The support rights and interests of the elderly is one of the core issues of an aging *** from the judgment documents on support dispute cases in recent years,maintenance disputes mainly occur in the kinship structure of parents and children,the support obligators are mainly men,the content of support is mainly material *** the judicial process,there are some characteristics worth studying,such as lawyers,intervention,judges,thinking,reasoning and *** view of this,the current development direction of the judicial protection of elderly’s rights and interests in China should be carried out around the goal of"restorative justice"and efforts should be made,such concept renewal,system improvement and spiritual support prospect.

restorative proctocolectomy is the most common surgical option for patients with familial adenomatous polyposis(FAP). However,adenomas may develop in the ileal pouch mucosa over time,and even carcinoma in the pouch has been reported. We therefore reviewed the prevalence,nature,and treatment of adenomas and carcinoma that develop after proctocolectomy in the ileal pouch mucosa in patients with FAP. In 25 reports that were reviewed,the incidence of adenomas in the ileal pouch varied from 6.7% to 73.9%. Several potential factors that favor the development of pouch polyposis have been investigated,but many remain controversial. Nevertheless,it seems certain that the age of the pouch is important. The risk appears to be 7%to 16% after 5 years,35% to 42% after 10 years,and75% after 15 years. On the other hand,only 21 cases of ileal pouch carcinoma have been recorded in the literature to date. The diagnosis of pouch carcinoma was made between 3 to 20 years(median,10 years) after pouch construction. Although the risk of malignant transformation in ileal pouches is probably low,it is not negligible,and the long-term risk cannot presently be well quantified. Regular endoscopic surveillance,especially using chromoendoscopy,is recommended.

The authors have presented a technique of full occlusal rehabilitation in a case of severe dental fluorosis. In this technique, maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth were simultaneously prepared and restored first. This was followed by simultaneous preparation of maxillary and mandibular posterior teeth that were restored in canine guided occlusion. The technique and sequence followed here is unique and is not available in dental literature. This technique reduces number of appointments while fulfilling all objectives. Periodontal followup over 3 years was satisfactory. A restorative treatment protocol has been devised for fluorosis which will act as a guide for the dental practitioners.

Introduction: Amelogenesisimperfecta (AI) is a developmental disturbance, genomic in origin, which interferes with normal enamel formation of both primary and permanent dentitions in the absence of a systemic disorder. Three major categories can be recognized clinically, namely hypoplastic, hypomaturation and hypocalcified. Timely and comprehensive intervention is critical to spare the patient from psychological consequences of these disfiguring conditions. Clinical Report: A 10-year-old boy was presented with dissatisfaction with appearance of his teeth sensitivity and poor masticatory efficiency. His medical history was noncontributory. Composite restorative material was selected as a suitable replacement of the defective structures because of its esthetics and high sustainability. Treatment Objectives: The multidisciplinary approach was oriented toward achieving functional and esthetic rehabilitation of these teeth with minimal chair-side time. Treatment Outcomes: The use of composite restorative material resulted in successful and satisfactory enhancement of the patient’s esthetic appearance, as well as protection against further wear and sensitivity thereby improving his functional demands. The longevity of the treatment outcome required meticulous maintenance of oral hygiene and patient compliance. Conclusion: Management of a patient with AI is a challenge for the clinician. Treatment options vary considerably depending on several factors such as age of the patient, socioeconomic status, severity of the disorder, and most importantly, the patient’s cooperation. Composite restorative material is considered an excellent conservative transitional treatment for protection of AI weakened teeth.

In the mouth, biofilm formation occurs on all soft and hard surfaces. Microbial colonization on such surfaces is always preceded by the formation of a pellicle. The physicochemical surface properties of a pellicle are largely dependent on the physical and chemical nature of the underlying surface. Thus, the surface structure and composition of the underlying surface will influence on the initial bacterial adhesion. The aim of this review is to evaluate the influence of the surface roughness and the restorative material composition on the adhesion process of oral bacteria. Both in vitro and in vivo studies underline the importance of both variables in dental plaque formation. Rough surfaces will promote plaque formation and maturation. Candida species are found on acrylic dentures, but dentures coating and soaking of dentures in disinfectant solutions may be an effective method to prevent biofilm formation. Biofilms on gold and amalgam are thick, but with low viability. Glass-ionomer cement collects a thin biofilm with a low viability. Biofilms on composites cause surface deterioration, which enhances biofilm formation. Biofilms on ceramics are thin and highly viable.
