When analyze the uncertainty of the cost and the schedule of the spaceflight project, it is needed to know the value of the schedule-cost correlation coefficient. This paper deduces the schedule distribution, considering the effect of the cost, and proposes the estimation formula of the correlation coefficient between the in（schedule） and the cost. On the basis of the fact and Taylor expansion, the relation expression between the schedule-cost correlation coefficient and the in-schedule-cost correlation coefficient is put forward. By analyzing the value features of the estimation formula of the in-schedule-cost correlation coefficient, the general rules are proposed to ascertain the value of the schedule-cost correlation coefficient. An example is given to demonstrate how to approximately amend the schedule-cost correlation coefficient based on the historical statistics, which reveals the traditional assigned value is inaccurate. The universality of this estimation method is analyzed.

For quite some time, it has been a ＂necessary evil＂ in production, manufacturing, and process settings. The changing business needs and industrial conditions have had various impacts on the maintenance process, particularly over the last few years. While some industries have inherent difficulties seeing what maintenance is all about, others have begun to add more flavor to the organizational maintenance practices. This article brings an overview of developments within the offshore oil and gas production sector.

Recent studies have shown that the perceived lack of security is a major obstacle to the wider acceptance of e-commerce. To overcome this barrier, businesses need to implement comprehensive consumer protection systems that protect consumers during every stage of the purchasing process. This paper used the consumer behaviour model as the basis for analysing risk. in Bussiness-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions. Four categories of risk. were identified: information, agreement, payment and delivery risk. By combining these risk.categories with the three dimensions of management, technology and legislation, a comprehensive B2C consumer protection framework is developed.

Decision-making of investors at the stock exchange can be based on the fundamental indicators of stocks, on the technical indicators, or can exist as a combination of these two methods. The paper gives emphasis to the domain of technical analysis. In the broader sense the technical analysis enables the dynamics of the expected future values of the shares estimation. This can be performed on the basis of the data on historical trends of the revenues, profits and other indicators from the balance sheet, but also on the basis of historical data on changes in the values of the shares. Companies generally belong to the different sectors that have different presumptions of development resulting from the global market trends, technology and other characteristic. Processing of historical data values of the outstanding shares of the Zagreb Stock Exchange （ZSE） is origination of this research. Investors are interested to know the estimation of future returns for the stocks as well as the size of the risk.associated with the expected returns. Research task in this paper is finding the optimal portfolio at the ZSE based on the concept of dominant portfolio by Markowitz approach. The portfolio is created by solving non-linear programming problem using the common software tools. The results of obtained optimal portfolios contain relevant conclusions about the specifics of the shares as well as the characteristics of the industrial sectors but also provide a further knowledge about diverse sectors treatment at the stock exchange in a multi-year period.

1-D and 2-D calculation and interpretation are carried out with the DSS data from the western section of Heze-Changzhi profile and the southern section of Zhengzhou-Jinan profile. 2-D velocity structure is determined in Tangyin graben and its adjacent area. The result shows that velocity structure of the crust and upper mantle is obviously different in vertical and lateral directions. Crustal thickness varies apparently in this area, and there are local low velocity blocks in the interior crust. The swelling M-discontinuity corresponds to Tangyin graben and Moho depth at the highest swelling position is 31 km. Toward the east, its depth gradually increases to 32 km in Xunxian swelling; toward the west, M-discontinuity becomes a steep zone at the piedmont uplift of Taihang Mountain and reaches 40 km at depth near Changzhi. Through analyzing the relationship between historical earthquakes and deep structure in North China, we infer that seismic risk.exists in Tangyin graben and its adjacent area.

This paper presents a case study about a condition monitoring project for asset management implementing an advanced decision process for maintenance and asset replacement in the Qatar electricity distribution network. It describes the principles used to produce an assessment of the health of the entire fleet of assets, together with the concepts retained to prioritize the interventions on the distribution network equipment. The paper goes through the actual steps taken for the preparation and execution mode of the overall project. It covers the following project phases： definition of the problem ＆ business objectives, process definition and preparation tasks, presentation of solutions and execution phase. The project being still in the implementation phase, the conclusions are preliminary but already demonstrate concrete and tangible benefits.

In 2007, the U.S. subprime crisis -induced global financial crisis swept across the world rapidly, triggering a reflection of Governments on financial regulatory philosophy and systems, it also brought the shadow banking finance in front of the majority of people, it has become the focus of attention. Various management measures have been taken around the shadow banking, and it has brought great volatility to currency and financial markets, and it also highlights the plight of Chinese shadow banking supervision. Therefore, this article briefly analyzes the mechanism of the Financial Times in the Chinese style shadow banking, and makes several regulatory proposals, avoiding low risk.of shadow banking at the greatest degree.
