When operating frequency is over several gigahertz, the effect of inductance plays an important role and should be included for accurate and speed crosstalk noise analysis. And for new generation IC(Integrated circuit) design tools, the crosstalk noise analysis tools should consider the influence of process variations. In this paper, we propose coupled RLC crosstalk noise distributed parameter model with capacitive load termination. And we develop the framework that how to use the crosstalk noise model for process variations. Our results show that compare with HSPICE, the critical data errors of proposed model are within 1% and the relative errors occurred between calculated values for process variations and HSPICE Monte Carlo simulation values are less than 5%. The key features of the new model include:(1) The impact of inductance on crosstalk noise is considered;(2) The model can be used for process variations analysis;(3) The model reflect the effects of load capacitance directly;(4) The numerical inversion of Laplace transform is introduced for improving speed. So the proposed model meets the needs of future IC design both in speed and accuracy.

Qinhuangdao City is located in the mid-latitude monsoon-affected region,and the timing of sea-ice coverage changes from year to year,making sea-ice forecasting *** this paper,we propose a statistical model using the 1980-2013 data collected at the Qinhuangdao observation *** start date and the duration of ice coverage are fitted with four marginal distributions,from which the best-fitted,i.e.,the Weibull distribution,is selected to form a joint probability density function(PDF),built by the Gaussian copula method,for the two *** a given start date forecast by the Gray-Markov model(GMM),the joint PDF becomes a conditional probability model,which predicts that the duration of ice coverage is most likely 33 days at the Qinhuangdao observation station in *** predicted duration value is only two days less than the actual *** results prove that the new prediction model is feasible and effective to predict the period of ice *** general sea-ice conditions that the sea ice would most likely form on December 8 and last for 80 days at the Qinhuangdao observation station could also be obtained from the joint *** statistical model provides a useful tool to forecast ice conditions for planning and management of maritime activities.

This paper is devoted to the homogenization and statistical multiscale analysis of a transient heat conduction problem in random porous materials with a nonlinear radiation boundary condition.A novel statistical multiscale analysis method based on the two-scale asymptotic expansion is *** the statistical multiscale formulations,a unified linear homogenization procedure is established and the second-order correctors are introduced for modeling the nonlinear radiative heat transfer in random perforations,which are our main ***,a numerical algorithm based on the statistical multiscale method is given in *** results prove the accuracy and efficiency of our method for multiscale simulation of transient nonlinear conduction and radiation heat transfer problem in random porous materials.

Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules (EET), the statistical values of valence electron structure parameters Sn A and SE A which can characterize the properties of alloy phases are calculated, and influences of alloying elements (e.g., V, Nb, Mo, Hf, Zr, Fe, Mn, Co, Cr, Si, and so on) on the phase transition temperature and eutectoid reaction of titanium alloy are discussed with the statistical values of valence electron structure parameters. The research results agree well with real situations.

Alfvén ion cyclotron waves(ACWs)and kinetic Alfvén waves(KAWs)are found to exist atstatistical properties of the background parameters for ACWs and KAWs and related wave disturbances,both wave events observed by Parker Solar Probe are selected and *** results show that there are obvious differences in the background and disturbance parameters between ACWs and *** events have a relatively higher occurrence rate but with a total duration slightly shorter than KAW *** median background magnetic field magnitude and the related background solar wind speed of KAW events are larger than those of *** distributions of the relative disturbances of the proton velocity,proton temperature,the proton number density,andβcover wider ranges for ACW events than for KAW *** results may be important for the understanding of the nature and characteristics of Alfvénic slow solar wind fluctuations at ion scales near the Sun,and provide the information of the background field and plasma parameters and the wave disturbances of ACWs and KAWs for further relevant theoretical modeling or numerical simulations.

1 Introduction Data in real world is usually dirty,i.e.,it may contain inconsistent,noisy,incomplete or duplicated *** speaking,the identified dimensions of data quality management can be summarized as the following five types:accuracy,consistency,completeness,timeliness and reliability [1].Dirty data can lead to incorrect conclusions and false decisions on both public and private scales (see Wikipedia). Thus it is urgent and crucial for organizations to improve the quality of data or to clean the data efficiently.

A statistical mechanics framework of fuzzy random polymer networks is established based on the theories of fuzzy systems. The entanglement effect is manifested quantitatively by introducing an entanglement tensor and membership function and the amorphous structure is treated as the fuzzy random network made up of macromolecular coils entangled randomly. A random tetrahedral entangled-crosslinked cell is chosen as an average representative unit of the fuzzy random polymer network structure. By making use of the theory of fuzzy probability and statistical mechanics, the expression for the free energy of deformation is given, which fits well with the experimental data on rubber elasticity under various deformation modes. Both classical statistical theory and Mooney-Rivlin equation can be taken as its special cases.

Mesial-distal and buccal-lingual dimensions of 1 266 hominoid teeth found in Yuanmou of Yunnan Province during the period of 1986 and 1988 have been measured. The statistical analyses of the metric data show that the tooth sizes of Yuanmou hominoid can be divided into big and small two types, and most tooth dimensions display obvious bimodalities in both histograms and 2 dimensional plots. The coefficients of variance (CV) reveal that the CVs of Yuanmou hominoid tooth sizes are within or close to the CV ranges of Lufengpithecus and extant great apes. The comparisons of tooth sizes and their proportions indicate that Yuanmou hominoids have close affinities with Lefeng and Kaiyuan hominoids, and have obvious differences with Gorilla, Chimpanzee and Orangutan. The authors believe that the hominoid fossils found in Yuanmou in the past 10 years represent a single species with highly sexual dimorphism in morphology and this species may have a close evolutionary relationship with the hominoids found in

Based upon the nonlinear model of random sea waves, the statistical distribution of wave surface elevation exact to the fourth order is derived as the truncated Gram-Charlier series, by calculating directly each order moment. The phenomenon found by Huang et al. that the agreement between observed data and investigated series deteriorates much more when the series is kept to λ8 is explained. The effect of the approximation order on the truncation of series and the determination of coefficients is investigated. For the mth order approximation, the derived series is truncated at H3m-3 with the absence of H3m-4, and the coefficients of H3m-3 and H3m-6 are connected by a simple algebraic relation.
