saline lakes represent a particularly interesting aquatic environment for harboring high microbial ***,the microbial diversity in different states and locations of saline lake is often *** studied for the first time the diversity and relative composition of the microbial communities in the Chagan lake,NE China,and investigated the dif ferences in microbial species and physical and chemical factors in different geographical localities of the *** extracting the total DNA of the sample,we tested the library with the established library,sequenced the qualified library with Illumina HiSeq 2500,and studied the bacterial diversity by 16 S rRNA targeted metagenomics *** reveal that the highest microbial abundance in Chagan lake at genus level was Proteobacterium followed by Actinomycetes and *** addition,we compared the microbial composition within the lake using alpha-and beta-diversity indices,showing that both diversity and evenness were the highest in the middle of the lake and lowest in the west of lake areas,and in the upper,middle,and lower depth of water columns,the low water column had the highest species number in the whole water environment,but the dif ference was not *** believe that physicochemical factors contribute to the formation of microbial community composition and *** aquaculture industry,it is impossible apply horticulture for making full use of the spatial dif ferences in the microbial composition of the ***,combining cultured aquatic animal with the most suitable microbial species is a good way to boost the breeding ef fect for greater economic value.

This study aimed to elucidate the influence of inflow water on the salinity concentration process of a saline lake and the mass balance of lake Issyk-Kul,a tectonic saltwater lake in *** on the survey results and meteorological data from 2012 to 2015,we analyzed the dissolved chemical composition loads due to water ***,we discussed the relationship between the increase in salinity and water inflow into the *** the water quality analysis data,we used the tank model to estimate the river inflow and analyze the loads by the L-Q *** groundwater loads were then estimated from the average annual increase in salinity of the lake over a period of 30 *** results suggest that lake Issyk-Kul was temporarily freshened between about AD 1500 and 1800 when an outflowing river existed,and thereafter,it became a closed lake in AD 1800 and continued to remain a saline lake until *** chemical components that cause salinization are supplied from the rivers and groundwater in the catchment area,and when they flow into the lake,Ca^(2+),HCO_(3)−and Mg^(2+)precipitate as CaCO_(3) and MgCO_(3).These compounds were confirmed to have been left on the lakeshore as *** model analysis showed that 1.67 mg/L of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)supplied from rivers and groundwater are precipitated as evaporite and in other forms per *** the other hand,salinity continues to remain in the lake water at a rate of 27.5 mg/L per *** are the main causes of increased salinity in lake *** Na^(+)and Cl^(-)are considered to be derived from geothermal water,they will continue to flow in regardless of the effects of human ***,as long as these components are accumulated in lake Issyk-Kul as a closed lake,the salinity will continue to increase in the future.

lake Chany is the largest endorheic lake in Siberia whose catchment is entirely on the territory of *** geographical location on the climate-sensitive boundary of wet and dry landscapes provides an opportunity to gain more knowledge about environmental changes in the West Siberian interior during the Holocene and about the evolution of the lake *** cores obtained from the Yarkov subbasin of the lake in 2008 have been comprehensively studied by a number of approaches including sedimentology and AMS dating,pollen,diatom and chironomid analyses(with statistical interpretation of the results),mineralogy of authigenic minerals and geochemistry of plant lipids(biomarker analysis.).Synthesis of new results presented here and published data provides a good justification for our hypothesis that lake Chany is very young,no older than 3.6 ka *** that,between 9 and 3.6 ka BP,the Chany basin was a swampy landscape with a very low sedimentation rate;it could not be identified as a water *** the early lake phase,between 3.6 and 1.5 ka BP,the lake was shallow,1.2–3.5 m in depth,and it rose to its modern size,up to 6.5 m in depth,during the last *** data reveal important changes in the understanding of the history of this large endorheic lake,as before it was envisioned as a large lake with significant changes in water level since ca.14 ka *** addition to hydrology,our proxies provide updates and details of the regional vegetation and climate change since ca.4 ka BP in the WestSiberian forest-steppe and *** evolution of the Chany basin is dependent on hydroclimatic changes in a large region of southern West Siberia,we compare lake-level change and climate-change proxies from the other recently and most comprehensively studied lakes of the region.

Ecological research has been made for quite a long period in some marine-derived saline lakes in the Vest-fold Hills, Antarctica. The results show distinct succession of zooplankton community in those lakes. The change in community structure of zooplankton is related directly to environmental evolution in nature and the variation of lake conditions, such as physical and chemical factors as well. In the Burton lake, there is a rather stable annual fluctuation in both temperature and salinity, and the community has probably been in the stage of climax succession. The Fletcher lake is still undergoing a process by unregular tide flood from nearby bay, so that zooplankton community has been changing due to variance in temperature and salinity.

The geochemical analysis and experimental simulation are comprehensively used to systematically study the hydrocarbon generation material,organic matter enrichment and hydrocarbon generation model of Paleogene source rock in the Western Qaidam Depression,Qaidam Basin,NW *** main factors result in low TOC values of saline lacustrine source rock of the Qaidam Basin:relatively poor nutrient supply inhibits the algal bloom,too fast deposition rate causes the dilution of organic matter,and high organic matter conversion efficiency causes the low residual organic *** this type of hydrogen-rich organic matter,due to the reduction of organic carbon during hydrocarbon generation,TOC needs to be restored based on maturity before evaluating organic matter *** hydrocarbon generation of saline lacustrine source rocks of the Qaidam Basin is from two parts:soluble organic matter and insoluble organic *** soluble organic matter is inherited from organisms and preserved in saline lacustrine *** generates hydrocarbons during low-maturity stage,and the formed hydrocarbons are rich in complex compounds such as NOS,and undergo secondary cracking to form light components in the later stage;the hydrocarbon generation model of insoluble organic matter conforms to the traditional“Tissot”model,with an oil generation peak corresponding to Ro of 1.0%.
