Carbon dots(CDs)with room-temperature phosphorescence(RTP)have attracted dramatically growing interest in optical functional materials.However,the photoluminescence mechanism of CDs is still a vital and challenging topic.In this work,we prepared CD-based RTP materials via melting boric acid with various lengths of alkyl amine compounds as precursors.The spatial effect on the structure and the RTP properties of CDs were systematically investigated.With the increase in carbon chain length,the interplanar spacing of the carbon core expands and crosslink-enhanced emission weakens,resulting in a decrease in the phosphorescence intensity and lifetimes.Meanwhile,based on triplet-to-singlet resonance energy transfer,we employed intense and long-lived phosphorescence CDs as the donor and short-lived fluorescent dyes as the acceptor to achieve long-lived multicolor afterglow.By the triplet-to-singlet resonance energy transfer,the afterglow color can change from green to orange.The afterglow lifetimes are more than 0.9 s.Thanks to the outstanding afterglow properties,the composites were used for timeresolved and multiple-color advanced anticounterfeiting.This work will promote the design of multicolor and long-lived afterglow materials and expand their applications.

This thesis is to study spatial effect of education output on economic growth through the use of spatial measurement technique. According to the study: there’s the presence of spatial spillover effects in human capital, economic growth, and others;in previous years, human capital depended on mainly the employers with junior school education or below;in recent years, with the reduction of employers with junior school education or below, employers with regular higher education can best promote the economic growth. However, it’s very difficult for human capital with vocational education to promote economic growth, especially in recent years. Therefore, from the perspective of long-term economic growth, China should focus on culturing professional talents and put more resources into the development of vocational education while developing the higher education.

Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2003 to 2014,the spatial dependence between the environment regulation and carbon emissions is tested by spatial autocorrelation analysis. Besides,spatial lag model and spatial error model are built to empirically test the marginal effect of environmental regulation on carbon emissions and its spatial effect. The result shows that the influence trajectory of environmental regulation on carbon emissions performances inverted ＂ U＂ type. It is ＂ green paradox effect＂ before the inflection point and ＂ reversed transmission reduction effect＂ after the inflection point. Moreover,the carbon emissions show significant spatial spillover effect. In order to achieve the desired effect of environmental regulation and promote carbon reduction,we should increase the environmental regulation intensity reasonably,select rational environmental regulation policy tools,and sufficiently consider the spatial spillover effect of carbon emissions.

Based on the 30 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)panel data of China from 2007 to 2016,this paper establishes a spatial Durbin Model to explore the spatial effects of green tax policies in broad and narrow sense on energy efficiency.The results show that:(1)China's provincial energy efficiency has significant spatial correlation.(2)the relationship between the intensity of narrow sense green tax policy and the energy efficiency of the surrounding areas is an inverted U-shaped curve.(3)the relationship between the generalized green tax policy intensity and the energy efficiency of the surrounding areas is a U-shaped curve.

Background: A high-risk prevention strategy is an effective way to fight against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The China AIDS Fund for Non-Governmental Organizations (CAFNGO) was established in 2015 to help social organizations intervene to protect high-risk populations in 176 cities. This study aimed to evaluate the role of social organizations in high-risk population interventions against HIV/AIDS.Methods: This study was based on the CAFNGO program from 2016 to 2020. The collected data included the number and types of social organizations participating in high-risk group interventions and the amount of funds obtained by these organizations each year. We explored the factors influencing the number of newly diagnosed AIDS cases using a spatial econometric model. Furthermore, we evaluated the effectiveness of intervention activities by comparing the percentages of the individuals who initially tested positive, and the individuals who took the confirmatory test, as well as those who retested positive and underwent the treatment.Results: Overall, from 2016 to 2020, the number of social organizations involved in interventions to protect HIV/AIDS high-risk populations increased from 441 to 532, and the invested fund increased from $3.98 to $10.58 million. The number of newly diagnosed cases decreased from 9128 to 8546 during the same period. Although the number of cities with overall spatial correlations decreased, the spatial agglomeration effect persisted in the large cities. Citywise, the number of social organizations (direct effect 19.13), the permanent resident population (direct effect 0.12), GDP per capita (direct effect 17.58;indirect effect -15.38), and passenger turnover volume (direct effect 5.50;indirect effect -8.64) were the major factors influencing new positive cases confirmed through the testing interventions performed by the social organizations. Due to the similarity of conditioning factors,the aggregation feature of landslides and the multi-temporal landslide inventory,the spatial and temporal effects of landslides need to be considered in landslide susceptibility prediction(LSP).The ignorance of this issue will result in some biases and time-invariance in landslide susceptibility.Hence,a novel framework has been proposed to update landslide susceptibility by simultaneously considering the spatial and temporal effects of landslides at the regional scale.In this framework,the landslide inventory of Chongyi County has been divided into pre-and fresh-landslide inventories.According to the LSP results predicted by the support vector machine(SVM)model using the slope unit-based conditioning factors and pre-landslide inventory,a normalized spatial distance index(NSDI)is calculated to quantitatively represent the spatial correlation between landslides and surrounding slope units to develop the SVM-NSDI model.Furthermore,the SVM-Updating model,which incorporates the LSP results of the SVM-NSDI model and fresh-landslide inventory,could be developed to update the LSP results.Subsequently,the confusion matrix,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and frequency ratio(FR)accuracy are used to evaluate the prediction performance of the above LSP models.The F1-score values of the SVM,SVM-NSDI and SVM-Updating models are 0.776,0.816 and 0.831,respectively.The AUC values are 0.869,0.903 and 0.914 and the FR accuracies are 0.795,0.853 and 0.873.It can be concluded that landslide susceptibility is a time-variant variable,which can be updated by considering the spatial correlation between landslides and surrounding slope units as well as the temporal effects of multi-temporal landslide inventory.This study provides a new framework to update landslide susceptibility over time and also provides more accurate LSP results for decisionmakers.

