Teachers are the primary resource of education and an important guarantee for building a high-quality education *** research is an effective way for teacher professional *** paper focuses on problems of the failure of traditional teaching research models,unbalanced supply,and inaccurate support,with the core goal of realizing the clustered,synergistic,and high-quality development of teachers,and builds a new form model of three integrations,one focus,and N innovations for regional informatization teaching research with innovative characteristics,a dual coordination mechanism for the clustered high-quality development of teachers,and an accurate support strategy for the comprehensive literacy of teacher informatization teaching research.

At present,rail transit is developing rapidly in the world,and this means new and changing requirements for the training of talents in railway engineering *** the current problems of limited laboratory/field instruments for railway engineering experimentsand the safety/administrative difficulties of going to the frontline of railway lines to teach railway engineering experiemnts in the field,the Department of Railway Engineering of Central South University tried to introduce virtual reality(VR)technology to teach students experiments in the field of railway *** the virtualized experimental methods,students can carry out railway engineering experiments such as;vehicle wheel pair off-axis experiments,track geometry and position detection,*** immersive *** was observed that after performing virtual simulation experiments,students appeared conversant in subsequent field ***,VR greatly improves the teaching efficiency of railway engineering experiments.

In the situation of the contemporary education, both flipped classroom and ecological classroom have provided new thoughts for the development of teaching and learning, at the same time, thrown great light on the educational study. Therefore,under the guidance of the ideas of ecological classroom and flipped classroom, the thesis applies both the literature research and experiential summary methods to research on the teaching of English reading in senior high school.

The traditional specialized English teaching mode and method for higher vocational art students are unitary, so students' learning enthusiasm is not high and their learning efficiency is low. According to the characteristics of art students in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the teaching difficulties in the traditional English classroom and studies the application of the flipped classroom teaching model in the teaching of specialized *** teacher adopts the method of making students' learning guide before class to improve the self-study efficiency of the students. Teachers use rich classroom forms and multiple evaluation criteria to improve their interest in learning English. The application of the research results is important for improving the professional English ability and the ability of job adaptation for higher vocational art students.

At present, there are many problems and contradictions such as unclear teaching objective, backward educational ideas, and obsolete teaching contents in the music performance course of the musicology program in the art departments of many colleges and universities. To solve these problems and contradictions, high importance should be attached to the art departments of many colleges and universities, and also a series of solutions should be actively sought. Meanwhile, the teaching objective should be made more clearly, the evaluation standards should be improved, and educational ideas should be timely updated. In this paper, many problems exposed in the music performance course of the musicology program in the art departments of many colleges and universities are analyzed, and also a series of feasible countermeasures are proposed.
