Wearable sweat sensors with various sensing systems can provide noninvasive medical diagnostics and healthcare monitoring.Here,we demonstrate a wearable microfluidic nanoplasmonic sensor capable of refreshable and portable recognition fingerprint information of targeted biomarkers including urea,lactate,and pH in sweat.A miniature,thin plasmonic metasurface with homogeneous mushroom-shaped hot spots and high surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)activity is designed and integrated into a microfluidics platform.Compared to conventional wearable SERS platforms with the risk of mixed effect between new and old sweat,the microfluidic SERS system allows sweat administration in a controllable and high temporal-resolution fashion,providing refreshable SERS analysis.We use a portable and customized Raman analyzer with a friendly human-machine interface for portable recognition of the spectroscopic signatures of sweat biomarkers.This study integrates epidermal microfluidics with portable SERS molecular recognition,presenting a controllable,handy,and dynamical biofluid sensing system for personalized medicine.

Nowadays,numerous applications are associated with cloud and user data gets collected globally and stored in cloud units.In addition to shared data storage,cloud computing technique offers multiple advantages for the user through different distribution designs like hybrid cloud,public cloud,community cloud and private cloud.Though cloud-based computing solutions are highly con-venient to the users,it also brings a challenge i.e.,security of the data shared.Hence,in current research paper,blockchain with data integrity authentication technique is developed for an efﬁcient and secure operation with user authentica-tion process.Blockchain technology is utilized in this study to enable efﬁcient and secure operation which not only empowers cloud security but also avoids threats and attacks.Additionally,the data integrity authentication technique is also uti-lized to limit the unwanted access of data in cloud storage unit.The major objec-tive of the projected technique is to empower data security and user authentication in cloud computing environment.To improve the proposed authentication pro-cess,cuckooﬁlter and Merkle Hash Tree(MHT)are utilized.The proposed meth-odology was validated using few performance metrics such as processing time,uploading time,downloading time,authentication time,consensus time,waiting time,initialization time,in addition to storage overhead.The proposed method was compared with conventional cloud security techniques and the outcomes establish the supremacy of the proposed method.

The search for the ri_(13/2) vi_(13/2 ) band in ^(178)Ir has been conducted through the ^(152)Sm(^(31) P, 5nγ)^( 178)Ir reaction and the excitation functions, x-γ and γ-γ-t coincidence measurements. Five rotational bands have been newly identified. The low-spin signature inversion in the πi13/2 vi13/2 band has been confirmed by the observations of linking transitions and signature crossing at I = 25.5 h. The inversion phenomenon in rh11/2 vi_(13/2), rh9/2 vi_(13/2) and ri_(13/2) vi13/2 structures in ^(178)Ir provides a unique testing ground for different theoretical interpretations.

High spin states in neutron-rich odd-N ^(145)Ba nucleus have been investigated from study of promptγ-rays in spontaneous fission of^(252)Cf.The alternating parity bands are identified indicating octupole deformation with simplex quantum number s=-i.The ground state band shows signature splitting and inversion at low spin.These collective band structures exhibit the competition and co-existence between symmetric and asymmetric shapes.

Power spectra of electron density and floating potential fluctuations in the velocity shear layer of the HT-6M edge region have been measured and analysed.All the spectra have three distinct frequency regions with the spectral decay indices typical of self-organized criticality systems(0,-1 and-4)when Doppler shift effects induced by the plasma E x B flow velocity have been taken into account.These results are consistent with the predictions of the self-organized criticality models,which may be an indication of edge plasma turbulence in the HT-6M tokamak evolving into a critical state independent of local plasma parameters.

High-spin states in^(84)Rb have been studied by using the^(70)Zn(^(18)O,p3n)^(84)Rb reaction at a beam energy of 75 MeV.Theγ-γcoincidence,excitation function and ratios for directional correlation of oriented states were performed.A new level scheme was established in which the positive and negative parity bands have been extended up to 17^(+)and 17^(-)with excitation energy about 7MeV.The signature splitting and signature inversion of the positive parity yrast bands were observed and are discussed.
