Deformation Analysis and Fixture Design of Thin-walled Cylinder in Drilling Process Based on triz theory

Thin-walled cylindrical workpiece is easy to deform during machining and clamping processes due to the insufficient ***,it’s also difficult to ensure the perpendicularity of flange holes during drilling *** this paper,the element birth and death technique is used to obtain the axial deformation of the hole through finite element *** measured value of the perpendicularity of the hole was compared with the simulated value to verify then the rationality of the simulation *** reduce the perpendicularity error of the hole in the drilling process,the theory of inventive principle solution(triz)was used to analyze the drilling process of thin-walled cylinder,and the corresponding fixture was developed to adjust the supporting surface height *** different fixture supporting layout schemes were used for numerical simulation of drilling process,and the maximum,average and standard deviation of the axial deformation of the flange holes and their maximum hole perpendicularity errors were comparatively analyzed,and the optimal arrangement was *** results show that the proposed deformation control strategy can effectively improve the drilling deformation of thin-walled cylindrical workpiece,thereby significantly improving the machining quality of the parts.

triz theory is a powerful theory,method and tool of technological *** thinking method and problem analysis method effectively break the inertia of thinking and have a complete solution to the contradiction of the *** triz theory will be used to study the non-ferrous metal automatic casting system,breaking the manual fixed casting or linear automatic casting of non-ferrous metal ingots（mainly tin,aluminum,copper,lead,etc.）,using disc-type fixed mold Continuous automatic casting system keeps the mold fixed,metal liquid casting and cooling forming are completely carried out under static conditions,which can greatly improve the surface quality of the metal ingot,and realize the whole process of PLC automation by casting,demoulding,conveying and stacking.,can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator,greatly improve the level of equipment automation and labor productivity.

The Effect of triz on Research Institute Innovation

With a background in improving independent innovation capabilities and building a world-class petroleum research institute, scienti fic innovation is the essence and basis of an innovative framework for a research institute, as well as the inexhaustible driving force for sustainable development. By introducing the theory of inventive problem solving(triz) and combining it with CAI(computer aided innovation) technology, the Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development established an adaptive innovative system by making experiments and fanning out from a point to an area gradually. This article takes the example of the innovative practices of the Department of Petroleum Equipment in Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development, and introduces a building method for the innovative system based on technical innovation, enterprise culture,organizational structure, scheme, and people. It also summarizes the experiences and effects of improving innovative system upon scienti fic practice which can provide important guidance and reference signi ficance for accelerating independent innovative capability.

In view of the disadvantages of fostering the undergraduates’ practical ability and innovation ability by traditional teaching mode, the fusion of triz and traditional design method has been attempted to foster innovative talents during project-based teaching process. Taking the lawnmower for an example, the detailed design process was described according to the basic principle of triz theory and the procedure of resolving conflict. It is found that this method is feasible, and it can provide some references for the academies or research institutes to cultivate the innovative talents.
