Harmonic thermoelastic waves in helical strands with Maxwell–Cattaneo heat conduction areinvestigated analytically and numerically. The corresponding dispersion relation is a sixth-orderalgebraic equation, governed by six non-dimensional parameters: two thermoelastic couplingconstants, one chirality parameter, the ratio between extensional and torsional moduli, the Fouriernumber, and the dimensionless thermal relaxation. The behavior of the solutions is discussedfrom two perspectives with an asymptotic-numerical approach: (1) the effect of thermal relaxationon the elastic wave celerities, and (2) the effect of thermoelastic coupling on the thermal wavecelerities. With small wavenumbers, the adiabatic solution for Fourier helical strands is ***, with large wavenumbers, the solutions behave differently depending on the thermalrelaxation and chirality. Due to thermoelastic coupling, the thermal wave celerity deviates from theclassical result of the speed of second sound.

Two sets of internal-Sn Nb3Sn superconducting strands were fabricated through RRP method, one with 2 wt% of Ti alloyed in Sn core and the other just pure Sn. Four reaction temperatures of 650℃, 675℃, 700℃ and 725℃ and 128 h duration were applied for A15 phase formation heat treatment after Cu-Sn alloying procedure of 210℃/50 h + 340℃/25 h. For the heat-treated coil samples, transport non-Cu JC was examined through standard 4-probe technique and phase microstructure was observed by means of Field Emission Scanning Electronic Microscope (FESEM). The obtained results demonstrate that the transport critical current density JC of Nb3Sn superconductors is more importantly determined by the cubic equiaxed crystalline morphology than by grain size. Ti addition in Sn stabilizes the cubic equiaxed phase at lower temperature so that heat reaction temperature is effectively reduced, the flux pinning performance is largely reinforced and the transport critical current density JC is substantially promoted.

There is an actual reality that underlies the relative reality of physics. The orbital system is shown to be the principle by which motion transforms space into matter. The support of the universe is the absolute three-stage hierarchy of particles, atoms, and gravitational systems. Below 1/c waves are dissociated into strands and neutrinos are separated as points of charge. The electron and positron are single strands with opposed helical turns. Protons and neutrons have a nucleus of positrinos and negatrinos surrounded by concentric shells of strands in 2＂~ resonance. The orbital strands reverberate into space creating a field with gravitational and electromagnetic aspects. The orbital system defines matter, energy, motion, and time based on composition. The three stages have a constant field content but differ by field density and components.

Numerical Study on the Relationship between the Number of Ferritin Subunits and the Size of Outer Diameter

Ferritin is assembled from sub-chains into a spherical shape. We have found that the number of sub-chains is generally 3, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36, and the corresponding spherical volume (outer diameter) is also different. In this paper, using the protein structural data from PDB website, linear regression was carried out to model the relationship between sub-chain number and outer diameter of 25 ferritins by calculation and analysis, but the results were not ideal. In order to improve the model, we divided the 25 proteins into two groups by molecular evolution, followed by the establishment of a linear model. The correlation coefficient of one group was R2 = 0.98. Based on calculations and modelling, we hypothesize that the new ferritin formed by the 3kx9 site-directed mutagenesis is no longer 24-chain, but a 36-chain mutant.

Lipid-Protein Microinclusions in the Morphological Structures of Organelle Membranes Studied by Fluorescent Confocal Microscopy

Peculiar properties of morphological structures of organelle membranes were studied by fluorescent confocal microscopy. The list of objects in our experiments was represented by mitochondria, chloroplasts and vacuoles. During this study, identification of lipid microinclusions having the form of such lipid-protein structural microformations as lipid-protein microdomains, vesicles and membrane tubular structures (cytoplasmic transvacuolar strands and nanotubes) located in organelle membranes or bound up with them was conducted. Such membrane probes as laurdan, DPH, ANS and bis-ANS were used. Comparison of fluorescence intensity of these membrane probes was conducted. This investigation of the morphological properties of lipid-protein structural microformations was accompanied with analysis of 1) the phase state and 2) dynamics of microviscosity variations in the membrane elements of isolated plant cell organelles. Distributions of laurdan fluorescence generalized polarization (GP) values for the membrane on the whole and for the intensively fluorescing membrane segments were obtained. It was discovered that the microviscosity of intensively fluorescing membrane segments essentially differed from the microviscosity of the rest part of the membrane. In conclusion, some results of the study of peculiar properties of lipid-protein structural microformations related to the structure of organelle membranes and the discoveries made in this investigation are discussed.

目的：在确定脂质体转染双链寡聚脱氧核苷酸（ dsODNs ）最佳转染浓度及时间的基础上，评估脂质体转染的双链寡聚脱氧核苷酸（ dsODNs/Lipofectamin2000）竞争性抑制对肺泡巨噬细胞中核因子κB（ NF-κB）/DNA结合活性的影响，验证dsODNs-decoy策略靶向封闭肺泡巨噬细胞中NF-κB信号通路的可行性。方法支气管肺泡灌洗分离提取家兔肺泡巨噬细胞（ AMs）后体外培养，以Lipofectamine2000为载体转染dsODNs后对巨噬细胞进行干预，测定巨噬细胞中dsODNs/Lipofectamine2000的转染活性、转染效率及转染后对AMs的毒性；检测dsODNs/Lipofectamine2000转染对炎症因子（ IL -1α、IL -6、TNF -α等） mRNA 的表达；观察 dsODNs/Lipofectamine2000转染后NF -κB p65亚基的核移位情况。结果转染肺泡巨噬细胞dsODNs/Lipofectamine2000的最适比例为1∶5，最佳时间为6 h，此时细胞毒性适中，转染效率、荧光强度及细胞状态最佳；与LPS组比较，dsODNs/Lipofectamine2000转染组各种炎症介质mRNA的表达均明显抑制（P＜0．01）；细胞核中NF-κB p65亚基的表达明显少于细胞浆中。结论 dsODNs/Lipofecetamine2000能在体外有效转染AMs并成功抑制AMs中NF-κB信号通路相关炎症靶基因的转录表达，证实了dsODNs-decoy策略影响炎症效应细胞的可行性。
