This study extended blending proportion range of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)and calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA)cement blends,and investigated effects of proportions on Setting time,workability,and strength development of OPC-CSA blend-based mixtures.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were conducted to help understand the performance of OPC-CSA blend-based mixtures.The Setting time of the OPC-CSA blends was extended,and the workability was improved with increase of OPC content.Although the early-age strength decreased with increase of OPC content,the strength development was still very fast when the OPC content was lower than 60%due to the rapid formation and accumulation of ettringite.At 2 h,the OPC-CSA blend-based mortars with OPC contents of 0%,20%,40%,and 60%achieved the unconfined compressive strength(UCS)of 17.5,13.9,9.6,and 5.0 MPa,respectively.The OPC content had a negligible influence on long-term strength.At 90 d,the average UCS of the OPC-CSA blend-based mortars was 39.2±1.7 MPa.

The properties of goat meat gels without and with 120 mmol/kg CaCl_(2)as influenced by Setting time(30-120 min)at 60℃ were studied.A gel set for 60 min with subsequent cooking for 20 min in the presence of CaCl_(2)had the highest breaking force and deformation with coincidentally lowest expressible moisture content(P0.05).A decrease in the myosin heavy-chain band intensity was noticeable when CaCl_(2)was incorporated,suggesting increased protein cross-linking.As Setting time increased,the L*values increased with varying a*values,whereas no differences in b*values of gels were found,regardless of CaCl_(2)addition(P>0.05).The gel containing CaCl_(2)with Setting time of 60 min had the highest hardness,cohesiveness,gumminess,and chewiness(PSetting at 60℃ for 60 min in the presence of CaCl_(2)is recommended for the manufacture of goat meat balls with improved quality.

The ceramic Setting binders obtained by means of the raw mix mechano-chemical processing(mechanical dispersion and chemical interaction processes combination), used for bonding refractory concretes, become more available with a subsequent increased interest in their properties because they develop initial strength during a heat up of the units within 8-10 h, in contrast to 24 h after placement for high Al_2O_3 cements(HAC). This strength development enables high temperature processing units to be relined with minimum turnaround time, thus providing a favored cost/performance ratio. The present paper identifies the predominant phosphate phases responsible for developing good mechanical-strength properties of zirconia and alumina concretes bonded with mechano-chemical binders. It sets out the colloid and crystalline phases resulted from interphase interaction that provide the basis for high concentrated bonding suspensions(HCBS) technology useful to the refractory industry.

In order to improve the flow ability and early-stage strength of colloidal alumina bonded corundum castables,the colloidal alumina with 20%of solid content was used as the binder,and tabular corundum aggregates and fines,and active alumina micropowder CL370 as the main starting materials.Influences of Setting accelerating agents(magnesia fines and sodium meta-aluminate)on the linear change rate,the modulus of rupture and the microstructure of corundum castables after different heat-treatments were researched.The results show(1)cement bonded corundum castables have the highest modulus of rupture after 24 h of demolding,and colloidal alumina bonded corundum castables have the lowest one;both magnesia fines and sodium meta-aluminate can improve the strength after 24 h of demolding;(2)after firing at 1000℃for 3 h,the modulus of rupture of all specimens decreases,even lower than that after 24 h of demolding;(3)after firing at 1600℃for 3 h,the castable specimen added with 0.1 mass%magnesia fines has the highest modulus of rupture;the tabular phases appear interwovenly in the specimen;(4)taking the comprehensive properties into account,0.1 mass%of magnesia fines is appropriate,and the addition of sodium meta-aluminate shall be lower than 0.3%.

Heat Setting has important effects on mechanical and structural properties of polypropylene( PP) mesh. However,there is no systematic study on the effects of heat Setting. In this paper,the orthogonal array was designed for heat Setting,and the influences of heat Setting on structural, mechanical properties and flexural rigidity of PP mesh were studied. The experimental results showed that temperature had larger influence than tension and time on thickness,tensile strength,bursting strength, tear strength and bending stiffness of PP meshes, except the fabric weight. The optimum heat Setting parameters were as follows: temperature was120 ℃, time was 10 min,and tension was small. These results will provide guideline for the selection of heat Setting parameters.

