On the ways of cultivating the creativity of talents

The creative talents are of constructive significance to the development of the country. Starting from the early exploration and the scientific definition of the creativity of the talents, this article summarizes the research achievements of the creativity of talents in China from three aspects of the determination of the nature and the research of the structural model, the research of the relationship between creativity and other factors, and the development and research of the cross cultural creativity. And from the perspective of the theory and the practice, the author puts forward the ways to cultivate the creativity of the talents from the five dimensions of optimizing the development of the brain functions, improving the abilities of the thinking, judgment and control, debugging the emotional stability and the creative personality, striving to improve the teachers＇ creativity, and drawing lessons from the practical experience of training innovative talents in western countries.

Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country. Only make full use of creative thinking, can society have a substantial development. Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society is an inescapable mission of colleges and universities. Entrepreneurship and innovation are conducive to China’s enterprises in many aspects of structural optimization. talents with certain innovation ability can meet the requirements of social development. The colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating innovative talents which take it as a strategic task to cultivate innovation-entrepreneurship type talents. Nevertheless, most of the colleges and universities do not pay attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education and the teaching institutions should actively reform, and make full use of advanced information technology and train innovative talents. In this paper, we discuss the importance of training mode and mechanism of economic management talents with innovation-entrepreneurship type, and we put forward the direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education, at the same time, an innovative management mechanism should be established.

In the development of recent years, colleges and universities have to face certain challenges and difficulties in the process of training artistic talents due to the influence of teaching conditions, teaching staff and other factors. In the 21st century, the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce. The training of applied talents is an inevitable trend of social and economic development. In order to enhance the core competitiveness of artistic talents in vocational colleges and universities in practice, it is necessary to explore a complete and scientific training system based on the characteristics of employment-oriented and comprehensive applied talents training. To alleviate the difficulty and pressure of the training of application- oriented talents in vocational colleges at present, it can provide an effective reference for the curriculum of higher vocational colleges and fundamentally enhance the core competitiveness of vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper makes a simple research and analysis on the training of art applied talents in vocational colleges and universities based on the perspective of employment.

This paper analyzed the trend of seed industry development in-depth and studied changes in quantity and quality of demands for seed industry talents. To adapt to " breeding,propagating and selling" integration and internationalized trend of seed industry,it stated that hierarchical training mode is an ideal mode for training outstanding seed industry talents. Finally,it elaborated specific objectives and requirements of the hierarchical training mode,i. e. undergraduate- master- doctor.

With the vibrant growth of IT and strong encouragement from the "Internet Plus" policy, China's craving for high-end IT talents has been aroused to another high level. With norms in IT talents requirement become more diverse and demanding, IT talents are pushed to embody both solid theoretical software knowledge and high capability in practice. All of these make it an extremely urgent task for strengthening applied talents with their practice capability in commercial projects. This paper, based on cultivating applied talents and by exemplifying the applied IT major in one university in H province, reinforced educational and cultivating reform, explored the undertaking of commercial projects in school-enterprise cooperation and contemplated the mode construction of applied talents cultivation to raise the cultivation quality and employment of applied talents in universities, effectively enhance the commercial value of education as well as its capability in serving local economy and finally achieve the goal of intensifying the link of talents cultivation through practice.
