Complex network models are frequently employed for simulating and studyingdiverse real-world complex *** these models,scale-free networks typically exhibit greater fragility to malicious ***,enhancing the robustness of scale-free networks has become a pressing *** address this problem,this paper proposes a Multi-Granularity Integration Algorithm(MGIA),which aims to improve the robustness of scale-free networks while keeping the initial degree of each node unchanged,ensuring network connectivity and avoiding the generation of multiple *** algorithm generates a multi-granularity structure from the initial network to be optimized,then uses different optimization strategies to optimize the networks at various granular layers in this structure,and finally realizes the information exchange between different granular layers,thereby further enhancing the optimization *** propose new network refresh,crossover,and mutation operators to ensure that the optimized network satisfies the given ***,we propose new network similarity and network dissimilarity evaluation metrics to improve the effectiveness of the optimization operators in the *** the experiments,the MGIA enhances the robustness of the scale-free network by 67.6%.This improvement is approximately 17.2%higher than the optimization effects achieved by eight currently existing complex network robustness optimization algorithms.

Scheduling is a major concern in construction planning and management, and current construction simulation research typically targets the shortest total duration. However, uncertainties are inevitable in actual construction, which may lead to discrepancies between the actual and planned schedules and increase the risk of total duration delay. Therefore, developing a robust construction scheduling technique is of vital importance for mitigating disturbance and improving completion probability. In the present study, the authors propose a robustness analysis method that involves underground powerhouse construction simulation based on the Markov Chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) method. Specifically, the MCMC method samples construction disturbances by considering the interrelationship between the states of parameters through a Markov state transition probability matrix, which is more robust and efficient than traditional sampling methods such as the Monte Carlo(MC) method. Additionally, a hierarchical simulation model coupling critical path method(CPM) and a cycle operation network(CYCLONE) is built, using which construction duration and robustness criteria can be calculated. Furthermore, a detailed measurement method is presented to quantize the robustness of underground powerhouse construction, and the setting model of the time buffer is proposed based on the MCMC method. The application of this methodology not only considers duration but also robustness, providing scientific guidance for engineering decision making. We analyzed a case study project to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed methodology.

Recently, Tavakoli et *** a self-testing scheme in the prepare-and-measure scenario, showing that self-testing is not necessarily based on entanglement and violation of a Bell inequality [***.A 98 062307(2018)].They realized the self-testing of preparations and measurements in an N → 1(N ≥ 2) random access code(RAC), and provided robustness bounds in a 2 → 1 *** all N → 1 RACs with shared randomness are combinations of 2 → 1 and 3 → 1 RACs, the3 → 1 RAC is just as important as the 2 → 1 *** this paper, we find a set of preparations and measurements in the3 → 1 RAC, and use them to complete the robustness self-testing analysis in the prepare-and-measure *** method is robust to small but inevitable experimental errors.

A novel approach for assessing the robustness of an equilibrium in conflict resolution is presented. Roughly, an equilibrium is robust if it is resilient, or resistant to deviation. robustness assessment is based on a new concept called Level of Freedom, which evaluates the relative freedom of a decision maker to escape an equilibrium. Resolutions of a conflict can be affected by changes in decision makers＇ preferences, which may destabilize an equilibrium, causing the conflict to evolve. Hence, a conflict may become long-term and thereby continue to evolve, even after reaching an equilibrium. The new robustness measure is used to rank equilibria based on robustness, to facilitate distinguishing equiiibria that are relatively sustainable. An absolutely robust equilibrium is a special case in which the level of freedom is at an absolute minimum for each individual stability definition.

The answer is *** paper shows that environmental noise and regime switching work together to make the original neutral differential system whose solution grows at most polynomially become a new neutral functional differential system whose solution will still preserve polynomial *** indicates that this neutral functional differential system can tolerate small noise without losing the property of polynomial growth,which implies *** paper also proves that the criterion is suitable to neutral delay system which is as a special case of functional ***,two examples are given to illustrate the main theory.

A novel technique using a keeper with a simultaneous low supply voltage and low body voltage is proposed to improve the overall performance of high fan-in OR gates without modifying the physical dimensions of the *** results of a 16-input domino OR gate using 45 nm CMOS technology show that the proposed technique could trade off between a high power/speed efficient operation and the robustness to noise ***,a Monte Carlo analysis indicates that the proposed domino OR gate is more robust to parameter variation compared to a conventional domino OR gate.

F-test is the most popular test in the general linear model. However, there is few discussions on the robustness of F-test under the singular linear model. In this paper, the necessary and sufficient conditions of robust F-test statistic are given under the general linear models or their partition models, which allows that the design matrix has deficient rank and the covariance matrix of error is a nonnegative definite matrix with parameters. The main results obtained in this paper include the existing findings of the general linear model under the definite covariance matrix. The usage of the theorems is illustrated by an example.

A post-design robustness assessment for the longitudinal flight control system of an oceanographic unmanned aerial vehicle （UAV） is presented in this paper. Two novel systematic approaches of generating the linear fractional transformation （LFT） model directly from nonlinear equations are proposed for this particular robustness analysis problem. The closed-loop system combined with each controller is used to determine combinations of aerodynamic parameters that result in worst-case performance. Classical simultaneous gain and phase margin stability metrics currently used in the aerospace industry are introduced for the certification of robustness of this uncertain multivariable system. The results show that the control system remains stable and achieves desired performance for all possible parameter variations over a specified range in both frequency domain and time domain.
