In this study,Fe3 O4@SiO2@ZnO:La microspheres were successfully prepared.The microspheres have the advantages of both ZnO doped with La and the Fe3 O4@SiO2 structure such that the former improves the photocatalytic activity of ZnO and the latter can be reused.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),a field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM),a field emission transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)were used to characterize Fe3 O4@SiO2@ZnO:La microspheres.Methyl orange was used as the model molecule to study the effect of the Zn2+concentration and the doping amount of La on the photocatalytic activity of Fe3 O4@SiO2@ZnO:La microspheres.Results show that in the synthesis of Fe3 O4@SiO2@ZnO:La microspheres,photocatalytic activity of the microspheres is enhanced first and weakened later with the increase of Zn2+concentration.In the La doping process,the photocatalytic activity of Fe3 O4@SiO2@ZnO:La microspheres is enhanced with the increase in the La doping amount.The magnetic photocatalysts not only have high photocatalytic activity,but also can be reused.After being reused five times,the photocatalyst’s degradation rate of methyl orange is still as high as 81%,which shows that magnetic photocatalysts have prospective wider applications in photocatalytic degradation of dye wastewater.

Auction was widely used to tackle spectrum allocation and sharing in the secondary market under the condition of spectrum scarcity. In real communication system, such as broadband communication, the utilization of spectrum resource is various because of different requirements and complex application scenarios. So, these schemes cannot be directly applied to the above wireless communication system. To solve this problem, a new model where sellers/buyers can sell/buy multi-unit for heterogeneous spectrum was proposed and a truthful multi-unit double auction framework was designed for heterogeneous spectrum trading. A valuation function is first applied to represent the buyer's true valuation of the sub-band and reflect the buyer's satisfaction degree and a novel concept termed ‘virtual player' was introduced. Then the buyer group was constructed based on the conflict graph to reuse the same spectrum among interference-free buyers in both spatial and temporal domains. The winner determination strategy and algorithm of clearing price were designed elaborately. According to the theoretical analysis, the scheme can satisfy three critical economic properties: truthfulness, individual rationality, and budget balance. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve better user satisfaction, auction efficiency and spectrum reuse rate for the real communication system. The proposed auction framework is practical and effective.

One of the conventional ways to improve the mechanical behavior of soils is to mix them with cementing agents such as cement, lime and fly ash. Recently, introduction to alternative materials or sub-products that can be adopted to improve the soil strength is of paramount importance. Therefore, the present study aims to investigate the effects of porosity(h), dry unit weight(gd) of molding, cement content(C)and porosity/volumetric cement content ratio(h/Civ) or void/cement ratio on the unconfined compressive strength(quor UCS) of silty soileroof tile waste(RT) mixtures. Soil samples are molded into four different dry unit weights(i.e. 13 kN/m^3, 13.67 kN/m^3, 14.33 kN/m^3 and 15 kN/m^3) using 3%, 6% and 9%cement and 5%, 15% and 30% RT. The results show that with the addition of cement, the strength of the RT esoil mixtures increases in a linear manner. On the other hand, the addition of RT decreases quof the samples at a constant percentage of cement, and the decrease in porosity can increase qu. A dosage equation is derived from the experimental data using the porosity/volumetric cement content ratio(h/C_(iv)) where the control variables are the moisture content, crushed tile content, cement content and porosity.

Reusing Test Cases Based on the Function Point

Reusing test cases from existing test case library is quite common in the software testing field. Testing practice tells us that there is a strong relationship between the granularity of a function unit under testing and that of the test case. A function unit with small granularity usually results in the test cases with the same small granularity. Therefore a test case defined as the function point,i. e.,the smallest size function unit,was provided for the first time.Though test cases with smaller granularity usually have better reusability,the cost of accurately reusing and integrating such test cases is also higher. In order to balance the test case reusability and the cost of test case reuse,a novel test case reuse model based on the function point was proposed in this paper. In this model,a reusable test case for specification-based testing was defined and some reuse strategies and three formal reuse methods were given. Finally,the complete automatic software process was realized by a reusing generation tool. The new method has improved reuse accuracy,while greatly enhances the software productivity.

With regard to the optimization test of mixing ratio between waste bamboo and cement,the single axial compression strength of the second set(5:95) is the highest.By increasing the mixing ratio to 10:90 and complying with Chinese national standard(CNS) required strength for water permeable bricks.In the test for optimizing the mixing ratio of waste bamboo-charcoal and cement,the second set of single-axial compression strengths is the highest.Further increasing the ratio to 40:60,the single-axial compression strength also can be up to 9.212 MPa,and complying with CNS requir 7.840 MPa for the strength of decoration bricks.In the investigation of the optimization ratio for the mixture ratio of 2(hammered fine coal debris):1(fly-ash):1(cement) after a 28-day aging,and the resultant strength of 39.788 MPa are observed for each set,and complying with the strength required by CNS for high-pressure brick C-grade.By means of natural strengthen agents can increase the strength,it is concluded that the strengthen agents can significantly increase the strength after aging for 6 to 28 days.For competitive strategy for a future market,it should be focused on the creation of differentiation for product and technology,the increase of service and features,as well as the branding effect to become a price-leader.

The awareness of the problem of the scarcity of water of high quality has strongly changed the approach of wastewater treatment.Currently,there is an increasing need for the beneficial reuse of treated wastewater and to recover valuable products and energy from the wastewater.Because microbiological treatment methods are,only to a limited part,able to satisfy these needs,the role and significance of physical/chemical processes in wastewater treatment are gaining more and more interest.The specific future role and aim of the various physical/chemical treatment processes can be categorized in five groups:improvement of the performance of microbiological treatment processes,achievement of the high quality required for reuse of the effluent,recovery of valuable components and energy from the wastewater for beneficial reuse,desalination of brackish water and seawater,and treatment of concentrated liquid or solid waste residues produced in a wastewater treatment process.Development of more environmentally sustainable wastewater treatment chains in which physical/chemical processes play a crucial role,also requires application of process control and modeling strategies.This is briefly introduced by the elaboration of treatment scenarios for three specific wastewaters.

Due to its dry climate, growing population, and overexploited groundwater, China's capital is plagued by water scarcity. Since the late 1980 s, Beijing has adopted water reuse solutions to bring relief; today, however, the intentions of these reuse policies are often not reflected in practice. Three significant implementation gaps exist: lack of use of installed decentralized reuse systems, limited understanding of the operation of decentralized treatment plants by operators,and inadequate service of centralized reuse treatment systems. By understanding the cause,impact, and severity of these gaps, Beijing's policymakers can work to meet existing needs via a range of municipal and national policy-driven actions.

Sustainable manufacturing for obsolete computers based on 3R engineering

The volume tendency of in-use and end-of-life computers in China were analyzed; the emerging danger of obsolete computers by incorrect treatment was summarized; the integration disposal technologies based on 3R (recycle, remanufacture and reuse) engineering aiming at monitors, electronic devices, metals, plastics materials, and overall computers were put forward; the economic and social benefits were also analyzed. The results show that the integration disposal process of obsolete computer is an optimum approach to save the resource of electromechanical products. Remanufacturing and disposal 100 thousand obsolete computers per year can create profits about RMB10million yuan and provide employment for 300 persons. It can be deduced that there are great potential opportunities for the obsolete computers disposal industry containing recycle, remanufacture and reuse engineering.
