This Letter proposes a snapshot imaging spectrometer, which obtains the spectral information and spatial information in one "shot". The device proposed can achieve the data cube size of 21 × 29 × 40 in the waveband of400–800 nm. The core element of this system is the microlens array, which contains 60 × 60 microlenses in a square arrangement, each microlens has an aperture of 125 μm× 125 μm, and the F number is 15. The microlens array is mounted in a rotation mount, which provides 360° of rotation around the optical axis to maximize the spectral resolution. The final resolution of the system is about 10 nm.

With the increased snapshot operations(creation or deletion), the performance of storage system will degrade severely whether in Copy on write(COW)or Redirect on write(ROW). This paper presents a novel snapshot scheme which could use of storage resources effectively and keep the historical data accurately for SSDHDD-hybrid storage system. SSD(source volume) stores all the active data and executes read/write operations without responding to snapshot operations. In contrast,HDDs(snapshot volume) store the writing data sequentially in the form of logs and are responsible for backup and snapshot operations. In this way, the hybrid storage system can get the high throughput power via SSD even the snapshot functions are active and HDDs can keep pace with the high Input/Output operations per second(IOPS)capability of the SSD. Logs are combined and kept in a separate image volume by the controller. So, fine-grained Recovery point objective(RPO) and good Recovery time objective(RTO) can be achieved. Experiment results show that the prototype can achieve excellent I/O performance while snapshot operations are active and consume a few extra storage space.

Current mirror integration（CMI） read out integrated circuit（ROIC） topology provides a low input impedance to photo-detectors and provides large injection efficiency, large charge handling capacity and snapshot mode operation without in-pixel opamps. The ROIC described in this paper has been implemented with a modified current mirror circuit, with matched PMOS pairs for detector input stage and its biasing. The readout circuit has been designed for 30×30μm^2 pixel size, 4×4 array size, variable frame rate, 5 Me charga pixel per second（Mpps）.Experimental performance of the test chip has achieved 15 Me charge handling capacity, a high dynamic range of83 dB, 99.8% linearity and 99.96% injection efficiency. The ROIC design has been fabricated in 3.3 V 1P6 MUMC180 nm CMOS process and tested up to 5 MHz pixel rate at room and at cryogenic temperature.

This paper describes a method for building hot snapshot copy based on windows-file system （HSCF）. The architecture and running mechanism of HSCF are discussed after giving a comparison with other on-line backup tecbnology. HSCF, based on a file system filter driver, protects computer data and ensures their integrity and consistency with following three steps： access to open files, synchronization and copy on-write. Its strategies for improving system performance are analyzed including priority setting, incremental snapshot and load balance. HSCF is a new kind of snapshot technology to solve the data integrity and consistency problem in online backup, which is different from other storage-level snapshot and Open File Solution.

对我国地方品种滩羊双羔群体进行SNP检测和多胎性状相关性研究,促进SNPs在双羔家系分子育种中的应用。从实验前期SNP筛选的基础上,利用候选基因飞行质谱法最终确定3种基因13个SNP位点作为候选位点,对滩羊双羔群体的多胎位点进行多态性检测,分析群体差异性,筛选多羔候选基因。关联分析表明:13个位点中有5个位点与多胎性能有关,3种遗传模型也被证实,但BMPR1B基因构建的单倍型却与多胎性能无关。本研究旨在为滩羊双羔分子标记本品种选种选配等分子辅助育种技术提供参考,保护与可持续利用地方家养动物稀有种质遗传资源,加快优质多胎肉羊的发展。
