supply chain network Equilibrium with Revenue Sharing Contract under Demand Disruptions

Contract is a common and effective mechanism for supply chain coordination,which has been studied extensively in recent years.For a supply chain network model,contracts can be used to coordinate it because it is too ideal to obtain the network equilibrium state in practical market competition.In order to achieve equilibrium,we introduce revenue sharing contract into a supply chain network equilibrium model with random demand in this paper.Then,we investigate the influence on this network equilibrium state from demand disruptions caused by unexpected emergencies.When demand disruptions happen,the supply chain network equilibrium state will be broken and change to a new one,so the decision makers need to adjust the contract parameters to achieve the new coordinated state through bargaining.Finally,a numerical example with a sudden demand increase as a result of emergent event is provided for illustrative purposes.

supply chain OPTIMIZATION IN CONTEXT OF PRODUCTION FLOW network

For large multinational companies, the complex production process of their finished goods usually contains plenty of stages, which constitute a production flow network. Each production stage in the production flow network can be undertaken by one or more suppliers. This study proposes a stochastic programming model for the production flow network oriented supply chain network design problem, which optimizes the decision of allocating stages to suppliers with the objective of minimizing the total expected costs of production and transportation among suppliers under uncertain demands of customers. A local branching based solution method is developed to solve the model. A case study on applying this model to a large automobile company is performed. In addition, some numerical experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and the efficiency of the proposed solution method.

A case study on sample average approximation method for stochastic supply chain network design problem

This study aims to solve a typical long-term strategic decision problem on supply chain network design with consideration to uncertain demands. Existing methods for these problems are either deterministic or limited in scale. We analyze the impact of uncertainty on demand based on actual large data from industrial companies.Deterministic equivalent model with nonanticipativity constraints, branch-and-fix coordination, sample average approximation(SAA) with Bayesian bootstrap, and Latin hypercube sampling were adopted to analyze stochastic demands. A computational study of supply chain network with front-ends in Europe and back-ends in Asia is presented to highlight the importance of stochastic factors in these problems and the efficiency of our proposed solution approach.

The supply chain network is a complex network with the risk of cascading failure.To study the cascading failure in it,an accurate supply chain network model needs to be established.In this paper,we construct a layered supply chain network model according to the types of companies in real supply chain networks.We first define the similarity between companies in the same layer by studying real-world scenarios in supply chain networks.Then,considering both the node degree and the similarity between nodes in the same layer,we propose preferential attachment probability formulas for the new nodes to join the exist network.Finally,the evolution steps of the model are summarized.We analyze the structural characteristics of the new model.The results show that the new model has scale-free property and small-world property,which conform to the structural characteristics of the known supply chain networks.Compared with the other network models,it is found that the new model can better describe the actual supply chain network.

With the increasing importance of seamless supply chain integration to business success, the role of warehouses has become more of flow-through transshipment facilities intended for timely order fulfillment than inventory stocking points. The ability to serve all customers in a timely manner becomes even more important in nowadays supply chain network. As to the uncertain demands from customers, one of the most effective ways of enhancing this strategic position of warehouses is to serve customers from an alternative warehouse when an assigned warehouse is due to stock outs. In this paper, we consider a capacitated warehouse allocation problem with a primary and a secondary warehouse to cope with this issue. We formulate this problem as an Integer Programming model but we solve it by using a genetic algorithms approach. The application of the proposed GA to a real world problem shows its high effectiveness and efficiency.

With the development of globalization, more and more enterprises are involved in the supply chain network with increasingly complex structure. In this paper, enterprises and relations in the logistics network are abstracted as nodes and edges of the complex network. A graph model for a supply chain network to specified industry is constructed, and the Neo4 j graph database is employed to store the graph data. This paper uses the theoretical research tool of complex network to model and analyze the supply chain, and designs a supply chain network evaluation system which include static and dynamic measurement indexes according to the statistical characteristics of complex network. In this paper both the static and dynamic resilience characteristics of the the constructed supply chain network are evaluated from the perspective of complex network. The numeric experimental simulations are conducted for validation. This research has practical and theoretical significance for enterprises to make strategies to improve the anti-risk capability of supply chain network based on logistics network information.

随着全球化趋势的加强，供应链网络通过促进跨部门、跨企业的资源共享、知识交流和协同合作，促进了企业的发展。而创新是企业持续发展的核心驱动力，通过引入新技术、开发新产品或优化现有流程，能够增强企业竞争力，满足市场需求，实现长期盈利和增长。因此，深入研究供应链网络与创新投入的关系，成为企业在激烈市场竞争中取得优势的关键。本文以2018~2022年沪深A股上市公司为初始样本，构建“供应商–企业–客户”三级供应链网络，探究供应链网络对企业创新投入的作用机制，通过实证得出：供应链网络与企业创新投入具有显著的正相关性，企业在供应链网络的位置对企业创新投入具有促进作用。

数字化协同如何影响供应链韧性

打造富有韧性的供应链是构建新发展格局、推动实现高质量发展的题中应有之义，数字化在提高组织应对环境冲击的韧性能力方面发挥着重要作用。然而，供应链上企业间相互依赖，意味着企业数字化受到其所嵌入供应链网络中相依的其他组织数字化水平的影响，因此，只有链上企业数字化协同发展才能有效发挥数字技术抵御外部冲击的效能。利用2011-2021年中国制造业上市企业数据和投入产出数据定量测度数字化协同和供应链韧性，基于资源依赖和社会网络理论，从资源和关系整合的角度探讨数字化协同影响供应链韧性的作用机制。结果显示：样本期内我国制造业数字化协同指数不断提升；数字化协同显著增强了供应链韧性；企业和行业特征的异质性比较表明，数字化协同对大型企业、非国有企业、东部地区企业、竞争度较低行业、资源和技术密集企业的供应链韧性促进作用更大；机制检验表明，资源整合在数字化协同对供应链韧性的影响中发挥部分中介作用，而关系整合的中介作用不明显。此外，进一步研究还发现，在收入较为稳定、企业对数字化战略认同度高和政府补助力度较大的情境下，数字化协同促进供应链韧性增强的作用得以更好发挥。

本文分析了零售商主导制造商的流通创新组织，认为零售制造商的出现是基于信息网络技术的消费自主性外在拉动和零售商趋利性内在推动的结果，并尝试运用模块化生产理论构建其供应链网络——零售商凭借对终端销售平台等关键资源的掌控，形成产品概念和相应的系统规则，然后选择产品集成商和模块供应商敏捷制造，并给予选定的模块供应商原材料采购、知识与技术投入、信息共享、物流等生产性服务支持，确保高质量的差异产品快速投放市场。零售制造商的模块化供应链网络的本质是零售商主导治理的产品件工契约网络，选择适合模块化供应的产品品类是关键，并需将其作为统一品牌进行治理。

中小企业融资难一直是经济发展过程中的重要挑战，以往基于硬性信息的交易型借贷和基于软性信息的关系型借贷很难解决这一问题，因此以供应链网络运营为基础的供应链金融成为了备受关注的新兴课题.本研究通过对访谈资料编码及多案例分析探索了供应链金融中不同企业主体的网络嵌入性，以及这种嵌入性差异如何影响中小企业融资绩效.研究结果表明，供应链金融中核心企业的网络结构嵌入性以及关系嵌入性均较强，而中小融资企业的结构嵌入性较弱、与核心网的关系嵌入性较强，二者存在明显的差异.核心企业对中小企业的结构嵌入性和关系嵌入性进行补充，才能促进资金流通，提高供应链金融融资绩效.
