HTS filter subsystem for future mobile communication system

A high-temperature superconducting （HTS） filter subsystem consisting of a 10-pole HTS filter with group delay self-equalization, a cryogenic low noise amplifier （LNA）, and a cooling device is presented in this paper. The HTS filter has a 0.51% fractional bandwidth at 1955 MHz, simulated in Sonnet, and is fabricated using double-sided TI2Ba2CaCu208 films on 0.5 mm thick LaAIO3 substrate. Measured responses show that the minimum insertion loss of the filter is 0.16 dB, and the out-of-band rejection is better than 75 dB. The slope is 27 dB MHz^-1 at the low band edge and 22 dB MHz-1 at the upper band edge. The HTS filter subsystem has a gain of 19.3 dB and a noise figure （NF） of 0.8 dB. Furthermore, the phase distortion of HTS filters is considered, and an efficient design approach for self-equalized HTS filters is proposed.

Three groups of cylinder specimens(φ10 mm×10 mm)with 20%,30%and 40%(by mass,the same hereinafter)of ZrO2,were prepared using analytically pure MgO,Al2O3 and ZrO2 powders as the starting *** specimens were fired at 1600℃for 5 h,1700℃for 0 h and 1800℃for 7 h,*** microstructure of the MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 subsystem was studied by *** results show that(1)in the temperature range of 1600-1700℃,solid phase reactions happen in the MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 subsystem,leaving three phases:periclase,spinel and ZrO2(solid dissolving with Mg2+)co-existing;spinellization affects the densification;(2)the specimen with 40%ZrO2 fired at 1800℃has heterogeneous melting microstructure;some areas form typical ternary eutectic MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 with composition of MgO 35.2%-37.2%,Al2O324.2%-26.6%,and ZrO237.2%-39.8%.

A two-dimensional Ising square lattice is modeled as a nano-size block array to study by Monte Carlo simulation the magnetic thermal stability of nano-structure magnetic media for data storage, thereon in the blocks J1 > 0 is assigned for the interaction of a pair of nearest-neighbor spins, while 0 J0 J1 for that in regions between the blocks and (J0 + J1)/2 for the nearest-neighbor pairs with one in the block and the other one out of but near-most the block. We show that the magnetic thermal stability of the block accrues with the increase of J1 and with the decrease of J1 - J0 for a given J1, but contrarily, the anchoring ability for the initial magnetic orientation in nano-size block trails off as J1 - J0 diminish. This phenomena and size dependence of such anchoring ability are discussed in detail.

We aim to further study the global stability of Boolean control networks(BCNs)under aperiodic sampleddata control(ASDC).According to our previous work,it is known that a BCN under ASDC can be transformed into a switched Boolean network(SBN),and further global stability of the BCN under ASDC can be obtained by studying the global stability of the transformed ***,since the major idea of our previous work is to use stable subsystems to offset the state divergence caused by unstable subsystems,the SBN considered has at least one stable *** central thought in this paper is that switching behavior also has good stabilization;i.e.,the SBN can also be stable with appropriate switching laws designed,even if all subsystems are *** is completely different from that in our previous ***,for this case,the dwell time(DT)should be limited within a pair of upper and lower *** means of the discretized Lyapunov function and DT,a sufficient condition for global stability is ***,the above results are demonstrated by a biological example.

In this paper, the dynamics of rule 106, a Chua’s hyper Bernoulli cellular automata rule, is studied and discussed from the viewpoint of symbolic dynamics. It is presented that rule 106 defines a chaotic subsystem which is topologically mixing and possesses the positive topologically entropy. An effective method of constructing its chaotic subsystems is proposed. Indeed, it is interesting to find that this rule is filled with infinitely many disjoint chaotic subsystems. Special attention is paid to each subsystem on which rule 106 is topologically mixing and possesses the positive topologically entropy. Therefore, it is natural to argue that the intrinsic complexity of rule 106 is high from this viewpoint.

This paper is concerned with the stability and robust stability of switched positive linear systems(SPLSs) whose subsystems are all unstable. By means of the mode-dependent dwell time approach and a class of discretized co-positive Lyapunov functions, some stability conditions of switched positive linear systems with all modes unstable are derived in both the continuous-time and the discrete-time cases, respectively. The copositive Lyapunov functions constructed in this paper are timevarying during the dwell time and time-invariant afterwards. In addition, the above approach is extended to the switched interval positive systems. A numerical example is proposed to illustrate our approach.

The drylands of China are extensive,and they are home to more than one-third of the country’s ***,the watershed territories of the drylands,where the majority of human activities are concentrated have long experienced strained human-land relationships,culminating in ecological security ***,it is essential to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the ecological security of dryland watersheds and to identify the key factors influencing ecological security in order to formulate strategies that ensure the sustainability of *** on the Driving-Pressure-State-Impact-Response(DPSIR)model,this study developed an ecological security index and applied it to the Irtysh River Basin of Xinjiang,China,from 2000 to *** obstacle degree model was applied to reveal the obstacles in two dimensions:criterion level and indicator *** findings suggested that the ecological security comprehensive index in the Irtysh River Basin has increased significantly from 2000 to 2020,irrespective of the fact that it decreased during the study period and then *** ecological security level changed from‘critically safe’in 2000 to‘general safety’in 2020,with the state subsystem and pressure subsystem becoming ecological security *** primary factors influencing the ecological security of the study area were water consumption,the area of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation,the proportion of wetland area,vegetation coverage,and livestock *** ecological security of different counties in the basin varies greatly,whereas the factors that influence ecological security showed both similarities and differences among the *** light of on the findings,we proposed that future strategies for ecological security enhancement should concentrate on enacting the policy of localizing spatial differentiation,optimizing industrial structure,strengthening scientific and technological support in the field of water conservat
