relationship of enterprises has evolved into the representation of complicated network. MATLAB software is used for computer simulation on network evolution process of technology innovation cooperation, and Ucinet characterization analysis software is used to compute characteristic values of simulation network such as power law index of network, average route length and accumulation coefficients. It is compared with the actual network, and the simulation results are analyzed to verify the rationality of the constructed evolution model.

Using the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2015 to 2018,this paper analyzes the impact of the internet,technological innovation,and their interaction on high-quality economic *** the results show,the internet and technological innovation promote economic growth efficiency,economic growth stability,industrial structure optimization,and sustainable development level,where technological innovation promotes more significantly but hinders the economic welfare level to some extent;the interaction between the internet and technological innovation has a significant positive correlation with high-quality economic development and strengthens the promotion of technological innovation on high-quality economic development;human capital plays a significant role in promoting all aspects of high-quality economic development,while fiscal expenditure has no significant impact on highquality economic ***,the internet should be leveraged to drive technological innovation capacity,and better play the guiding role of the government.

This case illustrates key innovations that took place in Hisense Group, one of the leading companies in the electronic appliances industry in China, from 1990s to 2010. Several factors contributed to its leading position, including strategic positioning, consistent technological innovation over decades, and an efficient administrative system. Since 1992, Hisense has paid close attention to technological innovation. It makes it clear that R＆D plays a dominant role in competition. Hisense has continuously invested heavily in R＆D and restructured its R＆D administrative system, including the organizational framework, incentive mechanisms, project management and teamwork. Hisense＇s strategy has resulted in major technological innovations. Hiview chip is a technological breakthrough, which helps the company gain competitive advantages.
