To provide an effective solution for kinds of application sharing and cooperation in enterprise, the author brings forward Application Platform of service grid (SGAP) based on WSRF by analyzing the Open grid services Architecture and Web services Resource Framework. According to the characteristics and application of service grid, this dissertation adopts the method which makes all the resources encapsulated as service, models the resources according to the norm of WSRF, and builds the Architecture of SGAP. Finally, this dissertation gives the service encapsulation general method. Considering that there are a lot of legacy systems, this dissertation designs the service encapsulation middleware. The middleware can encapsulate the EJB and C applications to service that can be shared and used under the platform, which solves the resource sharing problem in enterprise and adapts to the need in the development of the enterprise business.

service grids possess the features of intelligence and automation to compose heterogeneous resources and will be a commercial focus in network economy pattern. However, service grid business is loosely-coupled, distributed and long-running, so there is a real challenge for the researchers to provide consistency and reliability for service grid business. This paper references the transaction management methods in Web service and the safepoint concept in workflow system, combines with the feature of the service grid, and then presents a transaction management model based on service grid. This model guarantees the robustness of grid service composition and assures that service grid enabling system provides consistent and reliable results for the consumers. Automatic Transaction Compensation for Reliable grid Applications

Abstract As grid technology is expanding from scientific computing to business applications, service oriented grid computing is aimed at providing reliable services for users and hiding complexity of service processes from them. The grid services for coordinating long-lived transactions that occur in business applications play an important role in reliable grid applications. In this paper, the grid transaction service （gridTS） is proposed for dealing with long-lived business transactions. We present a compensation-based long-lived transaction coordination algorithm that enables users to select results from committed sub-transactions. Unlike other long-lived transaction models that require application programmers to develop corresponding compensating transactions, gridTS can automatically generate compensating transactions on execution of a long-lived grid transaction. The simulation result has demonstrated the feasibility of gridTS and effectiveness of the corresponding algorithm.
