Spatiotemporal variation of forest land and its driving factors in the agropastoral ecotone of northern China

As an important natural resource,forest land plays a key role in the maintenance of ecological ***,variations of forest land in the agropastoral ecotone of northern China(AENC)have attracted little *** the AENC as an example and based on remote-sensing images from 2000,2010 to 2020,we explored the spatiotemporal variation of forest land and its driving factors using the land-use transfer matrix,spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial error *** results showed that from 2000 to 2020,the total area of forest land in the AENC increased from 75,547.52 to 77,359.96 km^(2) and the changes were dominated by the transformations among forest land,grassland and cropland,which occurred mainly in areas with the elevation of 500-2000 m and slope of 15°-25°.There was obvious spatial agglomeration of forest land in the AENC from 2000 to 2020,with hot spots of forest land gathered in the southern marginal areas of the Yanshan Mountains and the low mountainous and hilly areas of the Loess *** sub-hot spots around hot spots moved southward,the sub-cold spots spread to the surrounding areas and the cold spots *** spatiotemporal variation of forest land resulted from the interactions of natural environment,socioeconomic and policy factors from 2000 to *** variables of average annual precipitation,slope,terrain relief,ecological conversion program and afforestation policy for barren mountains affected the spatial pattern of forest land positively,while those of annual average temperature,slope and road network density influenced it negatively.

The inequality of educational resources and its countermeasures for rural revitalization in southwest China

Equal access to education has long been a global concern and is important for rural revitalization strategy in the new era. However, little is known about the regional differences of educational resources in China, especially southwest China, where the spatial heterogeneity of human and physical geography is extremely significant. Using a dataset of primary and secondary schools of southwest China at county level in 2015, this study builds an index system to comprehensively measure the supply of educational resources, investigates the spatial pattern of educational resources via exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA), and explores its influence factors through spatial econometrics. Results indicated that the supply level of educational resources in southwest China was relatively low;the high-high clusters of the supply of educational resources were mainly located in Sichuan Basin and the east of Western Sichuan Plateau, while the concentrated poverty-stricken areas of Guizhou and the border areas of Yunnan-SichuanGuizhou, especially Wumeng mountain area, were characterized by the low-low clusters. Furthermore, this study suggested that altitude, population density, local government revenue and rural residents' income were positively correlated with the supply of educational resources, while the negative influenceswere exerted by proportion of ethnic minority population and urbanization rate. And there were differences in the specific objects of actions of each factor. Ultimately, we proposed that village relocation and combination, as well as sustainable urbanization and regional development were practical paths to optimize the supply of educational resources in rural areas, thus promoting the modernization of agriculture and countryside.

Based on the spatial Data Analysis, this paper constructs spatial econometric model of the factor influencing the government education investment to do an empirical study to the education investment level of China’s 31 provinces. Through the study, it is found that: the education of the local government in a certain space has the spatial dependence and spillover effects between provinces. Local government expenditure and the school-age population which have contributed significantly to the local education expenditure are the core variables of the government investment in education for government investment in education. The impact of industrial structure on government investment in education is a little more complex: the initial investment in the industrial structure has little influence on education;and current data on investment of government education has some influence, but is not significant.

采用物质资本集聚度、人力资本集聚度以及就业密度衡量服务业集聚水平，运用空间计量方法，研究服务业集聚对区域经济增长的影响，结果显示：我国区域经济增长呈现明显的空间集聚特征；服务业物质资本集聚水平对区域经济发展的促进作用呈弱化之势，人力资本集聚度的区域经济增长效应也由正转向负，而服务业就业密度、经济开放水平等因素发挥着越来越重要的作用。应该注重加强相邻地区间的交流与合作，形成经济互助，协调发展；同时应提高我国服务业的集聚度，充分发挥其对区域经济增长的正向促进作用。

中国各地各级政府根据本地疫情严重程度，采取了一系列的应急管理举措，其中就包括对交通运输、活动场所、特定人员的管制政策。本文主旨是以时空为切入点，从理论和实证层面论证这些管制政策与疫情的关系。本文收集了以春节期间为主要时段的湖北省13个地级市（州）相互之间的空间距离、三类管制政策、确诊病例等数据。根据空间面板回归模型结果，本文讨论了三类管制政策与疫情分布的时空关系。分析结果显示：三类政策中，交通管制对疫情发展的影响最显著，其他两种政策需要进一步探讨；此外，还需要研究并识别尚未认识到的存在时空效应的外在因素。

梳理了铁路交通基础设施对消费结构转型的影响机制，并运用中国2000-2014年省级面板数据构建空间计量模型进行实证研究。研究结果显示：铁路交通基础设施主要通过增加家庭文教娱乐消费支出占比来促进居民家庭消费结构由生活型向发展型和享受型转变；样本期间内，铁路交通基础设施对医疗保健消费支出占比以及交通通信消费支出占比的影响不显著。由此可见，在经济转型阶段，合理布局铁路交通路线，优化铁路密度能进一步释放居民家庭的消费潜力，激发居民家庭消费结构的转型，从而实现经济的可持续增长。