Evaluation and optimization of the spatial organization of the petrochemical industry in China

The spatial organization of the Chinese petrochemical industry was optimized according to the status of development of the industry employing linear programming and ArcGIS spatial analysis tools. We first identified the indexes of the spatial organization of the petrochemical industry and established a comprehensive evaluation index system that in- cludes four major categories and 11 indicators. The weight of each index was then deter- mined by the analytical hierarchy process. Afterward, taking the 337 Chinese prefecture-level administrations as basic units and scientifically evaluating the potential comprehensive layout coefficients of the cities, 151 prefecture-level administrative units were selected as the basis for the choice of optimization sites with a linear programming model. Secondly, using the 151 prefecture-level administrative units and the maximum-coverage model, the optimal number and spatial distribution of refineries were identified for service radii of 100, 200 and 300 km. Thirdly, considering the actual distribution of China＇s refineries, general rules for the number of refinery layout points and objective values were summarized, and 52 refinery layout points were selected for China. Finally, with ArcGIS spatial analysis tools, the spatial effect of the 52 optimal refinery layout points was simulated for the service scope and socioeconomic factors respectively, and the GDP and population data for each refinery layout point were then ex- tracted within the service scope. On this basis and with estimation of the intensity of crude-oil consumption, final results were obtained for the optimal spatial organization of the Chinese refining capacity and ethylene production capacity.

Based on provincial panel data of water footprint and grey water footprint, and with the help of data envelopment analysis model considering and without considering the unde- sirable output, this paper estimates the water resources utilization efficiency in China from 1997 to 2011. The spatial weighting matrix based on economy-spatial distance function is established to discuss spatial autocorrelation of water resources utilization efficiency. With the help of absolute/3-convergence model, this paper concludes that there exists/%convergence in the water resources utilization efficiency. Under the conditions of considering and without considering the undesirable output, it takes about 52.6 and 5.6 years respectively to achieve the extent of half of convergence. By mean of the spatial Durbin econometric model, this paper studies spatial spillover effects of the provincial water resources utilization efficiency in China. The results are as follows. 1） With considering and without considering the undesir- able output, there is significant spatial correlation in provincial water resource efficiency in China. 2） Under the two cases, the spatial autoregressive coefficients （p） are 0.278 and 0.507 respectively, at 1% significance level. There exist the spatial spillover effects of provin- cial water resources utilization efficiency. 3） With considering the undesirable output, these factors of the education funds, the transportation infrastructure, and the industrial and agri- cultural water consumption proportion have positive impacts. These factors of foreign direct investment, the industry value-added water consumption per ten thousand yuan, per capita water consumption, and the total precipitation have negative impacts. 4） Without considering the undesirable output, the factor of GDP per laborer has a greater positive significant influ- ence on the water resources utilization efficiency. Research on the spatial Influence of Digital Inclusive Finance on the High-quality Development of Private Economy

This paper selects China's provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,uses the entropy method to calculate the high-quality development index of the private economy,and studies the spatial impact of digital inclusive finance on the high-quality development of the private economy based on the SDM model.The results show that:digital inclusive finance development has a positive effect on the high-quality development of the private economy in various provinces and cities,while it has a negative inhibitory effect on the high-quality development of the private economy in neighboring provinces and cities.In terms of spatial heterogeneity,digital inclusive finance in North China,East China,and Central and South China has a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of the private economy.The effect of North China,East China,and Central South is decreasing in order,while digital inclusive finance in Northwest China has a significant effect on the private economy.High-quality development has a negative effect.This paper provides empirical evidence and policy directions for the high-quality development of private enterprises in the context of the digital economy in the new era.
