落叶松杂种特征及优势研究

以日本落叶松(Larix kaempferi)为母本,长白落叶松(Larix olgensis)为父本,进行有性杂交试验,而后对杂种苗的性状特征进行详细的观察记载,并建立试验林,分析探究遗传特征,测定杂交优势。通过资料分析,落叶松种间杂交亲和力较强,容易获得杂种,并且有不同程度的优良性状。比较好的组合,2年生苗平均苗高达80.3 cm,平均地径达1.04 cm;幼树生长良好,4年生时(包括苗龄)平均树高154.5 cm,最高达245 cm,平均地径2.0 cm,最大3.1 cm,树高、地径的超亲优势分别为47.2%、41.9%,速生性倾向于日本落叶松,杂种优势明显,为培育优良新品种提供了依据。

Finding water resources for the desert plants is one of the important research areas since it enables saving water *** inermis plant was noticed to keep 5%of moisture in its rhizosphere zone;therefore,this study aimed to identify this source of *** endophytic bacteria were isolated from the root of *** and *** specific respiration rate was *** faecalis showed the highest specific respiration *** is a facultative chemoautotrophic hydrogen-fixing bacterium that utilizes the hydrogen gas as energy source and the water is produced as an end *** source of hydrogen gas for this bacterium is not only from air and soil gases but also from the hydrogen-producing bacteria such as Enterobacter spp.,which was among the isolated *** hydrogenases synthesizing genes(HoxC,HypA and HypB)were detected in most of the isolated bacteria and roots of four wild plants,out from 18 wild plant samples,epically the grains of the wild wheat *** result suggests that the hydrogen-fixing and hydrogen-producing bacteria transfer from the root through the plant to inhabit the grain/*** can help the grain/seeds to germinate in drought environment.

Delivering safe beef carcass at the Yaoundéabattoir is challenged by improper Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP)and poor hygiene practices leading to microbial contamination during slaughtering and dressing *** study was to estimate the safety and quality of carcasses via detection of Salmonella and evaluation of aerobic colony count(ACC),Enterobacteriaceae count(EC).Swabs of carcass from 145 cattle were collected at three different ***&anus from live cattle,butchers’hands,and processing environment were also *** of Salmonella was carried out following ISO *** and EC were evaluated using ISO 4833 and ISO *** carcass registered higher Salmonella prevalence(4.37%).Generally,microbial load of carcass was beyond FAO microbiological *** post-evisceration carcasses had the highest isolation rate of Salmonella(52.63%).Both sampling site and seasonal variations had statistically significant impact(p<0.05)on microbial *** results reflected poor conditions of slaughtering and inadequate hygienic *** is an urgent need for training the abattoir personnel on the GMP and need for the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)principles throughout the slaughtering process at the Yaoundéslaughterhouse.

In Brazil,schistosomiasis occurrence is related to the presence of the etiological agent Schistosoma *** presence of mollusks for Biomphalaria genus is a necessary condition for development of the parasite *** Parástate,the species ***,***,*** and *** have already been identified,with reports of the last two occurring in Belé*** aim of this study was to determine the spatial distribution of Biomphalaria species in Belém,Pará,Brazil,identifying risk areas for schistosomiasis *** malacological surveys were carried out between September 2013 and October 2017 in 35 neighborhoods of Belé*** collection points were georeferenced using a Global Positioning System(GPS)receiver and the Kernel Density Estimation(KDE)was used to the spatial *** mollusks,after measurement,were exposed to light to verify the presence of *** ***,mollusks were sacrificed and fixed for dissection and morphological identification of *** surveys resulted in a total of 10,803 mollusks collected,of which 9,367(86.70%)specimens were *** the analyzed mollusks,5,820(62.14%)were identified as *** and 3,547(37.86%)as *** presence of the parasite was observed in 208(2.22%)specimens,all *** mollusks were found in six neighborhoods:Guamá(51 mollusks/24.5%),Sacramenta(47 mollusks/22.6%),Telégrafo(47 mollusks/22.6%),Terra Firme(36 mollusks/17.3%),Condor(20 mollusks/9.6%)and Barreiro(7 mollusks/3.4%).This study confirms that *** species actively participates as intermediate host in the disease maintenance in Belé*** KDE allowed to analyze the spatial distribution of collection sites and consequently to determine possible risk areas of schistosomiasis transmission in *** development of maps identifying sites with schistosomiasis positive snails may support efforts of this municipality by directing activities related to endemic disease control.

Effect of Different Sources and Doses of Nitrogen on Vegetative and Productive Performance of Sugarcane under a Dystrophic Red Latosol Condition

The aim of this work was to evaluate the effects of the application of different sources and doses of nitrogen(N)in the growth and productivity of sugarcane in cane *** experiments were conducted in the area of Rio Paraiso II farm,belonging to the Raízen factory,in the city of Jataí,*** soil was classified as dystrophic red *** experimental design used was in randomized block,analysed in factorial scheme of 2×4×4,with three *** factors analysed were two sources of N(urea and ammonium nitrate),four doses of N(0,60,120 and 180 kg/ha)and four evaluation times(210,250,290 and 330 d after planting(DAP)).The parameters analysed were plant height(PH),diameter of stalks(DS),length of internodes(LI)and productivity of stalks(PS).Results observed significant difference in the sources and doses of N for the evaluated parameters in sugarcane *** in the average doses of 110 kg/ha and 100.87 kg/ha provided the greatest PH and LI of sugarcane,*** nitrate at a dose of 180 kg/ha presented the largest DS of sugarcane(cane plant)at 330 *** PS of sugarcane SP80-1816 at 60 kg/ha and 120 kg/ha ammonium nitrate has higher *** the PS,it is recommended the application of doses between 60 kg/ha and 120 kg/ha of N of the source ammonium nitrate in sugar cane(cane plant).
