Aiming at the non-stationary feattwes of the roller bearing fault vibration signal, a roller bearing fault diagnosis methtxt based on improved Local Mean decomposition （LMD） and Support Vector Machine （SVM） is proposed. In this paper, firstly, the wavelet analysis is introduced to the signal decomposition and reconstruction; secondly, the LMD method is used to decompose the recomtnion signal obtained by the wavelet analysis into a ntmaber of Product Ftmctions （PFs） that include main fault characteristics, thus, the initial feattwe vector matrixes could be formed automatically; Thirdly, by applying the singular valueition （SVD） techniques to the initial feature vector matrixes, the singular values of the matrixes can be obtained, which can be used as the fault feature vectors of the roller bearing and serve as the input vectors of the SVM classifier; Finally, the recognition results can be obtained from the SVM output. The results of analysis show that the propsed method can be applied to roller beating fault diagnosis effectively.

This paper presents a new digital image blind watermarking algorithm based on combination of discrete wavelet transform （DWT） and singular value decomposition （SVD）. First of all, we make wavelet decomposition for the original image and divide the acquired low frequency sub-band into blocks. Then we make singular value decomposition for each block and embed the watermark information in the largest singular value by quantitative method. The watermark can be extracted without the original image. The experimental results show that the algorithm has a good imperceptibility and robustness.

A new algorithm for the effective characteristics’ extraction of analog circuit fault signal is proposed with consideration of its *** proposed method is based on wavelet transform and partial singular values ***,the analog circuit fault signal is decomposed into different scales and construct the initial feature matrix with wavelet coefficients,then divide the matrix into different sub-matrix,calculate the largest singular value of each sub-matrix,and the eigenvectors are constructed by the largest singular *** the support vector machine （SVM） with the constructed eigenvectors as its input eigenvectors is employed to recognize the analog circuit signal of different fault *** results show that the characteristics of analog circuit signal are efficiently extracted and the recognition precision of SVM is also improved,the new algorithm is a feasible way to process analog circuit fault signal.

Presently,face recognition has two main barriers,which are the variation of illumination,expression,pose and the occlusion and disguise *** problem of robust identification human faces with varying expression and illumination,as well as occlusion and disguise will be researched in this ***,singular value decomposition will be used for the face image,casting the singular value vector of test face image as a linear combination of the singular value vectors of face database and used deformable model representation;then,match optimization deformable model for solving combinatorial coefficient;finally,according to the sparse nature of coefficients for classification,and use slice-weighted strategyto further improve the *** results on Extended Yale B Database and AR Database shows that this method is very effective for face recognition and can significantly improve the robustness and stability of disguise and occlusion.

The discrete Fourier transform(DFT) can be considered as an observing system,which has an input f,an output F,and a response with additive noise *** many applications, part of the frequency spectrum/frequency information is missing or unavailable due to the passage of the time-limited signal through a band-limited system,for example,the discrete Fourier *** suggest improving the resolution of the reconstruction of signals and images using a novel approach for the solution of the discrete Fourier system and by image *** note that the reconstruction of a time-limited signal can be simply realized by only using either the real part or the imaginary part of the DFT ***,based on the study of the special structure of the real and imaginary parts of the discrete Fourier matrix,a fast direct computational method is developed that utilizes explicit formulas for the truncated singular value decomposition(TSVD) obtained recently by the *** improving the resolution of the reconstructions, enhancement by logarithm transform is *** fast direct computational method is superior to other direct methods such as LU decomposition,QR decomposition,classical SVD and classical *** explicit TSVD along with the enhancement can be considered as a useful tool for signal and image *** tests for signal and image reconstructions and enhancements are given as well.

＜正＞With the development of computer technology,digital images’ integrity and authenticity are queried more and more *** a protection and authentication technology,digital watermarking technology has been used in image *** this paper,a multiple digital watermarking algorithm is proposed based on integer wavelet transform to protect digital images and estimate its integrity and *** matrix norm quantization,it embeds watermarks into low-frequency,medium-frequency and high-frequency detail sub-bands of images’ integer wavelet domain and it is a blind-testing watermarking *** experiments show that the algorithm not only has both robustness and sensitivity,but also exactly locates distorted area,so it is an effective multiple digital watermarking algorithm.
