目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合顺铂+紫杉醇(TP)方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者肿瘤标志物和血清肿瘤异常蛋白(tap)、热休克蛋白90α(Hsp90α)的影响。方法:纳入南京医科大学附属脑科医院呼吸院区呼吸科2018年3月~2020年3月期间收治的100例晚期NSCLC患者,分组选用随机数字表法,其中研究组50例,TP方案基础上联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗,对照组50例,仅TP方案治疗。对比两组疗效、血清肿瘤标志物、tap、Hsp90α和不良反应发生率,随访3年,采用生存曲线分析两组的累积生存率。结果:研究组的客观缓解率、疾病控制率均高于对照组(Ptap、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、Hsp90α低于对照组(P0.05)。两组生存资料之无进展生存时间(PFS)和总生存时间(OS)经LogRank检验,均有显著性差异(Ptap、Hsp90α水平,延长患者生存率。

目的探讨血清VEGF、tap、CA125及HE4检测诊断卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)的价值。方法191例卵巢肿瘤手术患者根据病理结果分为观察组(EOC)和对照组(卵巢良性肿瘤),比较两组的VEGF、tap、CA125及HE4水平。比较观察组早期和晚期患者的各指标水平,分析各指标诊断EOC的效能。结果观察组的VEGF、tap、CA125及HE4水平均高于对照组(Ptap、CA125和HE4呈异常高表达,联合检测可提高诊断准确性。

Background： Proteasome subunits （PSMB） and transporter associated with antigen processing （tap） loci are located in the human leukocyte antigen （HLA） Class I1 region play important roles in immune response and protein degradation in neurodegenerative diseases. This study aimed to explore the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） of PSMB and tap and Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. Methods： A case-control study was conducted by genotyping SNPs in PSMB8, PSMBg, tap1, and tap2 genes in the Chinese population. Subjects included 542 sporadic patients with PD and 674 healthy controls. Nine identified SNPs in PSMB8, PSMBg, tap1, and tap2 were genotyped through SNaPshot testing. Results： The stratified analysis ofrs 17587 was specially performed on gender. Data revealed that female patients carry a higher frequency of rsl7587-G/G versus （A/A ＋ G/A） compared with controls. But there was no significant difference with respect to the genotypic frequencies of the SNPs in PSMB8, tap1, and tap2 loci in PD patients. Conclusion： Chinese females carrying the rs 17587-G/G genotype in PSMB9 may increase a higher risk for PD, but no linkage was found between other SNPs in HLA Class II region and PD.

Power systems depend on discrete devices, such as shunt capacitors/reactors and on-load tap changers, for their long-term reliability.In transmission systems that contain large wind farms, we must take into account the uncertainties in wind power generation when deciding when to operate these devices.In this paper, we describe a method to schedule the operation of these devices over the course of the following day.These schedules are designed to minimize wind-power generation curtailment, bus voltage violations, and dynamic reactive-power deviations,even under the worst possible conditions.Daily voltagecontrol decisions are initiated every 15 min using a dynamic optimization algorithm that predicts the state of the system over the next 4-hour period.For this, forecasts updated in real-time are employed, because they are more precise than forecasts for the day ahead.Day-ahead schedules are calculated using a two-stage robust mixedinteger optimization algorithm.The proposed control strategies were tested on a Chinese power network with wind power sources; the control performance was also validated numerically.

The transporter associated with antigen processing （tap） belongs to the ATP-binding cassette （ABC） transporter superfamily. Driven by ATP hydrolysis, tap translocates antigenic peptides from the cytosol into the ER （endoplasmic reticulum） lumen where the antigenic peptides are loaded onto the HLA class I molecules. Recently, numerous studies show that tap is closely related with various diseases such as viral infections, autoimmune diseases, and different malignancies. In consideration of important roles of tap in human adaptive immunity, this review summarizes the recent advances in structure-function relationships of crucial domains and transport mechanism systematically. The challenging problems and potential methods are also pointed out for in-depth researches.

Concentrations of nitrate and trace elements such as arsenic,cadmium,chromium,copper,manganese,nickel,lead,selenium,antimony and mercury in 18 different brands of bottled water were investigated.For comparison,samples of tap and well water from three different places of Tehran were also analyzed.UV/VIS spectrophotometer and Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer were used for the analysis of nitrate and trace elements,respectively.Results obtained were compared to Iranian,World Health Organization(WHO)and Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)guideline for drinking water.Nitrate concentration in bottled,tap and well water samples were in maximum safe nitrate concentration of Iranian and WHO standards.However,70%of bottled water samples and one sample of tap water were below the standard level proposed by EPA and probably remedial action should be taken.Concentration levels of all analyzed elements investigated in all examined water samples were below the maximum contaminant level prescribed by Iranian,WHO and EPA regulations.

Ideal root architecture for phosphorus acquisition of plants under water and phos-phorus coupled stresses: From simulation to application

Under water and phosphorus (P) coupled stresses, root architecture may be related to P acquisition efficiency of plants. Understanding the relationship between root architecture and P acquisition efficiency may provide basic information for improving P acquisition efficiency of plants. In the present study, we quantitatively described the effects of root architecture on P acquisition efficiency by computer simulation together with controlled biological experiments so as to determine an ideal root architecture for efficient P acquisition under water and P coupled stresses. Our results indicate that under given soil water conditions, the ideal root architecture for P acquisition efficiency of a tap root plant (as represented by common bean) is an 搖mbrella-shape?root system whose basal roots tend to be shallow in the P-rich topsoil and tap roots tend to be deep for water in the subsoil. Meanwhile, the ideal root architecture for a fibrous root plant (as represented by upland rice) is a beard-shape?root system with the moderately dispersed yet uniformly distributed adventitious and lateral roots so as to keep most roots in the topsoil for P and a few roots in the subsoil for water.

To counter the mass reproduction and penetration of crustacean zooplankton in Biological Activated Carbon(BAC)filters which may result in the presence of organisms in potable water and water pollution,this paper analyzed the factors affecting organisms' reproduction in BAC filters.A comparative study was performed on the density and composition of crustacean zooplankton of the concerned water treatment units of two advanced water plants(Plant A and B)which with the same raw water and the same treatment technique in southern China.The results obtained show that the crustaceans' density and composition was very different between the sand filtered water of Plant A and Plant B.which Harpacticoida bred sharply in the sediment tanks and penetrated sand filter into BAC filters was the primary reason of crustaceans reproduce in BAC filters of Plant A.For prevention of the organisms reproduction in BAC,some strengthen measures was taken including pre-chlorination,cleaning coagulation tanks and sediment tanks completely,increasing sludge disposal frequency to stop organisms enter BAC filters,and the finished water quality was improved and enhanced.
