The Southern Silk Road ran through Sichuan,Yunnan,and other provinces of *** was a vital transport artery that linked the region of the southwestern Yi(barbarian tribes)to the Central Plains and influenced politics,economy,and culture in the region of the southwestern Yi in ancient *** imperial governments of the Qin and Han dynasties kept developing regions along the Southern Silk *** relentless efforts brought about social development in the region of the southwestern Yi in three ***,they established the county system and step by step integrated the southwestern frontier and the inland into an administrative whole;economically,they implemented“presenting generous gifts and tax exemption,”spread the advanced production technology from the Central Plains,and promoted local economic growth;ideologically,they spread Confucianism and culture,and promoted cultural exchange and development.

A Study on the Relationship between Chinese Young Children’...

The children social development scale and rearing pattern questionnaire were used to investigate 200 parents in a kindergarten in Wuhan, *** was found that the social development of young children was significantly positively related to the democracy of rearing patterns（p ＜0.01）, and significantly negatively related to laissez-faire and inconsistency.（p＜0.01）, and a significant negative correlation between the social development and the inconsistent rearing pattern（p＜0.01） in Chinese young children. Both the inconsistency and democracy of rearing pattern can significantly predict young children’s social development（p＜0.01）. The results show that the democratic nature of rearing pattern is more conducive to the social development of young children, while the inconsistent rearing pattern will hinder the social development of young children.

在发展哲学视阈内，社会发展观的演进总体上经历了三个大的历史阶段：直观社会发展观、机械社会发展观、辩证社会发展观。直观社会发展观具有突出的类比性、猜测性等特点；机械社会发展观的本质是“在绝对不相容的对立中”认识社会发展现象，非此即彼，二元对立。辩证社会发展观是唯物辩证法的基本原理、原则在与日新月异的发展实践的结合中所形成的一种科学的社会发展观；辩证社会发展观坚持用联系的、变化的、矛盾的及运动的多样性观点看待社会发展。辩证社会发展观在新时代中国发展实践的运用中，形成了中国化时代化的最新表现——新发展理念，这一理念可以说是辩证社会发展观在新时代的主导形态。辩证把握新发展理念，关键在于认识新发展理念所蕴含的“一”和“多”的辩证关系。

World experience indicates the existence of significant imbalances in the development of *** problem of assessing the rational development of the regional and national economy is becoming urgent,since such assessments can prevent development imbalances across *** aim of this study is to elaborate a methodology to assess the countries’socio-economic development by integraring 12 modern indices of socio-economic development into the Composite Country development Index(CCDI).The methodology of this research was based on a set of key indices that described socio-economic development level in four fields(social development,digital development,economic development,and environmental security)and then these indices were integrated into the *** study further applied factor analysis and R-Studio software to define the gaps of social and economic development in 59 selected countries using the trigonometric function of the angle *** correlation analysis confirmed the existence of a close interrelation among the studied *** paper noted that due to the emergence of new priorities,it is necessary to revise the assessment methodology of socio-economic development level and expand them to cover the decisive *** was confirmed by the results obtained,demonstrating various combinations of the development level in the four fields and their impact on the *** scientific contribution of this research is to form a methodology(e.g.,the CCDI)for evaluating the socio-economic development level of countries in the world.

Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan province is the largest community of the Yi ethnic group in China,which has developed a rich culture over its long *** Yi Autonomous Prefecture also boasts the modern aerospace industry,unique landscapes of mountains and valleys,and featured modern *** these provide the prefecture with rich tourism *** the mid-1980s,modern tourism in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has gone through three stages.(a)Infancy stage(the mid-1980s to late-1990s):In this period,tourism as an industry was small in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and was mainly engaged in the reception business.(b)Operation stage(2000 to 2016):In this period,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture began to develop nature tourism relying on its magnificent mountains,which promoted economic development in certain areas.(c)Region-wide development stage:In 2017,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture began to seek region-wide development in tourism in response to rural *** then,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has witnessed a profound transformation in its tourism *** region,focusing on developing regional featured agriculture,has made great efforts to promote rural development and agritourism,with the aim of enabling rural residents to benefit from the development of the modern economy and rural areas to achieve dual development in both traditional production and modern *** paper reviewed the development course of modern tourism in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in order to reveal the relationship between the market and the *** tourism market explorations usually come before policy introduction,the policies are necessary to regulate the market for its sound *** addition,this paper further investigated the profound impact of modern tourism on Liangshan’s social development.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) experienced significant advancements in recent years, and its potential power is already recognized across various industries. Yet, the rise of AI has led to a growing concern about its impact on meeting the Sustainable development Goals (SDGs). The aim of this paper was to evaluate contributions and the potential influence of AI to sustainable development in the society domain. Furthermore, the study analyzed GPT-3 responses, as one of the largest language models developed by OpenAI, descriptively. We conducted a set of queries on the SDGs to gather information on GPT-3’s perceptions of AI impact on sustainable development. Analysis of GPT-3’s contribution potential towards the SDGs showcased its broad range of capabilities for contributing to the SDGs in areas such as education, health, and communication. The study findings provide valuable insights into the contributions of AI to sustainable development in the society domain and highlight the importance of proper regulations to promote the responsible use of AI for sustainable development. We highlighted the potential for improvement in neural language processing skills of GPT-3 by avoiding imitating weak human writing styles with more mistakes in longer texts.

Many studies on Lijiang Old Town,the World Heritage Site in China,criticise the negative impact that the rapid tourism development caused on its‘outstanding universal value’.However,tourism is a very important driving force for the local development of heritage sites in poverty areas of developing *** how to balance the relationship between‘heritage’,‘community’and‘tourism’is an important issue for human-inhabited World Heritage Sites in developing *** paper takes Lijiang as a case,introducing the huge changes of the‘heritage’and‘community’with the rapid tourism development since it was inscribed on the World Heritage List in *** points out that since 2002,according to the social and economic development status then,Lijiang has redefined its general goals to protect its authenticity and integrity as a World Heritage Site,to improve the living condition,to guarantee the interests of local people,and to enhance harmonious social development.A series of public policies have been designed and implemented to integrate heritage conservation with local *** on data analysis,field investigation and questionnaire survey,the paper analyses this intervention process and the experience and lessons of it,providing certain reference for the conservation and sustainable development of human-inhabited World Heritage Sites.
