文章超越单一视角，从教师自我认同和他者认同的双重视角研究中小学教师的社会地位。在阐释新时代教师社会地位内涵的基础上，构建教师社会地位测量的指标体系，并据此分析不同群体视角下教师社会地位的差异及来源。研究发现，教师对社会地位的自我认同普遍低于公众对教师的他者认同；不同群体视角下的教师社会地位存在区域差异；对教师社会声望的排名差异是两群体评价不一致的主要来源；公众高估教师的实际工资，进而高估教师工资的行业位次；教师和公众在感知教师职业受到的群体尊重上存在差异；公众认为教师职业对本地年轻人有较大吸引力，教师群体更愿意鼓励学生成为教师。据此从政府、媒体、家庭和学校多主体角度给出提升教师自我认同的建议。

College Students’Academic Stressors on Mental Health during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Comparison between Graduating Students and Non-Graduating Students

The study aimed to investigate the inﬂuence of academic stressors on mental health and the mediating effect of social support and self-identity among college students and further studied the difference between the graduating students and non-graduating students during the COVID-19 Pandemic.Recruiting 900 college students as sub-jects,used the college students’academic stressors questionnaire,social support questionnaire,self-identity scale and depression anxiety stress scales(DASS-21).The results showed that:(1)The college students’academic stressor posi-tively predicted mental health;(2)Social support and self-identity mediated the relationship;(3)The model also held when academic stressors was replaced by work stressor,but there were differences between the graduating and non-graduating students;(4)The direct effect work stressor on mental health in the graduating group was not signiﬁcant;(5)The non-graduating students’work stressor could not predict mental health through social support.

The Rediscovery of the self-identity:A study of Ruth in The Bonesetter's Daughter

The Bonesetter’s Daughter is a famous fiction written by a Chinese American writer Amt Tan.In this novel,it talks about the mental growth of Ruth,a second generation immigrant.In this thesis,the author tries to use Erik H.Erikson’s identity theory to analyze Ruth’s growth.According to Erik H.Erikson’s identity theory, human development has eight epigenetic stages.Each stage includes a conflict between two opposite forces.In this thesis,it is easyto find out the importance of environmental influence upon human growth and development.By her own effort and relatives’ support,Ruth finally rediscovers her self-identity.

Loss and Return of self-identity in Youth Movies:Taking the Chinese Film Us and Them(后来的我们)as an Example

The year of 2018 marked the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up program.In the wake of 40-year economic development at a great speed,the sharp changes in individual living conditions accompanying urbanization process and the resultant self-identity issues are similar to those situations encountered by Western developed countries in the late 19th and early 20th centuries,and are reflected in youth movies with reform and opening-up as the background.Thus,based on the self-identity theory,an interpretation of individual development and dilemma in modern Chinese youth movies not only acts as a theoretical attempt,but also broadens the dimension in which such movies are interpreted,creating the value of interaction with society.Taking the youth movie Us and Them(中文片名:后来的我们)as an example,this paper adopts the semiotic approach for text analysis,and abstracts“young girl”,“Beijing”,“sofa”and other symbols from this movie to form the symbolic interpretation of three channels for building self-identity in modern society.Through“modern-traditional”diversion in terms of three dimensionsin the process of self-identity,this movie is found with trial and effort to describe and heal the self from the perspective of creative mentality,forming a metaphor of the loss and return of self-identity amongmodern Chinese.The outcome of analysis indicates that,when encountering self-identity crisis in modern society,the Chinese masses divert culturally from the modern to the traditional,banking on eliminating self-identity crisis with traditional family identity and family culture,which reflects that the family ethics still maintain core values in the modern Chinese mass culture.

Physical education（PE） teachers’ self-identity is the primary stage of PE teachers’ professional development. One major problem facing most PE teachers is their self-identity crisis, which fundamentally hinders their professional development as well. In a society where materialism and consumerism prevail, with the sense of belonging declining, the authority of P.E. teachers disappears, the sense of identity fades away, physical education teachers inquire themselves with "what is what I want", "who am I". Based on such a background, this article attempts to analyze the manifestations and the root causes of PE teachers’ self-identity crisis, in order to help break the predicament and realize their ideal selves.

Climate Regime Building in a Changing World and China's Role in Global Climate Governance

In 2012,the 18th session of the Conference of the Parties(COP18) of the United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change(hereinafter referred to as the Convention) in Doha concluded a package of results which included the second commitment period of the "Kyoto Protocol",ending the Bali Roadmap negotiating mandate(hereinafter referred to as the Bali mandate) after five years,and officially opening the intensive negotiations of Durban Platform.Compared to the "dual-track" negotiation under Bali mandate,Durban Platform mandate is on "one-track".But it does not mean that some parties’ concerns and positions about "dual-track" have been adjusted.They are seeking a way to realize their needs in Durban Platform.Therefore, "one-track" negotiation on Durban Platform does not simplify problems,but presents problems intensively.At the beginning of Durban Platform mandate,whether to mandate the Durban Platform negotiations was controversial among developing countries,while after consultations,Alliance of Small Island States(AOSIS) and the emerging developing economies divided on main concerns,such as mitigation targets,legal forms,sources of finance mechanism,etc.In fact,AOSIS’s position gradually converged with the European Union(EU).And EU and AOSIS became the most aggressive powers to promote the Durban Platform negotiations.The traditional North-South divergence is facing adjustment,and new powers are restructuring negotiations.The huge disparity of interest among parties hinders progress in the Durban Platform negotiations.Parties will continue to debate and seek consensus on the interpretation of the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities",emission reduction models and targets,sources of finance mechanism,the legal form of the future agreement,etc.With the social and economic development,China is receiving growing attention in the international climate governance processes.China ’s status as a developing country is being questioned by some developed and developing countries.Rapid increase of China

This article examined how does the virtual brand community members' psychological ownership impact on community members' interpersonal interaction. Through the network questionnaires and realistic questionnaire survey, the authors use data analysis tools, exploring how does the virtual community member's psychological ownership affect community member's interpersonal interaction. It turned out that Members' promote psychological ownership of identity dimension has a positive impact on human interaction and the territorial dimension of defensive psychological ownership has a positive impact on members of the human interaction.

同时做好行政和学术工作，是高校“双肩挑”职位的应有之义，但也带来两难问题。本文在对8位“双肩挑”个体访谈的基础上拟合成一个典型的虚拟案例“童处长教授”，从时间社会学角度关注这样的个体如何在行政工作与学术活动的竞争中分配作为稀缺资源的时间。研究发现，在高校管理的工作量和难度双重提高的背景下，“双肩挑”个体呈现出“高行政—低学术”倾向，在学术理想与行政现实的冲突中难以保持身份的自我同一性；在社会交往中，被受访者们自称为“处长级教授”的身份组合更容易被认可，也更有实际效用。

nds as a civilian group,completed the formation of the group through self-identity and the public recognition was as an external feedback of their self-awareness awakening.The life-or-death moment promoted the nds s group cohesion and inspired their group survival consciousness.Therefore,the study of nds can be a good breakthrough and reference for the study of other commoner groups in ancient Egypt.
