A dinucleardysprosium complex[Dy(DMOMP)(DBM)]·CHCl(1)(DMOMP=1-methyl-3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzene)bridged by DMOMP and corresponding desolvated complex Dy(L)(DBM)(2)obtained by single-crystal to single-crystal transformation were structurally and magnetically chara cterized[1].The out-of-phase(χ’)component of the ac susceptibility clearly exhibits two slow magnetic relaxation processes under zero dc field,which is mostly attributed to the two molecules in one unit for complex *** expected,complex 2displays single slow magnetic relaxation behavior under zero dc field,which is similar to the low-temperature relaxation process in complex ***,in this system,themagnetic relaxation behaviors are very sensitive to the structural changes induced by the loss/gain of the solvent of crystallization[2].

Central-metal exchange offers an attractive strategy for the incorporation of catalytically active metal centers in MOFs.1 For instance,after replacing the inactive CdⅡ ions in porph@MOM-10 with MnⅡ or CuⅡ,the product could catalyze the epoxidation of trans-stilbene with 75%conversion（compared to only 7%conversion provided by the original CdⅡ containing porph@MOM-10）.2 Improving catalytic activity through central-metal exchange is only just *** of excluding the effect of ligands and geometries,the research of isostructural MOFs before and after central-metal exchange is beneficial to find out the relationship between the central-metal ions and corresponding catalytic property of *** of 5,5’-（1H-2,3,5-triazole-1,4-diyl）diisophthalic acid（H4L）and Cd（NO3）2 in the presence of pyridine afforded{[Cd2（L）（py）3]·2H2O}n（1）（py=pyridine）.Central-metal exchange in 1 via a single-crystal-to-single-crystal manner leads to a series of isostructural M（Ⅱ）-Cd frameworks[M=Cu（2a）,Co（2b）,Ni（2c）]showing improved catalytic activity for the synthesis of1,4,5,6-tetrahedropyrimidine *** on that,a plausible mechanism for the catalytic reaction has been proposed and the reactivity-structure relationship has been further clarified.

Dehydration-triggered structural phase transition-associated ferroelectricity in a hybrid perovskite-type crystal

Since the appearance of Rochelle salt,ferroelectrics have received extensive attention from researchers due to they are playing an important role in sensors,memories,mechanical actuation,and so *** recent years,with the rapid development of molecular ferroelectrics,high-performance molecular ferroelectrics have become effective complement to inorganic ***,compared with inorganic ferroelectrics,the family of molecular ferroelectrics is relatively scarce,and exploring highperformance ferroelectric materials through new synthesis strategies has become the trend of molecular ***,we successfully transformed non-polar material 1(2-H_(2)PCA)_(2)(H_(2)O)CdCl_(6)(2-H_(2)PCA=2-picolylamine cation)into polar material 2(2-H_(2)PCA)2CdCl_(6)by single-crystal to single-crystal transformation(SCSCT).Meanwhile,2 exhibits clear ferroelectricity with a high-temperature Tc of 378 K,a Ps of 1.18μC/cm^(2)at 300 *** work not only realizes the purpose of synthesizing ferroelectrics by forming polar structures by SCSCT,but also realizes the reversibility of SCSCT,which provides ideas for the construction and exploration of new molecular ferroelectrics.

Enhancing the singlet oxygen capture and release rate of metal-organic frameworks through interpenetration tuning

Recognized as one of the important active species involved in varicus ractions,singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))shows potential applications in ***,and environmental related ***,the con-trolled capture and release of^(1)O_(2)are still facing huge challenges due to its short lifetime and high ***,a framework-interpenetration tuning strategy was applied on a metal-organic framework(MOF)that aiming to improve the capture and release rate of *** porosity of the MOF was remark-ably enhanced with the structural evolution from seven-fold(termed NKM-181)to six-fold interpene-tration(termed NKM-182),and the active anthracene sites became much mare *** drastic process can be achieved as simple as exchanging the primitive MOF in selected solvent and occurred surprisingly as single-crystal to single-crystal ***,additionally owing to the unblocked regular channels,NKM-182 shown significantly improved^(1)O_(2)trapping and releasing rates compared to strates an unprecedented regulation of^(1)O_(2)capture and release that of in *** work demon process,along with achieving the highest^(1)O_(2)capture and release rate among reported porous *** obtalned endoperoxides with^(1)O_(2)loaded(termed EPO-NKM-181 and EPO-NKM-182)can be used as a high efficiency smart material for anti-fake application.
