A Study on the Correlativity of MRI Signal Classifications with tcm syndromes in Femoral Head Necrosis Patients

Objective:To probe into the relation between magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) signal classifications and tcm syndromes in femoral head necrosis patients,so as to provide reference for tcm diagnosis of this ***:Refering to the criteria for tcm syndrome types of necrosis of the femoral head described in "The Guiding Principles of Clinical Studies of New Chinese Drugs" and Shimizu and Mitchell's MRI signal classifications,MRI signal classifications between different tcm syndrome types were ***:The Shimizu signal classification of different tcm syndrome types had statistically significant difference(P=0.04);Both T2WI+fs and Mitchell signal classifications of different tcm syndrome types had no statistical by significant differences(P=0.42 or P=0.15).Conclusion:There is a certain correlativity of tcm syndrome types of necrosis of the femoral head with T1WI signal classification of *** signal classification may contribute to objectivity in tcm syndrome typing of this disease.

Objective:Inquiry occupies an important position in the Traditional Chinese Medicine(tcm)diagnostic *** the characteristics of inquiry symptoms and the correlation with tcm syndromes can determine the important guiding significance to build recognition model and diagnostic criteria of ***:In this study,we collected 3707 valid cases,analyzed the inquiry symptoms of patients with cardiovascular disease,then to explore the distribution of inquiry information and the correlation with tcm syndromes based on the methods,such as frequency analysis,expert score,and correlation ***:We found the symptoms of frequency analysis and expert symptom score all in the top 50,add up to *** to the results by correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient between each symptom and each syndrome are sorted from high to low,the same with the experts score to each inquiry symptom basing on its importance of in diagnosing each ***:Inquiry occupies an important effect in differentiation *** research could provide certain objective basis for establishment of tcm syndromes diagnostic criteria of cardiovascular disease,thus provide some ideas and methods for the research of establishing tcm syndrome identification model,then to provide a reference for the syndrome standardization and objectification.

Objective:To compare the regional differences in tcm syndromes of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) between North and South ***:A total of 624 patients with a diagnosis of CHD,confirmed by coronary angiography,were included in the comparative analysis to identify the occurrence pattern,tcm syndrome distribution,and differences in syndrome combinations and deficiency or excess syndrome types between North and South ***:The incidence of CHD tended to be higher in North China compared with that in South China;the proportions of patients with a qi-deficiency syndrome,turbid phlegm syndrome,or blood stasis syndrome were generally higher in South China,while the proportion of patients with a cold congelation syndrome was identified to be higher in North China;compared with that in South China,the overall frequency of syndrome combinations tended to be lower in North China;the most common types of tcm syndrome were excess syndrome and deficiency in root and excess in superficiality syndrome in North and South China,***:A regional difference exists in the tcm syndromes of patients with CHD between North and South China,indicating that the prevention and treatment of CHD in South China should not only focus on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,but also include supplementing qi and eliminating phlegm.

Objective:This study was designed to explore the characteristics of gut microbiota in CHB patients with two most common traditional Chinese medicine(tcm)syndromes—damp heat syndrome and liver depression and spleen deficiency ***:According to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine,tcm and screening exclusion criteria,65 cases of CHB with damp heat syndrome and 28 cases of CHB with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome were finally included in the *** the basic information was gathered and the fresh fecal samples were collected for 16S rDNA sequencing.16S rDNA of gut microbiota was sequenced using Illumina hiseq 2,500 high-throughput sequencing *** on the optimized sequence,Operational Taxonomic Units(OTU)clustering analysis and taxonomic annotation were carried ***:The difference in relative abundance of gut microbiota was significant between damp heat syndrome and liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in CHB *** was only found in damp heat *** relative abundance of Erysipelotrichia and Subdoligranulum were higher in liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,while the relative abundance of Rhodospirillales,Alphaproteobacteria and Lachnospira were higher in the damp heat *** Effect Size(LEfSe)analysis showed that Lachnospira,Olsenella and Subdoligranulum had significant difference in species among the two tcm ***:The different characteristics of gut microbiota in the two tcm syndromes of CHB patients may play an important role in syndrome formation of tcm,which provides a new field of vision for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of tcm.

Clinical Effect of Modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Children with Rotavirus Enteritis with Damp-Heat syndrome

[Objectives]To explore the clinical effect of Modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with western medicine on children with rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat syndrome and its influence on myocardial enzymes.[Methods]One hundred and eighty children with rotavirus enteritis with damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each *** control group was given western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given Modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction treatment on the basis of the control *** groups were treated for 5 *** clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,myocardial zymogram indicator level and tcm syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.[Results]After 5 d of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.44%)(Ptcm syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with western medicine can quickly relieve t

Effectiveness of traditional chinese medicine nursing intervention on constipation and anxiety in chemotherapy

Background:In a study conducted from March to September 2021,124 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy at our hospital were divided into two *** control group received routine inpatient nursing care,while the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine(tcm)nursing interventions in addition to routine *** analysis was conducted to compare the incidence of clinical adverse reactions,constipation scores,and changes in anxiety levels between the two *** results showed that the observation group,receiving tcm nursing interventions,had lower incidence of clinical adverse reactions and lower constipation scores compared to the control ***,anxiety levels were found to decrease significantly in the observation group *** findings suggest that incorporating tcm nursing interventions in the care of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy may help in reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,alleviating constipation,and managing anxiety *** research is needed to explore the full potential of integrating tcm into conventional nursing care for cancer ***:Following interventions,both groups experienced varying degrees of clinical adverse reactions,with the observation group demonstrating a significantly lower total incidence(29.03%)compared to the control *** disparity was statistically significant(P<0.05).Furthermore,improvements were observed in defecation time(0.53±0.18)points and defecation frequency(1.17±0.25)points *** findings suggest that the intervention had a positive impact on reducing adverse reactions and improving defecation ***:In a recent study,researchers found that individuals in the observation group experienced lower levels of difficulty with defecation and had a more regular defecation form compared to those in the control *** results showed a significant difference in defecation difficulty and form,with the observation g
