Ten neolignans or norlignans(1-10)including eight new compounds were isolated from the whole bodies of Polyphaga plancyi *** structures were identified by spectroscopic *** 3,4,8,and 9 are racemates indicated by chiral HPLC *** separation followed by ECD calculations allowed to clarify the absolute configurations of all the *** the new compounds were evaluated for their biological properties toward extracellular matrix in rat renal proximal tubular cells,human cancer cells(K562,A549,and Huh7),EV71,ROCK2,JAK3,DDR1,and coagulation.

renal Protective Effects of Eucommia Glycosides on renal Hypertension Rats

Objective:To investigate the antihypertensive,antioxidant and renal protective effects of Eulcommia glycosides on renal hypertensive rats with two-kidney and one-clip *** and Methods:A total of 50 healthy male SD rats were fed adaptive for one week,and after 2 weeks of 2 K1 C operation,they were divided into 5 groups:sham operation group,model control group,benazepri group,ulcommin high-dose group and low-dose group,with 8 rats in each *** in each group were given continuously intragastric administration for 4 weeks,and systolic blood pressure of caudal artery was measured before modeling,2 weeks after modeling,and after *** microalbumin(MALB)was measured at 24 *** AngⅡand ROS were measured by taking blood from abdominal *** right kidney of rats was taken to measure the expression level of NOX4 m RNA and pathological observation by HE ***:Compared with sham operation group,blood pressure,serum AngⅡ,ROS content,NOX4 m RNA expression level and MALB in kidney tissue of model group were significantly increased(Prenal tubules were observed in rats of sham operation *** glomerular atrophy and fibrous hyperplasia were observed in the renal tissue of model control rats,and inflammatory cells were observed in renal *** above symptoms were slightly relieved in the treatment group compared with the model control ***:Eucommia glycosides can reduce blood pressure and protect the kidney,and the mechanism may be related to the inhibition of renal oxidation.

Protective Effects of Mongolian Medicine Borantunggal on Rats with Chronic renal Insufficiency

[Objectives]To observe the protective effects of Mongolian medicine Borantunggal on rats with chronic renal insufficiency.[Methods]Male Wister rats were gavaged with 50 mg/kg/d adenine for 12 consecutive weeks,and were intervened with positive control drug Niaoduqing and three groups of different doses of Mongolian medicine *** rats general state,such as body posture,hair color,activity status,renal function,thyroid gland,adrenal gland,and gonadal hormone levels,expression levels of inflammatory mediators,α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)and nuclear factor-κB(P65)in renal tissue,and histopathological changes of rat kidney were observed before and after treatment.[Results]The recovery of the general state of rats with chronic renal insufficiency in the low dose group after intervention with Mongolian medicine Borantunggal was the most *** with the model group,the level of CRE in the low dose Mongolian medicine group decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The urea level in low,medium and high dose Mongolian medicine groups showed a declining trend,and the effect of low dose Mongolian medicine was *** with the model group,the feed intake of the low dose Mongolian medicine group had an increasing trend,while P and TCHO also had a declining *** with the model group,the levels of LH and COR in the low,medium and high dose Mongolian medicine groups decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of T,T3 and T4 were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of low dose Mongolian medicine was *** with the model group,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand HIF-1 in the low,medium and high dose Mongolian medicine groups were significant
