As an industry representing soft power,the coordinated development between sports industry and tourism plays an important role in promoting economic growth. Using the cointegration theory,we carry out empirical test of economic growth,the output value of sport and tourism income; using the coordination theory,we carry out the evaluation of the coordinated development between sports industry and tourism.It is found in the study that there is a long-term stable dynamic equilibrium relationship among economic growth,the output value of sport and tourism income. The sports industry and tourism in Henan Province have undergone six stages( imbalance-on the verge of imbalance- barely coordinated-primarily coordinated- moderately coordinated- well coordinated). In the process of coordinated development,sports industry significantly lags behind tourism,so it is necessary to strengthen the sports industry personnel's quality,and optimize the coordination between the sports industry and tourism,so as to promote economic development level.

At present, many colleges and universities in the country have been effectively carried out, and have also been loved and strongly supported by the vast number of College students. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of leisure sports and its functions and functions in the reform of physical education. In recent years, the students majoring in physical education are facing the problem of difficult employment, which is closely related to the decline of their special sports skills. Because of the early specialization training and the promotion of seedling pulling, these athletes can no longer form a positive transfer of sports skills after entering colleges and universities. Therefore, we must change our concepts, scientifically arrange training tasks and sports loads at all stages, and reform the selection system of college sports athletes. The physical education major aims to cultivate high-quality, comprehensive professional talents with strong professional and application skills and capable of engaging in physical education, training and competition in primary and secondary schools. Based on this, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the decline of the special sports skill level of sports majors, and puts forward specific countermeasures to effectively solve this problem, so as to improve the special sports level of sports majors.

The field survey of two natural villages found that the relationship capital plays an important role in rural public sports service benefiting from the rural elite operation mode. However,negative effect brought by the relationship capital should not be neglected,including distorting the social equity,increasing social transaction cost,and weakening the public trust in government. It is a top priority to effectively evade its negative effect and bring into full play huge potential of the relationship capital.

Colleges and universities are an important position for training excellent talents. The proposal of "Healthy China" strategy putsforward higher requirements for College Physical Education teaching. At the same time, the popularization of scientific andtechnological achievements in sports colleges and universities has also resulted in one. Therefore, the author studies the impact ofthe popularization of scientific and technological achievements in sports colleges and universities from the perspective of healthyChina. College physical education should be guided by the "healthy China" strategic goal, change the teaching concept, improvethe teacher's own quality, reform the curriculum and evaluation system, cultivate students' health awareness and exercise habits,and then improve the overall quality of students' sports. Two customized mouthguards were developed for a 35-year-old male kickboxer. These were identical in thickness (the vertical dimension between the upper and lower jaws), the material, and similar in form (visible outline);however, one mouthguard was designed such that the horizontal jaw position was determined by the maximal grip strength obtained by the subject during the Bi-Digital O-Ring Test. Both mouthguards were satisfactory in terms of how they felt during wearing and breathing;however, the subject achieved higher kicking force, punching force, and back muscle strength while using the mouthguard with an optimized horizontal jaw position. These findings suggest that to enhance sports performance, it may be important to determine the optimal biting position. The grip strength obtained during the Bi-Digital O-Ring Test is a useful parameter for this assessment.
