China’s small and micro enterprises have always had the typical characteristics of“five,six,seven,eight,nine,”which are important supports to expand employment and improve people’s ***,the current proportion of these enterprises in obtaining bank loans does not commensurate with the proportion of small,medium,and micro enterprises in the total economic *** financing dilemma of small and micro enterprises still *** consideration of the financing status of small and micro enterprises,this study analyzes the constraints of small and micro enterprises in financing,such as the difficulty in mortgage,difficulty in obtaining loans,and difficulty in *** study sorts out taizhou’s practical experience and links its operation mechanism of“two platforms,one fund,and one index.”Finally,by learning from its successful experience,how to utilize the environment and the trend of big data will be further discussed,so as to form a scalable and sustainable financing method and *** will provide a reference for improving the financing environment of small and micro enterprises.

A Serological Survey of Contagious Caprine Pleuropneumonia in taizhou City,Jiangsu Province

[ Objective] This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of contagious caprine pleuropneumonia in taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. [ Method] By using indirect hemagglutination assay kits for detection of antibodies against Mycoplasma capricolum subsp, capripneumoniae （ Mecp）, Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. capriclonum （Mmc） and Mycopalsam ovipneumonia （ Movi）, 1 157 goat sera from taizhou City of Jiangsu Province were detected. [ Result ] The average positive detection rate of Mccp and Mmc in infected goats was 51.85% and 39.81%, respectively; the average positive detection rate of Mccp and Mmc in non-infected goats was 10.52% and 5.84%, respectively, and the total positive detection rate of Mycoplasma infections was 16.37%. [ Conclusion ] Mycoplasma infections oc- cur commonly in taizhou City. The prevention and control of Mycoplasma infections should be strengthened.

The Real Rights Law of China(2007) is an important step made by China towards the legalization of commercial *** statute may have a few far-reaching effects in practice beyond the contemplation of legislators. This article studies the possible implications that the Real Rights Law may have on the search for alternatives to the shipbuilding refund *** search is essential for the survival and development of Chinese shipbuilding industry, which is struggling in the world’s second *** study shows that the Real Rights Law may realise the long redundant ship construction mortgage by way of charge of semi-finished industrial products or ’floating assets.’ Moreover,the statute may perfect the title transfer of newbuilding in the ’taizhou Model’,a popular private financing structure for ship construction in Chinese rural *** practice,the ship construction mortgage and ’taizhou Model’ are the most effective alternatives to the shipbuilding refund *** course,whether the possible implications of the Real Rights Law could benefit the practice depends on Chinese administrators’ recognition,comprehension and implementation of the statute,which is yet to be observed.
