Different from the past pure data-driven working condition extraction methods,this article is oriented to the characteristics of actual process data including large scale profiles and high-dimensional variables with *** integrates the ledger information in the production process,namely distributive control system(DCS) operation records and process data,and combines semantic segmentation and data dimensionality reduction strategies to extract different working conditions also known as operational modes in a long time *** the ledger information,this article uses the regular expression matching method to extract the key semantics and integrates the ledger records into time-variable state labels according to the chronological order,so as to perform preliminary segmentation of the long-term ***,considering the high-dimensional characteristics of the process and the outlier characteristics of the data,the sliding robust Principal Component Analysis(pca) method is used to reduce the dimensionality and refine the working condition extraction of the ***,the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified on the generated data set and is applied to the hydrocracking data set.
