The North China Plain(NCP) is one of the places where the groundwater is most over-exploited in the ***,our understanding on the spatiotemporal variability of the cones of depression in this region is *** study intends to simulate the cones of depression in the shallow aquifer across the entire NCP during the whole period from 1960 to *** the simulation,the dominant role of anthropogenic activities is emphasized and carefully taken into account using a Neural Network *** results show that cones of depression in the NCP were formed in 1970s and continuously expanded. Their centers were getting deeper with an increasing degree of groundwater exploitation. This simulation provides valuable insights for developing more sustainable groundwater management options after the implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP),which is a very important surface water project in China in the near *** numerical model in this paper is built by MODFLOW,with pumpage data completed by neural network algorithm and hydrogeological parameters calibrated by simulated annealing *** on our long-term numerical model for regional groundwater flow in the NCP,one exploitation limitation strategy after the implementation of SNWDP is studied in this *** results indicate that the SNWDP is beneficial for groundwater recovery in the NCP.A number of immense groundwater cones will gradually ***,the recovery of the groundwater environment in the NCP will require a long time.

As cloud computing is growing rapidly,efficient task scheduling algorithm plays a vital role to improve the resource utilization and enhance overall performance of the cloud computing ***,task scheduling is the severe challenge needed to solve urgently in cloud ***,the simulated annealing multi-population genetic algorithm(SAMPGA) is proposed for task scheduling in cloud computing,which is the combination of simulated annealing algorithm(SA)and multi-population genetic algorithm(MPGA) in this *** population initialization,SAMPGA adopts max-min algorithm to enhance the search *** incorporated into SAMPGA is employed to avoid local optimum and improve the performance of global optimum,while a family evolution strategy based on adaptive mechanism in MPGA is proposed to find better solution and improve convergence ***,experiments are conducted to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed method in *** with MPGA,SA and simulated annealing genetic algorithm(SAGA),the results of simulation show that the SAMPGA has more excellent performance in terms of the completion time,completion cost,convergence speed and degree of load imbalance.

＜正＞Cruising process is an important flight phase,which has a direct impact on the economy of airplane operation. This paper presents the target function and relevance constraint conditions by applying the flight performance principle. Then the paper employs the simulated annealing algorithm to find the optimal solution of a new model,and gives the detailed cruising fuel conservation *** it is shown that the new model can reduce cruising fuel,save operation cost and increase airline economic benefits.

A multiobjective optimal service restoration methodology for shipboard power system（SPS） using a simulated annealing genetic algorithm is *** the multiple objective functions related to restoration problem for SPS are formulated as fuzzy *** analytic hierarchy process（AHP） is adopted to determine the weighted factors of each objective functions which is more convenient to be apprehended and operated by decision-maker,and a weighted product functional operator is used to form the integrated objective *** multiobjective model is adopted by a simulated annealing genetic algorithm to solve the service restoration problem for *** test results on a typical shipboard power system show effectiveness of the proposed restoration methodology.

Based on current researches on passenger train plan,the correlated costs of passenger train plan and optimal objectives were *** balancing the interest of the railway corporation and the passengers’demand,combining passenger train plan with the passenger transfer plan and considering the flow assignment on the railway passenger transfer network as lower project,the bi-level programming model was built *** summing up and refining the experience and integrating a series of sub-problems,such as the passenger routing,designing the railway passenger transfer network,the flow assignment of passenger transferring,arranging the stop-stations,analyzing the passenger train plan evaluation indexes,the optimal algorithm based on the simulated annealing algorithm was *** the basis of the model and the algorithm above,the optimal software of passenger train plan is *** software has been applied to some dedicated passenger traffic line with good results and efficiency.

Based on the relationship between network designer and user,taking the total costs of the network construction stages as the up-level modeland the traffic flow user equilibrium model of different stages of the transport network construction as the lower-level model,the bi-level model was set up and the simulated annealing algorithm was designed.A numerical example on the condition of fixed and unfixed traffic flow was analyzed,the bi-level grogram and its algorithm can well provide decision support for the transport network design.

For realizing seven hand gestures classification correctly,wavelet transform is used firstly to eliminate the noise in sEMG,because of its multi-resolution analysis *** combine time domain features（such as EMG integral,variance,the third-order AR model coefficients）with frequency domain features（power-spectrum）as the inputs of neural network classifier to discriminate seven motion *** to the shortcoming of traditional BP neural network algorithm which is easily trapped into local minimum,an improved one based on existing BP algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm is proposed in this *** experimental results indicate that the correct rate is above 90% by using the above *** with traditional BP algorithm,the novel one has better recognition capability.

Spatial information network(SIN)is a network with high speed and periodicity of node *** recent days,China will build a complete asteroid monitoring and warning system and a near-Earth asteroid defense *** requires launching more low-Earth orbit *** order to adapt to the increase in the number of near-Earth satellites,the dynamic optimization of space informa-tion network topology between satellites will have research signiﬁ***-ering the visibility of satellite networking,the connectivity of satellite nodes,and the number of links connected to the whole network,with the goal of minimizing the end-to-end delay between satellite nodes in the network as the optimization goal,a network topology optimization model that meets multiple constraints is constructed,and the model is solved using greedy algorithm and simulated anneal-ing *** the process of simulated annealing,the networkﬂow algorithm is innovatively proposed for neighborhood *** show that the simulated annealing hybrid neighborhood algorithm is signiﬁcantly better than the simulated annealing random neighborhood algorithm.
