“真诚”问题在卢梭的思想中占据着主导性的地位，他以“真诚”的名义所掀起的伦理学革命，对此后人类的知识探求、审美创作以及政治实践都产生了革命性的影响。通过对卢梭思想的全面梳理可以看到，“真诚”虽然是一个现代概念，却缘起于古代传统。为了捍卫“真诚”的价值，卢梭不惜向伪善宣战，并身体力行，用写作来展示自我的真诚。然而，他恰恰是在以一种“制造真诚”的方式展示了真诚的困境：自我认同的困难性以及这种认同对哲学话语与政治实践中所产生的负面影响。深入探讨卢梭与真诚问题将对当代理论与现实问题有所启示。

In 2012,the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties(COP18) of the United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Convention) in Doha concluded a package of results which included the second commitment period of the "Kyoto Protocol",ending the Bali Roadmap negotiating mandate(hereinafter referred to as the Bali mandate) after five years,and officially opening the intensive negotiations of Durban *** to the "dual-track" negotiation under Bali mandate,Durban Platform mandate is on "one-track".But it does not mean that some parties’ concerns and positions about "dual-track" have been *** are seeking a way to realize their needs in Durban ***, "one-track" negotiation on Durban Platform does not simplify problems,but presents problems *** the beginning of Durban Platform mandate,whether to mandate the Durban Platform negotiations was controversial among developing countries,while after consultations,Alliance of Small Island States(AOSIS) and the emerging developing economies divided on main concerns,such as mitigation targets,legal forms,sources of finance mechanism,*** fact,AOSIS’s position gradually converged with the European Union(EU).And EU and AOSIS became the most aggressive powers to promote the Durban Platform *** traditional North-South divergence is facing adjustment,and new powers are restructuring *** huge disparity of interest among parties hinders progress in the Durban Platform *** will continue to debate and seek consensus on the interpretation of the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities",emission reduction models and targets,sources of finance mechanism,the legal form of the future agreement,*** the social and economic development,China is receiving growing attention in the international climate governance *** ’s status as a developing country is being questioned by some developed

The author examines the differentiation of self-identity, school treatment, and academic struggle between two Asian American students in U.S. Midwest urban school environments. Using an interview study, the author focuses on understanding the students＇ perspectives in relation to the label of model minority. The purpose of the study is to investigate how social, academic, and economic factors affect these students, including different outcomes in terms of school achievement and self-identity formation. The findings aim to help urban educators approach complex factors regarding minority students＇ educational opportunities. Comprehensive results identified that：（1） The concept of model minority significantly affects Asian American students at all levels of daily life; （2） Urban schools continue reinforcing social reproduction and producing perceptions based on socioeconomic background and intersectional discrimination; （3） The evidence in the study shows that school environments do not aid students in valuing their cultural capital; （4） Students from different social classes present different linguistic and behavioral patterns; and （5） Social stratification significantly influences students＇ perspectives in response to the Asian stereotype, self-identity, and racial hierarchy in school and society.

Based on a survey of university teachers and students in Nanjing area of 2007,this article analyzes domestic users' awareness towards Open Access(OA),and the changes by comparing the corresponding data of *** survey shows that the research evaluation system,the quality of literature and the payment for OA publications are the important factors for university users to choose OA or *** authors finally suggest that the current research evaluation system should be reformed to accommodate OA ***,great efforts should be devoted to improve the quality of OA literatures,and the governments and research institutions should provide stronger support than before.
