What is already known on this topic?The morbidity and mortality of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is associated with adverse weather and air pollution.However,COPD patients are not able to be alerted in advance of high risk environments.What is added by this report?This prospective controlled trial conducted in Pudong New Area of Shanghai from October 2019 to April 2020 provided evidence of COPD risk forecasting service on the reductions in visits and costs of COPD patients in outpatient and emergency departments in China for the first time.What are the implications for public health practice?This study suggests that COPD risk forecasting service could be integrated into existing COPD management in public health to improve the health and economic outcomes.

Background： Mental disorders are strongly associated with disabilities. National survey on disability could provide a reliable basis for policymaking in care and rehabilitation of disabled persons. This study aimed to describe the disability prevalence rates attributed to mental disorders, their distribution by sociodemographic factors, and utilizations of service. Methods： This study is a secondary data analysis of the Second National Sample Survey on Disability in 2006. The disability and severity were assessed using the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0. Mental disorders were diagnosed according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders. Using descriptive and analytic epiderniological methods, prevalence rates of disability attributed to mental disorders and service use were calculated. Results： Data of 2,526,145 respondents were analyzed. The disability prevalence rate attributed to mental disorders in China was 6.3%0, accounting for 9.9% of all disabled people. Regarding disability prevalence attributed to mental disorders, it showed that gender, residential area, marital status, education level, and economic area were related to the prevalence distributions. The proportions of mild disability were highest in the disabled people with onset age of 18-64 years, while the proportion of extremely severe disability was highest in the disabled people with onset age of 65 years and above. Only 58.6% of disabled people attributed to mental disorders used some of the services. Conclusions： There are statistical differences of disability prevalence attributed to mental disorders by people and region in China. service use in disabled people with mental disorders is insufficient.

Vehicle-to-grid(V2G)is regarded as the effective way to reconcile contradictions between an electric power system and electric vehicles(EVs).A lot of research has been carried out to affect this,often based on different technical and trade model assumptions.The value of theresearch is dependent on how reasonable the assumptions it makes are.This paper presents a framework for analyzing V2G service development from a coevolutionary perspective in which the interactive relation between the diffusion of EVs and the upgrade of the distribution grid system is considered.A V2G service development logic and its management formulation are put forward.First,the motivations and contradictions of developing V2G services are analyzed.Then a development phase division of the V2G services is proposed in view of the coevolution relation between the grid upgrade and the development of the EV.Next,taking into account the characteristics of each phase,the physical trade structures and corresponding management hierarchies,management relations as well as management measures,are proposed.This paper provides a new perspective of V2G service development,answers the core question on how to make the V2G vision come true in synergy with the development of EVs,and gives some advice on future V2G management paradigms.

With the rapid development of lunar exploration,a large amount of scientific data and media stream service needs to be transmitted through Lunar Space Communication Networks(LSCNs).Due to limited transmitter power and intermittent,long delay and packet loss connections,the reliable and efficient multi-priority services’transmission in LSCNs becomes an urgent problem.Firstly,we propose a Streaming Transmission Model(STM)based on temporal and spatial topology graph to describe the delay and energy consumption for data transmission in LSCNs.Then,we further devise a Coded Forward Scheme based on STM,termed CFS-STM,to achieve multi-priority service in two steps:i).Link Stability Function(LSF)is established by solving an optimization problem to choose the appropriate single-hop path.ii).Raptor code is employed to further save delay and energy with adjustable code-rate according to the different channel conditions.Experiment results show that,CFS-STM can significantly improve the transmission efficiency of multi-service priority streaming delivery in LSCNs.

Objectives Patient experience is directly related to health outcomes,and parental experience can be used as a proxy for this in neonatal care.This project was designed to assess parental experience of neonatal surgical care to inform future service developments and improve the care we provide.Methods This was a qualitative study using rapid qualitative analysis.The study was carried out in a large neonatal surgical intensive care unit in the UK.Parents of infants treated by the neonatal surgical team between March 2020 and February 2021,during the COVID-19 pandemic were included.Purposive sampling was used to ensure that a representative range of parents were interviewed.A semistructured interview was created and tested in a previous phase of work.This questionnaire was used to ask parents open questions about different aspects of their infants’healthcare journey from the antenatal phase through to discharge from the neonatal unit(NUU).Results Rapid qualitative analysis was employed,and parental experiences were grouped into five main categories:before admission to the NNU,initial admission to NNU,information and support,COVID-19 and discharge.Within these five groups,we highlighted positive experiences to be fed back to the healthcare teams to reinforce good practice,areas that warranted improvement and suggestions for service development.Conclusions The wealth of data generated from the interviews has been summarized and shared with healthcare teams who are putting the service improvement suggestions into practice.The tool is available for services that wish to measure parental experience.

service-oriented architecture is becoming a major software framework for complex application and it can be dynamically and flexibly composed by integrating existing component web services provided by different providers with standard protocols. The rapid introduction of new web services into a dynamic business environment can adversely affect the service quality and user satisfaction. Therefore, how to leverage, aggregate and make use of individual component’s quality of service (QoS) information to derive the optimal QoS of the composite service which meets the needs of users is still an ongoing hot research problem. This study aims at reviewing the advance of the current state-of-the-art in technologies and inspiring the possible new ideas for web service selection and composition, especially with nature-inspired computing approaches. Firstly, the background knowledge of web services is presented. Secondly, various nature-inspired web selection and composition approaches are systematically reviewed and analysed for QoS-aware web services. Finally, challenges, remarks and discussions about QoS-aware web service composition are presented.

Objective: To provide a decision-making basis for sustainable and effective development of cervical cancer screening.Methods: This cross-sectional study assesses the service capacity to conduct cervical cancer screening with a sample of 310 medical staff, medical institutions and affiliated township health centers from 20 countylevel/district-level areas in 14 Chinese provinces in 2016.Results: The county-level/district-level institutions were the main prescreening institutions for cervical cancer screening. More medical staff have become engaged in screening, with a significantly higher amounts in urban than in rural areas(Pservice capacity of cervical cancer screening is insufficient for the health needs of the Chinese population. HPV testing might be an optimal choice to fill the needs of cervical cancer screening given current Chinese medical health service capacity.
