The rural Revitalization strategy aims to prioritize the development of agriculture and rural areas and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.With the continuous advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and breakthroughs in technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and blockchain,the traditional circulation industry is undergoing intelligent and digital transformation and upgrade.The digital development of agricultural product circulation will be a significant boost for the implementation of the rural Revitalization strategy in the future.However,taking full advantage of the productive capacity of digitalized agricultural product circulation is currently accompanied by both opportunities and challenges.This article first analyzes the current status of digital development in circulation in China,provides a detailed analysis of the advantages and opportunities of digital circulation in the context of rural Revitalization,and examines the shortcomings and challenges that may be faced behind these opportunities.Finally,the article proposes relevant policy recommendations to address the existing issues and promote the development of digitalized rural circulation.

Issues relating to agriculture, countryside, and farmers(called "sannong" in Chinese) are fundamental to China as they directly influence the stability of the country and the well-being of Chinese people. The 19 th CPC National Congress proposed a strategy of rural Revitalization, giving priority to the development of "sannong" to promote the modernization of agriculture and the countryside. Since China's reform and opening up, Southern Jiangsu has experienced rapid urbanization and industrialization along with the development of township and village industries, making its urbanization rate reaching 75.9%. While significant achievements have been made in urban and rural development, there are still many challenges in rural Revitalization. Based on analysis on the characteristics and problems of rural development in Southern Jiangsu, this paper, aiming at rural Revitalization, puts forward methods and paths of rural Revitalization, such as value cognition, layout optimization, industrial Revitalization, ecological livability, and rural governance, which are of practical significance to promote the integrated urban-rural development and the healthy rural development in the region and to provide a reference of rural development for other areas of the country.

Rural Revitalization plan is the action guide to implement the strategy of rural Revitalization.It is a comprehensive spatial plan guided by village plan,land use plan,ecological environment protection plan,and taking achievement of industrial prosperity and ecological livability as the key.In order to strengthen the implementation and operability of the rural Revitalization plan,this study took the practical research of Xichang rural Revitalization plan in Sichuan Province as an example,discussed the implementation-oriented key content of rural Revitalization plan,and put forward compilation suggestion of the rural Revitalization plan.

The modes and approaches of promoting the implementation of strategy for rural Revitalization based on agricultural science and technology commissioner system were studied by taking Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example.The relevant modes and approaches were summarized,such as giving full play to the expertise of science and technology commissioners to promote the prosperity of rural industries,promoting ecological livable construction based on modern agricultural science and technology,promoting rural civilization based on agricultural science and technology,and promoting the construction of rural good governance based on advanced productivity.Besides,agricultural science and technology commissioners use the three elements of"people,technology,and money"to promote the enhancement of agricultural efficiency,farmers’income,and the prosperity of life and then the coordinated development of rural Revitalization.

By cultivating and expanding the scale of the new type of agricultural management main body, in order to better improve the modern agricultural system, it is an important measure to fundamentally solve the "three rural issues" in implementing the rural Revitalization strategy. Among them, the new professional farmers are an essential part of the new agricultural management team, therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the cultivation path of the new professional farmers. This article combs the domestic and foreign research status about professional farmers, analyzes the latest condition of new professional farmers cultivation, uses the theory of stakeholders, respectively from the perspective of farmers, government, agricultural enterprises and training institutions, expounds the necessity of cultivating new type of professional farmers, and puts forward some countermeasures for cultivating from all sides.

The Revitalization of ethnic minority areas is an important part of China’s implementation of rural Revitalization strategy. According to the experience accumulated in the preliminary poverty alleviation work of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,this article summaries the main contents of Qiandongnan Prefecture’s poverty alleviation work from the aspects of key point( rural industries),assisting forces( ethnic culture and folklore industry) and important guarantee( human resources),and proposes that the rural Revitalization strategy can be implemented in ethnic minority areas through consolidating the fundamental role of industrial Revitalization in rural Revitalization,promoting the prosperity of rural culture to realize simultaneous Revitalization of rural industries and rural culture,promoting the Revitalization of rural talents,and stimulating the vitality of rural areas.

The strategy of rural Revitalization was put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC), and it pointed out that agriculture, rural areas and farmers are fundamental issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. To solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers must always be the top priority of the whole party’s work. As an innovative move in the circulation of agricultural products in China, agricultural supermarket docking has been an important agricultural policy of the government since the trial operation in 20018, and has attracted the attention of all sectors of society. In the long-term development, China’s agricultural supermarket docking work in the actual operation process exposed a lot of drawbacks, seriously affecting the final effect of agricultural supermarket docking, affecting the income of farmers. Therefore, under the background of rural Revitalization strategy, in order to further improve the income of farmers and improve the quality of life of farmers, it is urgent to discuss the present situation of 'agricultural supermarket docking' in our country. In this paper, by studying the operation of the agricultural supermarket docking supply chain, the matter element extension analysis model is established, and on the basis of the example analysis, the feasible performance improvement measures of the agricultural supermarket docking supply chain are put forward. It provides reference and experience for other areas of our country to improve the work of agricultural supermarket docking, seek welfare and promote development for farmers.

Rural complex is a new type of rural Revitalization and development model,and fully mastering the concept and connotation of this model is of great significance to the construction of rural complex in our country.This paper makes an all-round research and discussion on the basic situation,development advantages,model characteristics and existing problems of the rural complex development model of Baixianggu in Jing’an County,and puts forward the corresponding optimization path in view of the existing problems of Baixianggu project,in order to provide scientific and objective reference basis for the construction of national rural complex.