Microsilica-gel bonded bauxite based no-cement refractory castables（NCCs）have been produced using two readily available dispersants.These NCCs were compared to NCC with Siox X-Zero,a purposely-developed product for microsilica-gel bonded no-cement castable systems to control flow properties and Setting characteristics.Three mixing and curing temperatures were applied：5℃,20℃and 35℃.The results show that Setting-behaviour and mechanical properties strongly vary with the type of dispersant and the curing temperature.However,both Setting and strength are less temperature dependent in the castables with Siox X-Zero.Furthermore,the drying and firing of microsilica-gel bonded NCCs were investigated.Since microsilica-gel bond system contains only a small amount of bound water,the castables can be fired at very high heating rates,once the free water has been removed.

In order to meet the curative effect,the glove of the flexible medical orthosis was designed to use nylon / spandex and polyester / spandex covered yarns to knit the glove by parts.For the purpose of confirming the best heat Setting technology of the glove knitted by multicomponent materials, different heat Setting technologies with different temperature and time were tested on the nylon / spandex and the polyester / spandex knitted fabrics.And the effects of the heat Setting technology on dimensional stability and elastic recovery of the two kinds of fabrics were analyzed as well.The results show that in the proper range of temperature and time,dimensional stability and elastic recovery of the nylon / spandex knitted fabric become better with the increases of temperature and time.And dimensional stability of the polyester / spandex knitted fabric also turns good.But its elastic recovery doesn't change obviously.All the measured values were compared with each other.And the results indicate that dimensional stability and elastic recovery of these two kinds of fabrics both are great after the heat Setting technology of temperature 180 ℃ and time 60 s.

内蒙古中部镶黄旗哈达庙金矿床位于华北板块北缘的中亚造山带中东段,矿体受控于花岗斑岩体与围岩接触带,为斑岩型金矿床。运用激光剥蚀等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS)测定了含矿花岗斑岩中单颗粒锆石U-Pb年龄,获得15个测试点的加权平均年龄为271.8±3.3Ma(MSWD=2.3,n=15),表明花岗斑岩侵位年龄(或成矿年龄)为早二叠世。结合前人的岩相学、微量元素地球化学和同位素地球化学研究结果,认为哈达庙金矿区花岗斑岩可能形成于古生代末-三叠纪初的华北板块与西伯利亚古板块之间的大陆碰撞背景,俯冲板片部分熔融或者深熔作用形成的岩浆上侵为金矿的形成提供了成矿物质。

The complex nature of laser-material interaction causes non-stoichiometric ablation of alloy samples.This is attributed to matrix effect, which reduces analyzing capability. To address this issue, the analytical performance of three different normalization methods, namely normalization with background, internal normalization and three point smoothing techniques at different parameter Settings is studied for quantification of Ag and Zn by Laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS).The LIBS spectra of five known concentration of silver zinc binary composites have been investigated at various laser irradiances(LIs). Calibration curves for both Ag(I) line(4d^(10)5s^2S_(1/2)→4d^(10)5p^2P_(1/2) at 338.28 nm) and Zn(I) line(4s5s^3S_1→4s4p^3P_2 at 481.053 nm) have been determined at LI of 5.86?×?10^(10)W cm^(-2). Slopes of these calibration curves provide the valuation of matrix effect in the Ag–Zn composites. With careful sample preparation and normalization after smoothing at optimum parameter Setting(OPS), the minimization of sample matrix effect has been successfully achieved. A good linearity has been obtained in Ag and Zn calibration curve at OPS when normalized the whole area of spectrum after smoothing and the obtained coefficients of determination values were R^2?=?0.995 and 0.998 closer to 1. The results of matrix effect have been further verified by analysis of plasma parameters. Both plasma parameters showed no change with varying concentration at OPS. However, at high concentration of Ag, the observed significant changes in both plasma parameters at common parameter Setting PS-1 and PS-2 were the gesture of matrix effect. In our case, the better analytical results were obtained at smoothing function with optimized parameter Setting that indicates it is more efficient than normalization with background and internal normalization method.

The purpose of this article is to investigate (s, t)-weak tractability of multivariate linear problems in the average case set ting. The considered algorithms use finitely many evaluations of arbitrary linear functionals. Generally, we obtained matching necessary and sufficient conditions for (s,t)-weak tractability in terms of the corresponding non-increasing sequence of eigenvalues. Specifically, we discussed (s, t)-weak tractability of linear tensor product problems and obtained necessary and sufficient conditions in terms of the corresponding one-dimensional problem. As an example of applications, we discussed also (s,t)-weak tractability of a multivariate approximation problem.
