In this paper, the authors examine and interpret the concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) whom the Chinese believes and practices for so many centuries. The authors also explain the ancient Chinese con-cepts of Chi and Tao (Yin and Yang) which are the foundation of the TCM. This paper also seeks to discuss the ways of attaining a healthy body with the clarity of mind as well as to demonstrate the benefits of such healthy lifestyle.

The rural survey movement started in China in the 1920s and 1930s provided a solid support for understanding the rural areas,solving the crisis in rural areas,and saving and revitalizing the rural areas. At that time,various forces at home and abroad devoted themselves to this movement and made remarkable valuable research achievements. Dong Shijin was committed to the prevention and treatment of water and drought disasters and the survey of ' agriculture,rural areas and farmers'. His agronomic thought not only has great academic value in the rural survey movement,but also has practical reference for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.

In China, the real industrialization and modernization process started in 1949, when the Chinese people were emancipated from the yoke of the Kuomintang and the People's Republic of China (P.R.C) was founded. However, the road of emancipation has been a bumpy one. In particular, the emancipation of the mind has often been full of twists and turns. The tremendous liberation of social productive forces originated in the emancipation of the mind, whose truth has been tested by economic development practices. In the past 60 years China has paid tremendous efforts and costs in pursuit of emancipation, and today it still needs to emancipate the mind anew. For 60 years, since the formation of P.R. C, the country has kept pursuing the emancipation of the mind while exploring ways of change in institution, strategy and policy. In the first 30 years China attempted to devise an idealistic approach of transition to the socialist planned economic system, which was characterized by continuous revolution and movement. In the second 30 years China explored a realistic approach of transition to the socialist market economic system, which is characterized by incremental reform and opening-up. For six decades industry has remained at the forefront of transformation. The emancipation of the mind and the realization of change aim to ultimately make China a strong nation with an affluent people. The purpose of the six-decade struggle in new China is to erase the stigma of "being poor and blank," secure a firm and strong foothold in the world, restore China's status as a world power and let the Chinese people enjoy the affluence and welfare of a well-off society. The central mission of this national revitalization is to realize industrialization. Therefore, industrialization has been the central theme of China's revitalization in the past 60 years. After 60 years of industrialization, hundreds of millions of Chinese people are now able to enjoy ever-increasing wealth from industrial civilization. However, still a larger proportion of

Taking the Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the modes and approaches of combing industry-universities-research institutions to promote rural revitalization by agricultural scientific research units are discussed.The main approaches are as follows:focusing on practical technical training to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,transferring scientific and technological achievements to promote the deep integration of basic research,applied research and achievement transformation,and using the agronomist college as a carrier to promote the integrated development of industry-universities-research institutions and promote rural revitalization through systematic personnel training.

Deepening function reform of running the society of state-owned farm is an important strategic plan made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,and is also ' hard bone' bitten by fully implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting the modernization of agriculture and countryside. In this paper,the problems of Taihu Port Farm in Jingzhou City after function reform of running the society are systematically and comprehensively analyzed via field research,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. The research could provide beneficial reference and experience reference for deepening function reform of running the society of current state-owned farm.

Compilation work of land space planning at village level is important point in promoting the strategy of rural revitalization and the key for specific implementation of land space planning.Based on analyzing the existing problems in the planning at village level in China,overall guidelines and specific measures of land space planning compilation at village level are proposed,and some thoughts and suggestions on how to perfect its legal status,considering regional characteristics and valuing landscape design are put forward.
