Silicon has ultrahigh capacity,dendrite-free alloy lithiation mechanism and low cost and has been regarded as a promising anode candidate for solid-state battery.Owing to the low infiltration of solid-state electrolyte(SSE),not the unstable solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI),but the huge stress during lithiation-and delithiation-induced particle fracture and conductivity lost tend to be the main issues.In this study,starting with micron-Si,a novel monothetic carbon conductive framework and a MgO coating layer are designed,which serve as electron pathway across the whole electrode and stress releasing layer,respectively.In addition,the in situ reaction between Si and SSE helps to form a LiF-rich and mechanically stable SEI layer.As a result,the mechanical stability and charge transfer kinetics of the uniquely designed Si anode are significantly improved.Consequently,high initial Coulombic efficiency,high capacity and durable cycling stability can be achieved by applying the Si@MgO@C anode in SSB.For example,high specific capacity of 3224.6 mAh·g^(-1)and long cycling durability of 200 cycles are achieved.This work provides a new concept for designing alloy-type anode that combines surface coating on particle and electrode structure design.

When the global outbreak of new coronary pneumonia broke out in 2020,online public opinion events triggered by cultural differences among overseas students had come into the public view.To further explore the relationship between the cultural alienation of overseas students and their own happiness,this study takes visualization and analysis of positive,negative sentiment analysis of Weibo netizens’comment data in the“Xu Kexin Incident”as the starting point,on the basis of introducing cultural alienation,stress relief methods,and cultural intelligence,combining gender and social ability,social relations and other individual attributes,designed a questionnaire to investigate 502 overseas students,through the construction and analysis of the adjusted Cox risk ratio intermedi-ary model,comprehensive single factor interference and multi-factor cross-over comprehensive analysis.The results show that the cultural alienation of overseas students has a significant effect on their own well-being.The study concluded as follows:(1)Netizens hold polarized views on the three dimensions of overseas students’mask,safety,and culture;(2)stress relief methods play an intermediary role between cultural alienation and the happiness of overseas students,among which Negative stress relief methods play a greater role;(3)The level of cultural intelligence regulates the intermediary process of stress relief methods.The higher the level of cultural intelligence,the stronger the regulatory effect.

Improving the incorporation of indium component for InGaN-based green LED through inserting photonic crystalline in the GaN layer

We report on the effect of inserted photonic crystalline(Ph-C) in the GaN epitaxial layer on the incorporation of the indium component for the InGaN-based green LED. The adoption of Ph-C in the GaN layer shifted the Raman peak value of E2mode of GaN to lower frequency and resulted in a tensive stress relief. The stress relief can be attributed to strained lattices restoring in the matrix of Ph-C and the GaN pseudo-epitaxy over the air-void of the Ph-C. Moreover, the HRXRD rocking curves and AFM results show that the insertion of Ph-C also improves the crystal quality. With the inserted Ph-C, the indium component in the multiple quantum wells of the green LED(Ph-C LED) was enhanced. This resulted in a 6-nm red-shift of the peak wavelength. Furthermore, the LOP of the Ph-C LED was enhanced by 10.65% under an injection current of 20 mA.

In this paper,we present a simple method by combining surface wrinkling and template replication to create a series of hierarchical structures on polydimethylsiloxane（PDMS） elastomer.The primary stable lined patterns are formed by duplicating commercialized compact disk and digital versatile disk with PDMS.The secondary microscale patterns are from surface wrinkling,which is elicited by oxygen plasma（OP） treatment of the prestrained PDMS stamp followed with the prestrain release.By systematically varying the OP exposure duration,the prestrain,and the angle（θ） between the primary pattern orientation and the prestrain direction,we obtain highly ordered well-organized composite patterns from different patterning techniques and with different length scales and mechanical stabilities.

Intrinsic stresses of carbon films deposited by direct current （DC） magnetron sputtering were investigated. The bombardments of energetic particles during the growth of films were considered to be the main reason for compressive intrinsic stresses. The values of intrinsic stresses were determined by measuring the radius of curvature of substrates before and after film deposition. By varying argon pressure and target-substrate distance, energies of neutral carbon atoms impinging on the growing films were optimized to control the intrinsic stresses level. The stress evolution in carbon films as a function of film thickness was investigated and a void-related stress relief mechanism was proposed to interpret this evolution.

A representation of residual stress graphic symbols in technical product documents is studied.The residual stress state of the product can be annotated in the technical product documents such as design drawings,process documents,test reports,papers and monographs.The composition of residual stress and the design of basic symbols,measurement method symbols,relief method symbols and state symbols of residual stress,and the representation of annotation for residual stress in documents are introduced.Residual stress symbol can be used in the design,manufacturing,inspection and service for the residual stress state requirements of the products in the mechanical manufacturing industry,as well as in light industry,daily necessities and other related industries.
