This paper classifies the factors related with the quality system of the urbanization into three dimensions as quality planning, quality realization and quality improvement according to the relationship of their mutual actions. Then it fabricates a three-dimension space structural model. In order to achieve sustainable improvement on urbanization quality improvement, this paper puts forward the measures of controlling the operation of the quality system of urbanization to make it run effectively and smoothly.

A preliminary study of b value of rocks with two kinds of structural models has been made on the base of a new acoustic emission recording system. It shows that b value of the sample decreases obviously when the sample with compressive en echelon faults changes into a tensile one after interchange occurs between stress axis σ1 and σ2. A similar experiment is observed when the sample with tensile en echelon faults changes into that with a bend fault after two segments of the en echelon fault linking up. These facts indicate that the variation of b value may con-tain the information of the regional dominant structural model. Therefore, b-value analyses could be a new method for studying regional dominant structural models.

An extensive computational study on the conformations of gaseous dipeptide glycine- arginine, GlyArg, has been performed. A large number of trail structures were generated by systematically sampling the potential energy surface （PES） of OlyArg. The trial structures were successively optimized with the methods of PM3, HF/3-21G＊, BHandHLYP/6-31G＊ and BHandHLYP/6-311＋＋G＊＊ in order to reliably find the low energy conformations. The eonformational energies were finally determined with the methods of BHandHLYP, cam- B3LYP, B97D, and MP2 using the basis set of 6-311＋＋G（3df,3pd）. The results establish firmly that gaseous GlyArg exists primarily in its canonical form, in sharp contrast with ArgGly that adopts the zwitterionic form. Important data such as the rotational constants, dipole moments, vertical ionization energies, temperature distributions and IR spectra of the low energy conformers are represented for the understanding of the future experiments. Moreover, considering the global minima of all amino acids and many dipeptides, combined with the hydrophobicities of amino acids, a model predicting whether the global minimum configuration of a dipeptide is canonical or zwitterionic is developed.

Magnesium oxysulfate whisker（MOSW） was produced using magnesite and sulfuric acid as raw materials by hydrothermal method and further modified by taking zinc stearate as modifier via wet chemical *** infiuences of the amount of modifier, slurry concentration, modification duration, modification temperature and the stirring rate on the surface modification were investigated. The effects of surface modification in functional groups, morphology and electron binding energies of surface elements of MOSW were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FT-IR）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）. The mechanism of modification was analyzed by studying the microstructure model of the surface of MOSW, which was modified by zinc stearate. The results show that the coordination is generated by the Mg element and O in carboxylic ion of modifier, and the chemical bond could be obtained by modification. Moreover, the surface of MOSW bonds the molecules of zinc stearate, and it becomes rough. Then, the hydrophobicity of MOSW is also improved significantly. In addition, the 1s electron binding energies of Mg and O on the surface of MOSW decrease by1.2 and 0.2 eV, respectively.

In this paper, a new corporate bond pricing model with credit migration risk is proposed. This model sets different thresholds for the rising or falling of credit ratings, which forms a buffer zone that could reduce the frequency of credit rating changes. Mathematically, this model is a system of partial differential equations with overlapping area. The existence, uniqueness, regularity and asymptotic behavior of the solution are obtained. Furthermore, a numerical scheme and its stability, convergence and accuracy are discussed in detail. Calibration and analysis of the parameters are also suggested.

A new dinucleating ligand consisting of a tetraphenylporphyrin derivative covalently linked with tris(2-benzimidazylmethyl)-amine and its homodinuclear Co-Co and heterodinuclear Co-Cu complexes were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The heterobimetallic cobalt-copper complex bearing three benzimidazole ligands for copper, as cytochrome c oxidase active site model, was applied to the surface of glassy carbon electrode to show electrocatalytic activity for O 2 reduction in aqueous solution at an acidity level close to physiological pH value. The kinetic parameters of this electrocatalytic process were obtained.

model Investigation is the only feasible way to solve the problem about the component activities in concentrated multicomponent alloys and molten slags at present. The basic characteristic of SELF-SReM model is briefly introduced in this paper. It intends to give out the systematical value of component activities in the whole homogeneous region of a concentrated multicomponent melt, then to provide a reliable database for the description of the equilibrium conditions associated with metallurgy processes. For molten slags, the key issue is to distinguish the accuracy of thermodynamic properties in binary systems. The fundamental approach for this task is to link the microscopic bond structure and macroscopic activity based on both of the measurement of high tem- perature Raman spectroscopy and the corresponding computation simulation according to molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry.

为建立研究竞技体育发展方式的理论框架，解析竞技体育发展方式转变的相关问题，运用文献资料法对竞技体育发展方式的定义、构成要素及结构模型进行了研究。研究认为：1)竞技体育发展方式是由决定竞技体育发展的各种要素的结合而产生的推进竞技体育发展的手段、行为方式、发展道路、发展形态的集合。2)竞技体育发展方式的5类要素为竞技体育的发展主体、发展方向、服务对象、发展路径、发展形态。3)发展要素之间形成了以竞技体育发展的结构性要素为核心进行连接的层次结构，以及形成了以发展主体的作用为发力源，各要素之间产生作用的关系结构。要素之间的作用机制为选择机制、塑造机制、生成机制。4)竞技体育发展方式的内部(要素)结构、外部结构、两者之间的互动构成了自身的结构模型，并表现出4种不同的结构模型。

In recent years, with the rapid development of urban construction, the maintenance and creation of urban identity has met unprecedented opportunities as well as problems. In light of lacking related evaluation systems of urban identity planning, this paper makes an in-depth study on the composition system of urban identity, based on which it develops an urban identity evaluation system and then proposes technical methods for index screening and evaluation. Finally, it verifi es the application of an urban identity evaluation index system by using quantitative simulation in the two Chinese cities of Tianjin and Nanjing.
