supply chain management usually faces problems such as high empty rate of transportation, unreasonable inventory management, and large material consumption caused by inaccurate market demand forecasts. To solve these problems, using artificial intelligence and big data technology to achieve market demand forecasting and intelligent decision-making is becoming a strategic technology trend of supply chain management in the future. Firstly, this paper makes a visual analysis of the historical data of the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU);Then, the characteristic factors affecting the future demand are constructed from the storage level, product level, historical usage of SKU, etc;Finally, a supply chain demand forecasting algorithm based on SSA-XGBoost model has proposed around three aspects of feature engineering, parameter optimization and model integration, and is compared with other machine learning models. The experiment shows that the forecasting result of SSA-XGBoost forecasting model is highly consistent with the actual value, so it is of practical significance to adopt this forecasting model to solve the supply chain demand forecasting problem.

The development and deployment of privary preserving supply chain quantity discount contract design can allow supply chain collaborations to take place without revealing any participant＇s data to others, reaping the benefits of collaborations wbile avoiding the drawbacks of privacy information disclosure. First, secure multi-party computation protocols are applied in the joint-ordering policy between a single supplier and a single retailer, the joint-ordering policy can be conducted without disclosing private cost information of any of the other supply chain partners. Secondly, secure multi-party computation protocols are applied in the privacy preserving supply chain quantity discount contract design between a single supplier and a single retailer. The information disclosure analyses of the algorithm show that： the optimal quantity discount of the jointordering policy can be conducted without disclosing private cost information of any of the other supply chain partners; the above protocol can be implemented without mediators; the privacy preserving quantity discount algorithm can be mutually verifiable and has solved the problem of asymmetric information.

The coordinating pricing strategies with asymmetric cost information under disruptions are investigated in a one-supplier-one-retailer supply chain *** the retailer's cost structure is asymmetric information,supply chain pricing contract models(a wholesale price contract and an all-unit quantity discount contract)under asymmetric information are proposed by employing the principal-agent principle in a regular *** the retailer's cost distribution is fluctuated by disruptions,we obtain the optimal emergency strategies of the supply chain under asymmetric information by considering deviation costs and show how to effectively handle the cost *** numerical methods,impacts of cost disruptions on the optimal wholesale price,the retailer price,the order quantity and the expected profits of the retailer,the supplier,as well as the total system are *** is found that the all-unit quantity discount policy can obtain better performance than the wholesale pricing policy.

＜正＞ supply chain contract of water resources allocation and dispatch in East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is studied by means of applying supply chain to water resources allocation and dispatch in East-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The paper analyzes the differences between this contract and a general supply chain contract;hypothesizes and analyzes this contract particularity （the limitation of water resources and efficiency）. With the gradual improvement of water price under the market economy, the paper focuses on building up a supply and demand contract based on the theory of principal-agent and designing an effectively incentive contract to realize the expectation gain maximum. According to the concept of "communication and coordination" instead of "optimization by pure technology", it emphasizes relatively efficient allocation. Finally it discusses the incentive mechanism importance by price, credit and information.

Based on the method of cost management, this paper clarifies the way to increase the efficiency of the interfim interface in the supply chain. Coordinating the cost management programs with suppliers and customers, the core firm makes the best of all opportunities which serve effectively for the synergic cost management. And the interfirm coordination in the supply chain helps all firms find lower cost solutions that cannot be identified in isolation in the product design and development stages. This paper emphasize on the promotion of cost management through information technology. Finally, the supply chain application integration based on the information coordination center is proposed as a coordination mode to get a multi-win goal.

In two cases that upstream and downstream firms have the decision power of intermediate product prices in a two-level supply chain,the dynamic pricing mechanism of intermediate products is *** a party who has the decision power of pricing gives prices of intermediate products,the other side will give the supply or demand quantity of intermediate products which maximizes its own profits,then the party who decides price has two pricing *** uses the matching price which meets the other party's demand or supply needs according to the prices of intermediate products in the next *** other uses the convex combinations of the current price and the matching price which satisfies the other party's demand or supply as the price of the intermediate product in the next *** matter which side has the decision power of intermediate product prices between upstream and downstream firms,results show that in the first pricing strategy,only in one case of the pricing of intermediate products stable;but in the second pricing strategy,both of the cases of pricing of intermediate products are stable in a certain field of combined parameters.

The procedure of supply chain development is the process of continuously congregating knowledge and transforming ***,the precondition of synergic knowledge innovation in the supply chain is *** the characteristics of synergic knowledge innovation in the supply chain are analyzed,including complexity,accumulating and evolving process,and the cooperation of members and network *** to the characteristics of multi-factors and uncertainties of the supply chain system,the fuzzy multi-attribution group decision-making model is introduced to solve the involved problem of synergic knowledge innovation in the supply *** elaborating on steps of using the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making(MADM)model,the procedure of decision making for synergic knowledge innovation in the supply chain is explained from an example in the application of a fuzzy MADM *** fuzzy MADM model,which amalgamates intuition and resolution decision-making can effectively improve the rationality of decision-making for synergic knowledge innovation in the supply chain.
