Soil salinization is one of the major causes of land degradation. In Senegal, this phenomenon continues to grow, making soils unsuitable for agriculture. To rehabilitate salty lands, one of the recommended strategies is the use of salt-tolerant plants. Among them, plants of Casuarinaceae family form a relationship with symbiotic microorganisms such as arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and nitrogen fixing bacteria. It has been shown that symbiotic microorganisms play an important role in the establishment of tolerant plants in saline conditions (Djighaly et al., 2018). They improve plant performance and reduce transplant shock under salt stress conditions (Diagne et al., 2014). These microorganisms can be used as biofertilizers. However, inocula containing symbiotic microorganisms are either too expensive or unavailable in many developing countries. The aim of this study is to test alternatively affordable and low-tech solutions to promote symbiotic interactions such as Casuarina crushed nodule, Casuarina rhizosphere soil and Casuarina leaves compost that may contain symbiotic microorganisms and also nutrients such as N and phosphorus. Two species of Casuarina (Casuarina equisetifolia L. and Casuarina obesa Miq.) were grown in the greenhouse on sterile soil to which an amendment was added (Casuarina crushed nodules, Casuarina rhizospheric soil or Casuarina leaves compost). Tobacco root diseases caused great economic losses in tobacco production,and the effect of chemical control is not *** for develop biogenic pesticides,antagonistic actinomycetes were isolated and screened against tobacco root disease in this study.30 rhizospheric soils were collected from tobacco filed in Songxian,Luoning,Yiyang and Ruyang countries in Luoyang,Henan *** pretreated by nature drying in the shade,the soil samples were grinded and sifted out impurities by 20 mesh *** strains of actinomycetes were isolated with selective medium Gauze No 1(GA) with150 mg/ml potassium dichromate(KCrO) by the method of soil dilution plating *** soil dilutions were 10" times and the temperature of incubation was 281.A total of 256 strains were isolated from 30 rhizospheric soils of *** preliminary screening test,antagonistic strains were screened by the method of plate confrontation test on potato dextrose agar medium(PDA).Three important pathogens of tobacco root disease,Fusarium oxysporum,Phytophthora parasitica,Pythium aphanidermatum were used as *** results showed that 140 strains of the isolates have the antagonistic property with respect to the three pathogens.27 strains of them all have antagonism against the three pathogens.50 strains have antagonism against ***,among of them,the inhibition rates of 8 stains more than 56%and the inhibition zones more than 7.0 mm.78 stains have antagonism against ***,among of them,the inhibition rates of 15 stains more than 53%and the inhibition zones more than 6.0 mm.127 strains have antagonism against ***,among of them,the inhibition rates of 27 stains more than 63%and the inhibition zones more than 10.0 *** secondary screening test,the antagonistic strains were screened by the method of determining the bacteriostatic activity of their *** fermentation medium were as follows;soybean meal20.0 g,glucose 20.0 g,peptone 3.0 g,yeast extract p

In order to deeply understand the effect of Salinization Resistance Transgenic Soybean （SRTS） on diversity of rhizospheric bacteria in saline soils in Songnen Plain, Heilongjiang Province, DGGE- cloning and traditional culture-depending methods were used. DGGE fingerprint analysis results indicated that the bacterial diversity index and evenness index in rhizospheric soil of SRTS were lower than other soybean’s based on analysis to the number of bands of bacterial 16SrDNA. DGGE-cloning sequencing results showed that SRTS has a certain inhibition effect on rhizosphere soil bacteria phylum Firmicutes and decreased the priority of phylum Proteobacteria, yet had no effect on rhizosphere soil bacteria phylum Acidobacteria. The study revealed that the release of SRTS in saline soil decreased the amount and the diversity of bacteria in rhizospheric soil to some extent, and phylum Alphaproteobacteria genus Sphingomonas was promoted in rhizospheric soil.
