resource allocation is one of the most important applications of data envelopment analysis(DEA).Usually,the resource to be allocated is directly related to the interests of decision-making units(DMUs),thus the dynamic non-cooperative game is one of the representative behaviours in the allocation ***,it is rarely considered in the previous DEA-based allocation studies,which may reduce the acceptability of the allocation ***,this paper proposes a DEA-based resource allocation method considering the dynamic non-cooperative game behaviours of *** authors first deduce the efficient allocation set under the framework of variable return to scale(VRS)and build the allocation model subjecting to the allocation *** an iteration algorithm based on the concept of the non-cooperative game is provided for generating the optimal allocation *** interesting characteristics of the algorithm are proved,including i)the algorithm is convergent,ii)the optimal allocation plan is a unique Nash equilibrium point,and iii)the optimal allocation plan is unique no matter which positive value the initial allocation *** advantages of the allocation plan have been *** example,the allocation plan is more balanced,has more incentives and less outliers,compared with other DEA-based allocation ***,the proposed method is applied to allocate the green credit among the 30 Chinese iron and steel enterprises,and the results highlight the applicability of the allocation method and solution ***,the approach can provide decision makers with a useful resource allocation tool from the perspective of dynamic non-cooperative game.

In this paper, a resource allocation algorithm for maximizing the weighted sum energy efficiency(EE) is investigated in orthogonal frequency division multiple access(OFDMA) heterogeneous networks(HetNets). We aim to balance the EE of macro cell and low power nodes by subchannel and power allocations. We formulate the problem as a nonlinear sum-of-ratios programming issue, and guarantee data rate requirements of users by using minimum rate constraints. Due to the nonconvexity of the problem, we develop a heuristic subchannel assignment algorithm, and then solve the power allocation problem by parameterized transformations and a first-order approximation based on an iterative algorithm. Numerical results illustrate the convergence and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

resource allocation with CCI suppression for multiuser MIMO-OFDM downlink in correlated channels

To minimize the overall transmit power while maintaining a constant data rate and target BER, a downlink adaptive resource allocation algorithm with jointing the exclusive manner and the shared manner is proposed for multiuser MIMO-OFDM system in correlated channels. The algorithm allocates all the subcarriers to different users according to their spatial correlations. The users with high spatial correlation are allocated in the same group and the exclusive manner is applied. The shared manner with an improved null broadening method, which improves the performance of co-channel interference （CCI） suppression and decreases the number of transmit antennas required, is applied between the different group users. As the user＇s direction of departure （DOD） changes very slowly, a looking up table method is used to reduce the computational complexity. The simulation results show that despite the angle spread of DOD, when compared with the exclusive manner, the proposed algorithm improves the spectral efficiency, and when compared with the TDMA-ZF （zero forcing） shared manner, the proposed algorithm decreases the total transmit power by at least 1 dB.

resource allocation for an equipment development task is a complex process owing to the inherent characteristics,such as large amounts of input resources,numerous sub-tasks,complex network structures,and high degrees of *** paper presents an investigation into the influence of resource allocation on the duration and cost of *** models are constructed for the relationships of the resource allocation quantity with the duration and cost of the *** considering the uncertainties,such as fluctuations in the sub-task duration and cost,rework iterations,and random overlaps,the tasks are simulated for various resource allocation *** shortest duration and the minimum cost of the development task are first formulated as the objective *** on a multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm,a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is constructed to optimize the resource allocation scheme for the development ***,an uninhabited aerial vehicle(UAV)is considered as an example of a development task to test the algorithm,and the optimization results of this method are compared with those based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II(NSGA-II),non-dominated sorting differential evolution(NSDE)and strength pareto evolutionary algorithm-II(SPEA-II).The proposed method is verified for its scientific approach and *** case study shows that the optimization of the resource allocation can greatly aid in shortening the duration of the development task and reducing its cost effectively.

To improve the performance of a multiuser MIMO-OFDM system with imperfect channel status information, a downlink adaptive resource allocation algorithm which combines space-time block coding and beam forming （STBC-BF） is proposed. The algorithm allocates the subcarriers with a shared manner. A zero forcing processing with joint Rx-Tx is used to suppress the co-channel interference （CCI） and to construct uncorrelated channels for STBC. An adaptive power allocation for the STBC equivalent channels can increase signal to interference and noise ratio at the receiver. Simulation results show that under the condition of an imperfect CSI, the proposed algorithm improves the system performance and reduces the number of BS transmit antennas required.

Pervasive computing, which requires applications composed of independent and distributed components, is an important domain for dynamic ubiquitous heterogeneous environment. However, one of the critical challenges it faces is resource allocation. To overcome the difficulty, enhanced universal service terminal （UST＋） is designed as a reflective middleware combined distributed components with particular features to achieve user goals. Moreover, a novel algorithm based on microeconomics is presented to resolve conflicting resource allocation and is implemented on top of the UST＋. Besides, an example outlines how this algorithm is used in pervasive computing, and the simulation results illustrate that the proposed mechanism can achieve high performance at low cost.

In this paper,we have proposed a differential game model to optimally solve the resource allocation problems in the edge-computing based wireless *** the proposed model,a wireless network with one cloud-computing center(CC)and lots of edge services providers(ESPs)is *** order to provide users with higher services quality,the ESPs in the proposed wireless network should lease the computing resources from the CC and the CC can allocate its idle cloud computing resource to the *** will try to optimally allocate the edge computing resources between the ESPs and CC using the differential game and feedback *** on the proposed model,the ESPs can choose the amount of computing resources from the CC using feedback control,which is affected by the unit price of computing resources controlled by the *** the simulation part,the optimal allocated resources for users’services are obtained based on the Nash equilibrium of the proposed differential *** effectiveness and correctness of the proposed scheme is also verified through the numerical simulations and results.
