Objective To investigate effects of 0.2% ropivacaine combined with sufentanil on percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy surgery *** A total of 100 patients underwent percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy surgery were divided into experimental group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The experimental group was treated by epidural catheter injection of 0.2%ropivacaine and sufentanil anesthesia,the control group using 2% lidocaine local *** block,cellular immune function and the changes of stress response of 2 groups were compared before and after *** was no significant difference between the 2 groups in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative bed time(P>0.05);The sensory nerve block time,Bromage and VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the Ramsay scores was significantly higher than that of the control group(Panesthesia hadno statistical significance in the experimental group(P>0.05),but significantly higher than the control group after anesthesia(Panesthesia(Panesthesia in the experimental group(P>0.05),the ratio of CD and CD after anesthesia was significantly higher than that in the control group,CD4+/CDwas significantly lower than that in the control group(Panesthesia,and the ratio of CDwas significantly higher than that before anesthesia(Psufentanil on percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy surgery have obviousanesthesia and nerve block effects,and can effectively relieve the pain of the body,reduce the stress reaction,have little effect on the immu
