In this paper, we conduct research on the club teaching mode and the applications on the modern colleges and basic universities sports teaching activities. College sports belong to a part of the social sports and general social sports itself is done by sports socialization of people. College sports socialization is the inevitable developing trend of college sports, is also the objective requirement of the market economy condition school sports development. sports club is a school sports development in the future and the typical group, through the college sports clubs and social communication, using many of the sports talents, science and technology strength and the advantage of sports facilities, sports market development colleges and universities. We propose the new perspectives of the issues that will promote the further development of the corresponding areas.

One common way to aid coaching and seek to improve athletes’performance is by recording training sessions for posterior analysis.In the case of sailing,coaches record videos from another boat,but usually rely on handheld devices,which may lead to issues with the footage and missing important moments.On the other hand,by autonomously recording the entire session with a fixed camera,the analysis becomes challenging owing to the length of the video and possible stabilization issues.In this work,we aim to facilitate the analysis of such full-session videos by automatically extracting maneuvers and providing a visualization framework to readily locate interesting moments.Moreover,we address issues related to image stability.Finally,an evaluation of the framework points to the benefits of video stabilization in this scenario and an appropriate accuracy of the maneuver detection method.

Applying the Socio-Ecological Model to barriers to implementation of ACL injury prevention programs: A systematic review

Background: Preventing anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) injuries is important to avoid long-term adverse health consequences. Identifying barriers to implementation of these prevention programs is crucial to reducing the incidence of these injuries. Our purpose was to identify barriers of implementation for ACL injury prevention programs and suggest mechanisms for reducing the barriers through application of a SocioEcological Model(SEM).Methods: Studies investigating ACL prevention program effectiveness were searched in Medline via PubMed and the Cochrane Library, and a subsequent review of the references of the identified articles, yielded 15 articles total. Inclusion criteria encompassed prospective controlled trials, published in English, with ACL injuries as the primary outcome. Studies were independently appraised by 2 reviewers for methodological quality using the PEDro scale. Barriers to implementation were identified when reported in at least 2 separate studies. A SEM was used to suggest ways to reduce the identified barriers.Results: Five barriers were identified: motivation, time requirements, skill requirements for program facilitators, compliance, and cost. The SEM suggested ways to minimize the barriers at all levels of the model from the individual through policy levels.Conclusion: Identification of barriers to program implementation and suggesting how to reduce them through the SEM is a critical first step toward enabling ACL prevention programs to be more effective and ultimately reducing the incidence of these injuries.

Ischemic preconditioning(IPC)is an attractive method for athletes owing to its potential to enhance exercise performance.However,the effectiveness of the IPC intervention in the field of sports science remains mitigated.The number of cycles of ischemia and reperfusion,as well as the duration of the cycle,varies from one study to another;Thus,the aim of this systematic review was to provide a comprehensive review examining the IPC literature in sports science.A systematic literature search was performed in PubMed(MEDLINE)(from 1946 to May 2018),Web of Science(sport sciences)(from 1945 to May 2018),and EMBASE(from 1974 to May 2018).We included all studies investigating the effects of IPC on exercise performance in human subjects.To assess scientific evidence for each study,this review was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses statement.The electronic database search generated 441 potential articles that were screened for eligibility.A total of 52 studies were identified as eligible and valid for this systematic review.The studies included were of high quality,with 48 of the 52 studies having a ran?domized,controlled trial design.Most studied showed that IPC intervention can be beneficial to exercise performance.However,IPC intervention seems to be more beneficial to healthy subjects who wish to enhance their performance in aerobic exercises than athletes.Thus,this systematic review highlights that a better knowledge of the mechanisms generated by the IPC intervention would make it possible to optimize the protocols according to the characteristics of the subjects with the aim of suggesting to the subjects the best possible experience of IPC intervention.

Background:Mathematical models propose leg length as a limiting factor in determining the maximum walking velocity.This study evaluated the effectiveness of a leg length-based model in predicting maximum walking velocity in an applied race walking situation,by comparing experienced and novice race walkers during conditions where strictly no flight time(FT)was permitted and in simulated competition conditions(i.e.,FT<40 ms).Methods:Thirty-four participants(18 experienced and l6 novice race walkers)were recruited for this investigation.An Optojump Next system(8 m)was used to determine walking velocity,step frequency,step length,ground contact time,and FT during race walking over a range of velocities.Comparisons were made between novice and experienced participants in predicted maximum velocity and actual velocities achieved with no flight and velocities with FT<40 ms.The technical effectiveness of the participants was assessed using the ratio of maximum velocity to predicted velocity.Results:In novices,no significant difference was found between predicted and maximum walking speeds without FT but there was a small 5.8%gain in maximum speed when FT≤40 ms.In experienced race walkers,there was a significant reduction in maximum walking speed compared with predicted maximum(p<0.01)and a 11.7%gain in maximum walking speed with FT<40 ms.Conclusion:Leg length was a good predictor of maximal walking velocity in novice walkers but not a good predictor of maximum walking speed in well-trained walkers who appear to have optimised their walking technique to make use of non-visible flight periods of less than 40 ms.The gain in velocity above predicted maximum may be a useful index of race walking proficiency.

Purpose: We aimed to examine the longitudinal associations between parents' and youth's participation in physical activity(PA).Methods-: One hundred and ninety youth cuompleted self-admitiistered questionnaires 3 times per year from 2011 to 2015, and their parents completed an interviewer-administered questionnaire during a telephone interview once in2011-2012. Data on youth's and parents' activities were classified as interdependent or coactive/imdependent.Results: Youth with one or both parents who participated in interdependent activities were more likely to maintain participation in interdependent activities(hazard ratio(HR) = 3.63: 95% confidence interval(CI) = 1.30-10.17). Youth's sustained participation in coactive/independent activities was not associated with parents' participation in coactive/independent activities(HR= 0.97; 95%CI=0.46-2.06).Conclusion: Longitudinal associations between parents' and youth's participation in PA differed across type of PA. Encouraging parents' participation in interdependent activities may promote sustained participation in interdependent activities in youth.
